Today I Went In To Do An Instore Exchange, The Employee Celeste Was Moving So Fast Not Listening To Me She Put In For A Refund, When She Finally Slowed Down To Listen I Told Her I Was Trying To Do An Instore Exchange She Lied And Said Oh No We Don't Do Instore Exchanges Here I Said Yes You Do Because I Just Did An Instore Exchange Here In This Store Last Week She Played As If She Wasn't Aware They Do That Because She Didn't Want To Go Through The Hassle Of Changing It From Return Which I Never Said I Was There To Do, She Then Passed The Task Along To Victor Who Wasn't To Happy To Help Me Either First He Lied And Said The Boots Were Sold Out When I Went To The Website And Showed Victor They Still Had Them And In My Size He Looked Shocked That I Was Smart Enough To Check For Myself, He Then Proceeded To Call Back Costumer Service So He Said So He Could Change My Order From A Return To An Exchange He Stayed On The Phone A Few Minutes Then Whispered Something To Celeste She Then Comes Over Telling Me He Spoke With Costumer Service And They Said He Couldn't Cyange My Order From A Return To An Exchange So I Was Forced To Order Another Pair Of Boots And Told I Would Just Have To Wait For My Refund On The Boots I Brought Back, The Worst Customer Service Ive Ever Experienced The Best Thing About My Visit To This Location Was The Employee Jah Who Was Very Apologetic For Her Lazy Co-Workers Keep Jah Let Celeste And Victor Go Because They Clearly Don't Want To Work They Enjoy The Perks Of Working For Ugg Not The Work Celeste Tri3d To Smooth Things Over By Offering Me A Free Umbrella Or A Mini Shampoo And Conditioner Set I Opted For The Shampoo Set For All My Trouble Of Being Lied To, Intelligence Insulted, And Having To Spend Extra Money Not A Happy Customer Today

The service was really bad! I do not know WHATS WRONG WITH HER!!! Of course I know the color is different between the brown and black! I just want to try the color tho! So I went to the shop and checked it! Furthermore, I can order the boots on line! Do not need her help!

Before venturing out to the store, I like to verify they actually have what I'm buying in-stock. Especially since it's not in-stock online. I have called the store number repeatedly and it goes to someone's cellphone voicemail where the mailbox is always full. Terrible customer service UGG. You should keep up-to-date on your stores and maybe do random checks to make sure they are living up to the brand name. It would really not make sense to go all the way to this store and find they don't have it.

Had a horrible experience with a worker, Isa, I had asked for a pair of shoes and he completely forgot about me. Then I found him having a full blown conversation with another customer. I felt baffled and disrespectful. I ended up leaving and ordering online. Try to avoid him!!

The store located in the WTC Occulus(?). It was a quiet day. The store was extremely neat. I loved the sofa to try on the shoes. No one was overly friendly or pushy. I love my slippers

I shopped online, so I had to pick up them at the store. They asked me for ID and the email to confirm. Customer service was very proactive and servicial.

Very bad experience. The staff are incompetent and unpleasant. They don't care about customers, they don't know the colours or the models of they sell and better they tried to sell me a pair in a different colour and with a stain.

Terrible customer service, practically had to get my own size from the stockroom myself. Avoid at all costs and just shop elsewhere or shop online. Staff were more interested in talking to each other than helping customers, was not acknowledged at all while in the store. Terrible place

Small store with dedicated friendly staff with all COVID precautions being observed. Everything I requested to see was available in the correct sizes and the prices are always low and reasonable, great store for gift giving. Located on the second level of the underground plaza directly across from Apple Store.

My wife went to this store for an exchange of Ugg boots which was bought for child, and Asian sale person/store manager refused to change, with unprofessional attitude and behaviour saying “I said no”, what you are you want, it’s used”, it’s wasn’t worn, when store manager requested to speak she said she is the store manager and there is nothing to talk about, she was rude, disrespectful and put my wife into tears in store in front of other customers. First of all please be kind to say your name or wear badge and not refuse to say name when asked, secondly, you must stay professional and put aside all bad behaviour and mean attitude when people talk you. I wish I was there myself to speak her directly. Will complaint further and never shop there again!

Yesterday i ran out to exchange something that was to big for me, of course i got a faith who was very nasty in unpleasant for like the 3 time coming to this location, i ask her name she act like she didn't hear me talking to her, so on my receipt was her name as cashier & sales person. I will not be going back to this store the worse ever.

i had such a bad experience here the black lady with the blue highlights is mad rude for no reason. all i asked was for my size and she mean mugged me & my two friends the whole entire time.

I visited this store on Monday while visiting NYC. My foot was in severe pain due to a lot of walking coupled with a recent foot surgery. Faith (if the name on the receipt is in fact the employee who was working) was super helpful. I will stop in again next time I’m in the area.

Great store!! A few weeks ago i walked into this store clueless and Victor was a great help and made the shopping experience quick and easy, victor took his time to help me out and pick out a gift, i had a few questions about other products and he answered all my questions, he also gave me complementary cleaning products for my purchases. It was nice, the store was kinda small but you know what you're looking for. The employees were really helpful and fast. Only complaint is that they don't take tap-to-pay with your phone (usually fails), but that's not enough of a reason to dock a star.
