High end vintage designer clothes and accessories store .. prices seemed ok .. you get what you pay for, lots of very unique items for sale here and if your looking for unique this is definitely a place to visit, good selection of both male and female items available.

Racially profiled as soon as my group of friends and I walked in. We were followed through the store, looked at with distain, given zero assistance (unlike our white counterparts), and essentially ushered out the second we were within feet of the exit. If you’re darker than beige, you will be treated as sub-human at this location. If I could give this store zero stars, I would. 0/10 would not recommend. Disgraceful “service”.

When we entered the store, the doorman would open the door for us, but after visiting the store without buying anything, the doorman unlocked the door and looked at us with disgusting eyes, asking us to open the door and leave quickly. I can only say that the service in this place is too insincere. There is no normal store that will force you to buy things, or only serve customers who buy things. If you want to buy vintage, go to The Real Real.

Pissed is an understatement. Bought a vintage Chanel that had been redyed which was not disclosed to me. Immediately upon wearing it the dye started to bleed all over my clothes. The bag is unwearable. After MONTHS of promising to source me a new bag and following up multiple times, no bag was secured. Only compensation offered was 15% off my next Chanel purchase - I will never be shopping here again and will be disputing the charge.

It's great, but I have a problem with its so overpriced. I just can't spend 7000 on a used bag, even if it's in great condition. I wouldn't pay that for a new bag. The fashion industry has gone greedy mad. I'm sorry but I'm not in on paying too much for used items. Otherwise there's great stuff really and the staff is excellent. I guess you have to wait for a sale here.

Laughable pricing. $500 for a ratty concert tshirt because “it’s vintage”. Stores like this are why aliens won’t visit us.

The sales associates seemed like they didn't want me in the store, they were very cold and snappy. I got reprimanded for taking a photo of an item and I deleted the photo and I asked if I was allowed to just write down the name of the designer/dress and the employee said to me in a snarky tone, "It's up to you I guess." Definitely never coming here again, I've never walked out of a store feeling sad before until I came here. Also, they weren't wearing masks if that's something you're concerned about.

They'll make you wait when there are too many people shopping. Also, too many people was 6 people when we arrived. Kinda silly to make people wait when there are 6 shoppers inside idk...

Felt very uncomfortable entering the store I felt like I was the scum of the earth feeling not very welcomed also followed around the store and given dirty looks don’t come here zero out of 10 would not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sold my used Louis Vuitton to them. The bag retails at over $2,500 on their website. I was sent the wrong prepaid shipping label and my bag was lost. After 3 weeks of trying to get in touch, they finally responded and told me the check would be written in the full amount they quoted me, but never confirmed or provided any proof that the check was sent. I did receive the check, but overall terrible business and a very poor way to handle a high end item. It was not a fun experience.

Wonderful shopping experience! I was shopping for a tiny souvenir to bring back home with me and Paris suggested an adorable vintage Dior ring! It fit perfectly, as if it was waiting there for me. To make things better, they were even having a sale. It was a perfect souvenir and a great experience overall. Just looking at their bags in the case felt like a museum of Louis, Gucci, Chanel, and even a couple Birkins. We will definitely be back!

I'm so in love with this store!! I found the perfect vintage Chanel handbag I've been looking for for years!! I also bought an awesome Chanel belt/necklace that I'm so in love with.

I never write review but this place is not only overpriced but the staff are very rude and uneducated in the garments they’re selling. Please take time to be kind to your shoppers and take time to educate yourself on the product you’re selling, and its actual worth.

Don't work there unless they provide you with funding for therapy. This company and the sales team specifically have NO regard for ANYONE including the customers. Trust me. It's actually really sad and disturbing the things they let " favored" employees get away with. Corporate and Human Resources also have no regard for the well-being of their employees. No job is worth your mental health. Please consider this.

Very unfriendly staff. Nobody greeted us and nobody approached us, even though plenty of staff was available. You guys really need to take a class or two in customer service. You are selling high-end products, but providing a very low end customer experience. Sad.

I placed an order online and received it over a week ago but realized I accidentally ordered the wrong item. I reached out the same day I received it as it says to email to start a return and have not heard back. I’ve emailed at least 3 times following up to no avail and there is no phone number listed to call “corporate”. I called the retail location to see if they could help but they also don’t have a contact for corporate. Shady, shady business!!! I am currently unable to return a very pricey item and they do not respond!

Very poor shopping experience, I told the clerk that I was the first time to buy vintage goods, I hope he gave more advice and things I should know before purchasing. after I found out that the unique discount he stated asked from his manager, turned out to be general discount on the official website, and products on website are better than the ones I bought, I asked for a return when I knew it was a final sale. They refused to refund but the website provide a 7-day return. I feel like I've encountered a scam and the bag is over the price. I found the same product from other website only ask half of the price. Won't shop there myself as well as my friends any more .

Beware of this company. They misrepresented a Chanel bag as being a runaway bag when in fact it was ready to wear. when I notified them of that one hour after the purchase, they refused to accept a return, even though the bag had not been shipped or even left the store. They have not responded to any texts or emails and only after i disputed the charge with American Express, did they decide to ship the bag to me, despite the instructions in writing and verbally many times that they were not authorized to ship it. They misrepresented a $7000 plus item and take no responsibility and only replied to me by saying “what’s the difference whether it’s runway are ready to wear”? Well the value is totally different and they should know that better than anyone! And obviously they do know it. They are just a shady company. Stay away.
