My husband recently bought a ring which was beautifully advertised, but unfortunately the real deal is nothing more than a misshaped, unpolished and completely fraudulent piece of “jewelry”. Beware any purchase from this company will not be of “high quality” and when you make attempts to return the item they will charge you a 25% restocking fee. So not only does the company make it hard to initiate a return process, they will essentially fine you for not wanting their merchandise. I highly recommend finding a jeweler who isn’t illegitimate, and actually takes a pride in the art they create.

I placed an order for a custom memory pendant. All was well until I inspected it closely realize the picture was off-center ( had it removed before taking pictures sorry). It was not filled in all the way in the middle of the pendant. I contacted AVIANNE & Co Jewelres, because I also noticed that I didn’t have the correct appraisal. It took them a while to provide me with the correct appraisal and they never corrected the pendant error that bad business practices. 6/23/2023 update pendant is fading or appearing to tarnish not worth it spent $1000 and some change for that Unacceptable.

I was able to make it into the store this week and couldn't be happier with the service. Joe spent time getting an understanding of what I was looking for, showed me a few options, and we made it happen! I really appreciated not feeling rushed. I spoke with Yuri through email, he was responsive and kind! As far as in store services, the team cleaned all my jewelry, there's seating areas, and everyone is friendly. The diamonds and jewelry speaks for itself, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My dad purchased a 14k heart-shaped memory pendant for me from Avianne & Co Jewelers. The Sales Manager (Brian) and his Sales Rep (Yuri) went above and beyond to ensure that this beautifully crafted piece was made to perfection. They communicated with me at all times throughout the process and upon completion they sent pictures before the piece was mailed out to me. My pendant was completed within (1) week and overnighted via FedEx. My dad was TOTALLY impressed, happy and truly satisfied with the service and end product we received from Avianne & Co Jewelers. Unfortunately it wasn't as smooth as I thought buying from Avianne. I bought a diamond bracelet from Avianne and and got very good service up until the payment was done. They told me that it would be ready in 5-10 business days. Because it took longer time than estimated I tried to get in contact with them multiple times during the process to get updates on how it's going but barely got any response. Overall the craftsmanship of the bracelet is very beautiful. Unfortunately I noticed 2 stones had fell out already after 3 days of gently wearing. They responded very quickly after reaching out to them telling me I can send it back to get it repaired which I responded that it could be an idea but I live outside the US so I would like to avoid paying customs fees AGAIN and haven't heard from them for more than 2 weeks therefore only a 3-Star review.

Got my bracelet on 6/14/22 and by Oct 2023 it was already looking silver as if it was supposed to be gold plated but I ordered real solid gold. I sent it and they cleaned it and polished it to make it nice and gold again but after taking it to a reliable shop to test it they said that it’s not actually 10k gold but more like 7-8k if I’m lucky ! Straight up scamming people I guess other review are true they only do care about big name celebrities and not the regular average customer. TAKE YOUR MONEY TO REYS GOLD AND CASH OUT IN MIAMI, BEST IN THE GAME. And no they didn’t pay me to say that just giving you customers a better place to spend your hard earned cash, don’t get scammed

So I bought a wedding band for my soon to be husband, I waited until the last minute because I thought it thought it was 2 day shipping until I got the email confirmation stating it could take 5-10 days. I reached out to the sales team and explained the situation to sales manager Brian, even though it was my fault for ordering too late, he still rushed shipping for me and I received it today 5/19 and I couldn’t be happier. This guy really knows his stuff!! The difference between Alex and other buyers is that they don't like to take into account the gemstones or diamonds in the piece, into consideration. You are much better to try Alex first and get a fair and reasonable amount for your jewelry. Not scrap price like others do to take advantage. Alex is a guy you can rely on.

Very happy with my rose gold black diamond tennis chain from Avianne & Co. Naz was quick to respond to my inquiry and offered some upgrade options along the way. I came here in 2019, gave in my tt submariner to be cleaned at (what I remember as being) $50. The watch was returned covered in black dirt & was poorly/quickly polished (which included them polishing the brushed part of the bracelet). The Avianne crew took care of me from the moment I walked in. They allowed me to exchange a 14k 2.5mm gold cable link chain for a 3mm diamond cut Franco and they also plated a memory photo pendant from yellow gold to white gold for a reasonable price. The president of Avianne and Co, Boris, handled most of the process himself by personally bringing me the Franco from outside the store and bringing my pendant to get plated.
