Terrible
customer
service,
but
pretty
decent
virtual
escape
room.
I
made
a
virtual
escape
room
booking
at
noon
for
later
that
evening.
The
time
came
around
and
i
still
hadn't
received
a
link.
I
called
to
find
out
that
the
room
had
been
booked
out
to
another
party.
We
made
arrangements
for
the
next
evening.
The
12
hour
mark
prior
to
our
game
rolled
around
(the
time
when
I
should
have
received
the
zoom
link
by)
-
no
zoom
link.
I
called
3
hours
before,
was
assured
I'd
get
a
link
within
the
hour...
no
link.
I
called
2
hours
before
game
time.
The
woman
who
answered
the
phone
said
she'd
talk
to
her
manager
and
then
hung
up.
Still
no
link.
I
called
again
an
hour
before
the
game,
asked
for
the
manager.
Finally
I
get
the
link,
and
some
assurance
that
we'd
actually
have
a
game
to
play.
The
only
person
who
apologized
or
explained
what
was
going
on
this
whole
time
was
the
woman
I
spoke
to
on
the
first
night
during
the
mixup
with
the
booking.
The
room
was
fun,
but
my
experience
with
this
customer
service
was
so
bad
that
altogether
I'm
giving
this
2
stars.
I
was
actually
surprised
when
they
ended
up
following
through
and
sending
a
link.
