The store has great hours too and is right near transit lines to anywhere in the city or even Jersey via PATH.

Conveniently located in Calatrava's Hub, next to the PATH turnstiles. It's an easy stop for commuters on their way home to pop in and browse the racks for season's latest. Though their selection seems repetitive and limited at times. Jewelry section is often low on stock.

This review is not so much about the quality of the clothing as I've bought a handful of items from COS over the years and they're fine. This review is more of a public notice that this store for some reason because "they lack the equipment", cannot accept returns from online purchases. I was told to go to the location in SoHo or use the prepaid return label (I work near WTC so it's more convenient for me to return items to this location and therefore also get my refund sooner than via a mail return). I don't doubt that the staff was lying when they told me this as they have no reason to, but it's the first I've experienced that one particular store is not able to honor the corporate return policy. COS corporate needs to address this or specifically say something on their website as it's unexpected.

A store clerk asked me to tuck the tags back in the (hanging) shirts when I'm done. I just simply replied if the customers need to help fold the clothes as well? And he actually answered "if they want." You can buy better quality clothes with better experience elsewhere in NYC.

I’m leaving a review coz I’ve spent a lot of time waiting elsewhere while the wife shops here. I’ve looked around, merch looked very utilitarian to me, but shows what I know coz she looks good in them! She says the staff here are nice, too.

Of all the COS boutiques in the city, this one is the best because it has the biggest selection.

DONT BUY! Got gifted a pair of shoes for my wedding and the leather is separating from both shoes after wearing for less than a day. Contacted them and they can’t do anything because I don’t have an order number but I got them as a gift. Worse quality shoe ever.

Love the clothes, store has an awesome selection. Always organized so you can easily grab what you need and be in and out! Everyone there is helpful!

COS is always good quality products. Sale items are in poor condition, ripped out, holes, etc. New collection is super...but expensive. Recommend definitely!

It's a great shop for minimalist European style. The customer service is decent but there is a severe shortage dressing rooms for women. Expect a wait.

I bought a product, it shrank in one wash. Extremely poor quality. When I went to the store the person did not accept it back, not even as a store credit because the product had been washed. How can someone know it is going to shrink without washing? I was a loyal customer but not buying there anymore. Poor management and product.
