Shake Shack is all about the outstanding customer service! Food-wise they do not meet that standard of Excellence though but it was still great 8 out of 10. I order Cheeseburger with Cherry Peppers combo with Spicy Crinkle Fries and Dragon fruit Pomegranate Lemonade drink. The star of the meal was the spicy crinkle fries with ranch dip. The drink was also amazing but unfortunately the burger was average. The bun were way too soft, the beef patty was thin and the flavors were not there for me. I would like to shout the amazing service provided by Terrence, he was amazing!

The shake options are fun. Lots of variety on the menu. Decent prices. Great location. Stop by here instead of the typical fast food chain options.

Whether you are vegetarians or not, don't deprive yourself of trying the two veggie options on the hamburger menu. Wonderful! If you eat on the spot, you pay at the cash register and they get it at the table.

It’s been a while that I haven’t got Shake Shack. Stopped here by with one of my friend from west side. There were a lot of people waiting for their food. I thought it was line for order, but it wasn’t. The employees were very kind. It was little hard to find seat. My friend enjoyed his first Shake Shack. It was good.

Randomly ran into this place when i was done shopping. In order to dine in you must show your vaccination card. You have to wait online to place your order. The line moved really quick. They gave me a number for my table. I still had to go up and get my food. I got two shack burgers with bacon. I got cheese fries with bacon. I got two sodas as well. The burgers were both good. The fries were good but could of used more cheese spread out. The burger was cooked really good. This location was packed. It was weird to eat with so many people standing and waiting for their order. Overall great experience here. I will be back if i am around.

I went on a Saturday night and it was full of people. I ate at the restaurant. The food was good, but the price was ridiculous. Had a Single Shack Burger, Cheese Fries and 1 Small Lemonade for $18, but there are only a few places open after 9pm. I came back on Sunday night and it was so full that I ordered my food to go. Got the Chicken Sandwich, 2 orders of Cheese Fries, and 1 Large Root Beer for $22. They put the food in a bag and gave me the drink to carry in my hand, which I couldn't do. I put the drink inside the bag with the food while a rude employee kept telling me to "TAKE IT and GO!" I ignored him and surrounded my drink with napkins to keep it as steady as possible since I had 1½ blocks to walk. As soon as I left the restaurant, one of the bag's handles broke and about 2 oz of my drink spilled. The napkins absorbed the liquid, but were now soaking wet. I walked to my hotel holding the flimsy broken bag with one arm underneath and another grabbing the top. When I got to my room there was a big hole on the bottom of that bag. NEVER AGAIN!

Shake Shack?? More like Chaos Shack!!! Great service. Good food, but not the best, and yes, it is overpriced!! You cannot find a place to sit there...it is a zoo! So many people, and the staff were arguing with each other, totally unprofessional! How are you supposed to enjoy your meal in this atmosphere?? I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location. Perhaps other locations are better.

It’s so worth the wait for dine in! The staff is on top of it! Food came out hot, fresh and the staff was very friendly even for it being so busy! The kitchen was just pushing out order after order... I was impressed! I was surprised they followed the COVID Guidelines so good with how busy it was. GREAT JOB!

The best cheeseburger in NYC. It’s juicy, it’s tender and the flavor of this quality burger is mouthwateringly perfect. Get a double shack burger with the shack sauce and fries as seen here. Take it to the next level and get the black and white shake and you’ll experience what heaven would taste like in a chilly frosty beverage

Wanted to get some Shake Shack in New York while we could in December. At the time, in order to dine in we had to show a vaccination card. We got a couple of shakes and some of the classic ShackBurgers. Everything was delicious and we were pretty full for pretty cheap. Fun how they have dog treats to buy for your dogs too.

Heard a lot about this place and also from New Yorkers to go try it out. I visited I found the following. The meat was pink inside the middle, and burgers didn't have too much flavor. Found the fries to be over prices for what you got. Their benches were too tight. the average person could't even fit in properly. The place is very busy but I wouldn't attend again while in New York.

it was a great time at shake shack, i like the interieur - wooden tables and comfortable seats. the restaurant was very big, and you have really a lots of space!! very friendly waitress - they also cleaned the table when we sat down.. you have to order at the counter but the food is carried to your table. The burger was very delicious!! really tasty! one of the best one i ate in NYC!!

