Would give ZERO stars. Bought a solitaire engagement ring in September 2021. December 2021 the ring band fractured at resizing site. All work was completed by With Clarity. Contacted their service team four times in December and January with NO response. Needless to say, purchased both wedding bands from a local retailer who will repair the solitaire band. With Clarity is another one of these retailers who has good pricing for educated consumers with ZERO service after sale. Live and learn. Take my advice and do not buy from With Clarity.

I worked with With Clarity for our engagement ring. I first found the lab-made diamond I wanted using RareCarat.com to narrow down my options to just the cut, clarity, color and size we wanted, which led me to With Clarity. (We ended up with a 1.03 carat, D color, VS1 stone.) Both Rare Carat and With Clarity's live support helped me make sure the stone I chose was the right one for me for the best price. I was not too fond of any band options With Clarity offered, so I opted to go with their customized option. I provided them with an example from another retailer that we had liked, and they provided me with a CAD mockup to review. I did one revision with them, then changed my mind and going with the original version. Unfortunately, the ring I initially received was the rejected revision (understandable because it was such an odd chain of events). However, With Clarity was incredibly apologetic and quickly addressed the problem once we sent the ring back. Overall, the ring turned out to be just what we wanted (and for a price less than half of what we'd pay elsewhere).

Remi and Elton at With Clarity provide the best customer service. I love my ring! With Clarity has the best prices and the best rings! My Diamond solitaire setting is the cathedral basket other then loving the design and comfort of this ring what I also love about it is every band sits flush with it as you can see by my pictures. "OH MY GOD!!!" That's what I have decided to name the ring I purchased through With Clarity. Whenever my fiance shows off her ring, which she loves to show off, she doesn't get an "Oh, pretty" or "How cute." Instead there is a loud gasp followed by "Oh My God!" Such a great company to work with! The at-home previews were gorgeous and could pass as the real deal because the ring I purchased looked exactly like the preview ring. So worth it! I ended up taking my ring to an independent appraiser in Seattle, WA to make sure the diamond I got is what I ordered - which it absolutely was and appears I did get a fantastic deal. Writing this review in case anyone else is a little unsure about purchasing a diamond online. Not only is the diamond absolutely stunning, the ring is so well crafted and exactly as described. All in all, I would recommend With Clarity to ANYONE who is ring shopping and wants to get the most diamond for their money. Jewelers and the big websites (Blue Nile, James Allen) prices for a comparable diamond and ring were SIGNIFICANTLY higher than what I paid at With Clarity (talking $8K-$10K higher!). There’s a reason With Clarity isn’t one of the big online retailers. I placed an order for their Home Preview. It seemed like a great idea. I planned to propose soon and wanted to see what a rose gold setting would look like with white gold prongs for a two tone look. What I received was an all white gold replica. Frustrating but let’s see what they can do service wise. I emailed them the morning I received the kit to express my concerns and see what they could do. No response until the next morning. I was still prepared to purchase, just waiting for their response. Well, the next morning they had a sale begin. Great news right?! The setting I wanted was not only not on sale, it increased in price by about $150. So I was no out an extra $150 if I purchased since they failed to respond the previous morning. I called to see what they could do with the price. I figured they’d just honor their previous price especially since they screwed up my home preview and we’d get production rolling since I was going on vacation in 3 weeks and planned to propose. Remi (service rep) kept insisting that I send screenshots of the previous price for the setting, even though I stated what the price was previously. The only thing they offered was to send me another home preview kit in 8-10 business days which is the exact same time frame as if I ordered another home preview on my own (mind you, these are free so I wasn’t comp’d anything). After voicing my frustration further, there was no further communication until I told them I was going to purchase elsewhere. There’s a reason why companies like JA are where they are and WC is where they are. If With Clarity, couldn’t even get a simple home preview kit right, how could I be confident that they would get an actual engagement ring right? I can’t believe I was still willing to purchase after they sent me the wrong ring. Their customer service finally helped steer me in the right direction, away from them. I rarely ever post negative reviews. I work in customer service myself and am very understanding. But when your company just wants to do the bare minimum for their customers, it’s simply not good enough. Do better. The ring I purchased from elsewhere is absolutely stunning and I can’t wait to purchase wedding bands from them as well. WC dropped the ball in a big way. Updated: The company responded to my review and said they don't do custom home previews, implying that they in fact sent me the correct ring. I chose the ring from the catalog with no customization. I ordered a rose gold ring and got white gold. Customization with a home preview had nothing to do with it. Just awful.

After shopping around for quality but affordable rings, I finally found this wonderful vendor! They had great communication and were very timely. They come with a decorative box and all the information their diamond, with a lifetime warranty to boot! My now Fiancé loves her ring and everyone that sees it does too. Highly customizable materials, styles, even 1/4 sizes! I plan to try their other products as well as getting the matching wedding band.

