I
went
to
the
airstream
in
Montauk,
NY
for
fourth
if
July.
I
was
so
excited
to
find
some
pieces
to
bring
home
that
would
remind
me
of
my
trip
there
and
one
piece
turned
out
to
be
a
birthday
gift
from
my
best
friend.
A
week
later
one
of
my
bracelts
chipped
and
the
other
was
which
is
the
tricolor
completely
unscrewed
and
fell
off.
I
knew
I
had
30
days
to
return
or
exchange
so
I
reached
out
by
phone
and
left
two
messages
with
no
response.
Then
I
emailed
with
no
immediate
response.
Then
I
contacted
the
employee
I
purchased
with
who
said
she
would
get
in
contact
with
customer
service.
They
emailed
back,
I
replied
and
still
have
not
heard
back
from
an
email
sent
on
Aug
14.
I
sent
a
few
more
emails
with
no
reply.
In
the
meantime
we
had
no
other
choice
but
to
dispute
charges
until
it
was
figured
out,
which
are
still
pending
by
the
way.
Labor
day
weekend
we
planned
another
trip
to
Montauk.
I
thought
perfect!
I
can
go
to
the
place
I
purchased
them
and
return
there
since
she
know
what's
going
on...WRONG.
Since
it
has
been
over
30
days
there
is
nothing
that
she
could
do
about
a
return
or
exchange
and
I
would
have
to
reach
out
to
the
customer
service.
I
explained
and
showed
her
the
no
response
emails
and
suggested
that
they
do
reach
out
to
me
by
phone
to
handle
it
all
so
there
is
no
confusion
with
emails
and
no
responses.
She
took
my
information
and
said
I
should
hear
back
next
week.
Well,
the
week
has
gone
by
and
another
week
with
no
response.
To
say
the
customer
service
is
lacking
would
be
an
understatement.
All
I
wanted
was
exchange
the
pieces
and
it
has
been
very
difficult.