There are many stores in Manhattan, but the one in Herald Square was our favorite because it had a shorter wait than the others and was very clean. It has a menu with a few options for burgers and fries. We didn't really like the chicken burger. The wait was an average of 20 minutes and the waiters made sure to clear the tables as soon as someone left.

Corey (GM), you are a great person. I owe you so much! Thanks for the hot dog on the house. I was surprised and can’t thank you enough. All the staff are so great too! I would be back many a times!

Tried this new spicy Shackmeister burger that has the fried onions in it. As per usual, it did not disappoint. Their beef is on point and love the cherry peppers!

Ordered on the app for pick up, burgers were good, got the shack burger with pepper and pickles. Fries are skippable, maybe because it was cold already when I ate it. Convenient location close to my office. Ordering on the app is more convenient so you can just walk in to grab the bag to go.

I got the shroom burger. Which was very good. But very small. I also got a root beer float. Very good. The price of the shroom burger is about $10. And as you can see it was a child size meal. They also announced to everyone in line that they had no more burgers luckily my friend and I were not getting beef burgers. Staff was friendly and prompt and professional.

Shake Shack offers great smash burgers with their signature crinkle cut fries. Their chicken tenders are soft and tender and their shake was absolutely wonderful. Shake shack does what it does well.

I’ve visited this location a few weeks ago. I was able to place my order inside with a representative then had to wait outside for my order. The representative was very polite and friendly. This location is now doing indoor dining at a limited capacity and there was quite a wait for a table. The location is accepting cash and card. When I arrived at my destination, I noticed I was missing 3 orders of fries from my order. I contacted the location to inform them, they informed me I would be refunded. I had to call again for a 2nd time and they told me once again I would be refunded. I finally decided to write into to the company and the resolved the issue in less than 24 hours. Be sure to check to make sure you have all your items before your leave the store. I’m giving this location 2 stars because it took so long to get my money refunded to me.

I had to try a Shake Shack when visiting New York & it did not disappoint! 🍔 the fries?! Crispy & delicious. The burgers? Big & filling! The vanilla shake? All the things you want a milkshake to be: thick, smooth & tasty 👅 I also have to give my compliments to the service staff at the counter-very friendly, funny & understanding. Americans have a bad rap in Canada, but all we experienced was lovely interactions. Would recommend this location specifically! 👍

The meat on these burgers is of good quality and quite large, it is a unique experience not for an everyday meal, it is a little pricy but it is a solid 4-star place. The Smoke Shack is a must-try if you like a lot of meat.

My San Antonio Shake Shack serves way better burger than this place. I don't know what was wrong with my burger but it wasn't tasty at all. The location was very convenient for me because it was within 5 mins walking distance but still... I went only once not so much benefit from distance. Maybe I had to try the hot dog other than burger here. Too bad because the first Shake Shack I had in NYC 3 years ago was great.

Great place! First time here. They have dairy free shakes too. We got strawberry and the dairy free chocolate. Both were amazing. The burger and chicken nuggets were good too. This place was super busy when we went on Friday night. We were lucky to get a table, sharing with another nice couple, just as our food was ready.

What amazing place. You have availability of filtered water for people at no additional cost, your food is delivered to the table. The burgers are very delicious and the meat is juicy and very well cooked and the potatoes are very fresh with a perfect temperature. The shakes are very delicious

Finally some good frozen custard. The last Shake Shack I went to wouldn't customize a shake but this one let me get chocolate custard with the seasonal coffee and donuts shake and it was worth it. The coffee flavor is quite strong and using chocolate custard makes it taste like a chocolate covered coffee bean in liquid form. The donut bits are tiny specks, which isn't great, but it's still a 5 star drink. Cheers to the understanding and polite cashiers.

Unfortunately I cannot rate this establishment more then 1 star at this time. I have given this location multiple chances to give me fresh avocado and for the 3rd time this is the quality I received after expressing my concerns. Its baffling to me for people that just want good quality meals from a “supposed” good quality restaurant to be serving there clients this. Why charge $2 for avocado yet provide this type of quality.

Visiting NYC last week and stayed at a hotel right around the corner from this location. I’ve never had Shake Shack before this trip, likely because the closest one to me in south FL is about a 30min drive. Anyways, my family and I LOVED our meals! Ordered the Shack Stack and two Shack burgers with an order of cheese fries to share between the three of us and everything was delicious! Food came out quick and quality was great. Staff was friendly and quick to clean up tables for a faster turn around since this is a popular location and can get very busy. We enjoyed our meal so much that we returned for lunch the day we were flying back home for another awesome meal before we left. Hoping that the Boca Raton, FL location can meet the same standards as this location as I will definitely be frequenting Shake Shack more often.