Our experience with With Clarity has been excellent twice, now. This time, staff helped us with questions about mounting the gem into a pendant for a necklace. It arrived within a very reasonable amount of time, given that the pendant was custom made. The diamond appears absolutely flawless to my (admittedly untrained) eyes, and it made a wonderful college graduation gift for our daughter. I will always return to WC first when purchasing diamonds or other gems.

This is very cliche to say but, I’m not one to write reviews. I really never do about anything, even if I’m impressed. We got a beautiful ring for a good price, but some of the customer service was frustrating at times. There was no transparency into where in the process your ring was, just a range of dates. Resizing was a little frustrating and not positive their sizing matches the sizing we received from a local jeweler.

I ordered an engagement ring from this company back in early September. The pricing for the ring I wanted was just in my budget and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect ring. I popped the question a couple of weekends ago and my fiancé is in love with the ring. She always like to tell me when she has a chance how much she loves her ring. My only complaint would be that you have to wait close to 3-4 weeks after you order a ring. So if you have time to wait this company is perfect. We are very unhappy with our experience at With Clarity. We received the ring we order which looked great but 1.5 weeks later the stone broke right off the band. After contacting customer service I got asked multiple questions about what I was doing when the ring broke like it was my fault. I was taking the ring off to wash my face and use my personal care products when it broke. The ring broke after 1.5 weeks it shouldn’t matter what I was doing this is completely unacceptable. I also got told what I should do to make the ring last longer. Again, it only lasted 1.5 weeks it’s quite ridiculous that they are trying to give me advice. Finally we get the ring sent back we were asked for our holiday travel dates which we provided and were told there was no way it would get shipped to us and arrive before the holidays. Which we said okay to because what else can we do. Then we get an email saying the package will be delivered on 12/22 when we are out of town for two weeks and were told it would not come till after the holidays. According to FedEx the shipper can change the shipping address and With Clarity told us there was nothing they could do about it. So now we just have to hope that FedEx doesn’t lose it. Again we only had this ring for 1.5 weeks when it broke. We spent 10K and with clarity hasn’t done much but give me a lecture on what to do with the ring and how to make it last longer.

I did a home preview of 2 rings. When they arrived I was simply blown away at the quality of the replicas. The rings were beautiful! I ended up choosing the vintage chevron hidden halo but did so in rose gold instead of white gold. I cannot wait for it to arrive!! *Edit-my ring arrived and I wanted to fall over from the beauty of it! It sparkles like mad! Very glad I went with the rose gold. So, Shane was awesome. My ring was delayed by a few days and I was planning to go out of the country to propose, so it was of the utmost importance that I received the ring by a certain time. Shane kept me appraised about the status, and though he couldn't guarantee me that the ring would be there by the time I needed to head to the airport, he ensured me that he would do anything he could to make sure it did. He kept on his team, and at 5PM the day before I was to leave the country, I got a notification from FedEx that the ring was to be delivered before noon the next day. It was delivered literally 10 minutes before I left for the airport. And when I received it - WOW! It was even better and higher quality than I expected. Just excellent craftmanship and customer service. If you want grade A service, grade A quality, and all at a fair price - go with With Clarity. You won't regret it. We purchased a beautiful .8 ct princess cut diamond from With Clarity. We had looked at local jewelers as well as chain jewelers around town, but once we saw how much more we could get for our money with With Clarity, the choice was easy. I couldn't be happier. With Clarity was great, the ring looks phenomenal and my Fiance loves it too. We're always getting compliments on it, and when I had an issue with FedEx not recognizing my address they were helpful in remedying the situation. My only issue is the lack of clarity in the process. It was a bit unnerving to spend a thousands of dollars and then not hear anything for a few weeks and then out fo the blue I heard that my order was shipped. The same also applies with the shipping. If J Crew can tell me that my $30 shirt is out for delivery and was delivered, I would hope that With Clarity could sync their system and offer a similar service. I spent four days straight checking the tracking incessantly, and any info from the shipper of WI would have been wildly reassuring in that time. That being said, the product is beautiful and the craftsmanship is fantastic and I am beyond pleased with it and my Fiance like the ring and me enough to say yes.

Great experience using With Clarity. The ring looks just like the photos and they kept me in the loop while it was getting prepared and shipped. It would’ve been a 5 star review but I had an issue when trying to insure the ring. Despite sending me the ring 3 weeks before I tried to insure it, I had to pay to have it appraised by With Clarity. Not sure why they didn’t appraise it while they had it, but I either had to ship it back for $40 or get an estimated appraisal for $60. Just doesn’t make a ton of sense to me. Seems like something that should be done prior to sending it to me.

The ring got on time as it was promised. The representative gave me a timely response on when and how the ring will be shipped.