No surprise that the restaurant is popular. Very tasty burgers the whole bun has a soft ,good texture, fresh vegetables and juicy beef with a rich milkshake .Reasonable prices, packed with customers, but didn't wait very long.

Nothing but one of the most tasty burgers eaten in NYC. Fresh and high-quality ingredients, really interesting the avocado one. Very crowded and messy local

This was our first food stop as soon as we got to NYC. It was my first time ever having a burger from them. I absolutely loved it. The burger was nice and juicy and the toppings definitely added to its taste. It was on the pricier side for a fast food burger but still worth it! The wait was long to order and to receive our burgers. Can't wait to be back though!

I was in the city for business and don't have Shake Shacks where I live. I have always heard how great they were on Food Network, etc and was really looking forward to trying them. The burger did not disappoint. I got the double and added bacon. The patties were crispy on the edges and slightly pink inside. The lettuce was crisp and the tomatoes were actually ripe unlike many chain fast food or sub places. The sauce was really good too. I was disappointed with the fries. They were fine, but just frozen crinkle cut. I much prefer Five Guys fresh cut Cajun fries. Service was great and the restaurant was very clean, especially for being near the end of day.

This was the best fast food place we tried in NY close to where we stayed. We enhoyed the fries , they were very tasty and the cheese burger was great as well. Usually there is tons of people in the queue but it moves fast. It is close to macys so we ate there on the way back.

I've come to this location several times and feel that this is one of my least favourite locations in the city. The staff are surprisingly inhospitable, making the visit generally uncomfortable. I witnessed several customers asking about the status of their order and they were either rudely dismissed or loudly told to wait. Their management of the order/pickup line significantly worse than other Shake Shack locations, with plenty of confusion among customers waiting for their order. The speed of the service is also very slow compared to other locations in the city — I have come in for a mobile pickup order several times and have had to wait 12+ minutes longer than what the app told me to expect each time.

I'm not the biggest burger fanatic. But I have to say this was one of the best "franchise" burgers I had since ages. So if you're into burgers you won't regret going here.

The burger was delicious, fries were ok (You can’t beat Belgian fries sorry), the tea was excellent (I had a fifty-fifty = mix between lemonade and organic green tea) and the milkshake (Wake Shake) just amazing 🤤 I’ll definitely eat Shake Shack again. The only things are the price ($27 including 15% tip), the place and people. Not much seats. Many tourists (like me I think) and everyone take time and do not share spot. PS: I regularly buy a Wake Shake

Keepin it real out here in Shake Shack I still remembered vividly the first time I had a Shake Shack burger, it was a random day after high school hanging out with my friends in Grand Central, and it was the best, cheesiest tiny burger I ever had. It was honestly not the same anymore after that, may be due to my high expectation. I did get both the chicken burger and regular beef burger recently, threw on a bunch of toppings. The beef burger is still pretty darn good and the chicken sandwich just can't compare, and definitely can't compete with all the other chicken sandwiches out there in the same price range. Yea, will still go back for them tiny burgers.

While the flavours are not too bad, I find it becoming more and more like fast food junk. I hope they don't go that route. There is currently no dine in and packing may not be the best option for everything on the menu.. like the cheese fries..

  • 5/5 Kiki G. 3 years ago on Google
Haven't been to Shake Shack since the Pandemic so finally went. They have strict covid protocols in place which is great. No more going in with crowds and ordering food while trying to grab a table. A line forms outside if you want dine-in and you fill out a form with name, address, phone (probably if anyone becomes exposed). If you want take out you get let in to order but then you have to go back outside to wait for your food which they bring to you. For dine-in, once your name is on the list and you're in line, you wait until a table is available for you. The order in which you line up is the order you will get a table so everyone waits their turn. You may wait a while but it's more organized this way and no more scrambling to find a table. The chicken sandwich is my FAVORITE

I LOVE THEIR BURGERS, they really are the very best when it comes to grilled burgers. They will normally run you up 10 bucks each. But they are amazing and the cheese is incredible

Zero stars for the food! My mother nearly choked because a bread clips was inside her burger & supposedly that’s wasn’t the 1st incident that occurred that day with a similar situation. Thanks goodness my kid wasn’t the one eating the burger.
