The body shop did an amazing job repairing our vehicle and went above and beyond. The entire staff was very polite and accommodating. They made sure that our car was properly taking care of and did an amazing job with everything. Great at communicating with everything even with the shortage of parts and shipping dilemas going on nationally.

They did a really great job on my daughters’ car after she was side swiped on the highway. The staff is extremely friendly and updated me every step of the way. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Auto Body Concepts is a MINI Certified Auto Body Collision Repair Center so I took my 2017 Mini Cooper Clubman John Cooper Works to get repaired. It is really rare one so I wanted to bring it some where they would use OEM parts. Thanks guys for the great customers service.

I brought my car here and was quoted a price. When I picked up my car the owner added extra fees stating that his estimate was not accurate at first. He never called me to renegotiate the price and expected me to pay. When I called the insurance company they said that he was adding fees that were already included. Rip off

Well my car was there for 9 business to do a bumper replacement and undershield. Initially they said it would be done by Tuesday next week but didn't happen because their waiting for a sensor part. Thursday. I called them around 10:58am and they aid the parts arrived and will just be put in the sensor. 3pm and still the car is not done yet. How long does it take to put a parking sensor in the bumper. I'm not an body repairer but I replaced a parking sensor in less than an hour. Worst is I called their shop and the person put me on hold saying 1 sec to me.. that 1 second turns to 10 minutes. I called using my landline only to find out the person I spoke with forgot that I was on hold.. very unprofessional.. I need to speak to Circle BMW about this, how very unprofessional this body shop is. And so they need to find another body shop. In the first place AutoBody Concept should have already found out what's wrong with my car upon inspection and should have ordered all the parts needed. It won't take 9 days to paint aand replace a bumper and undershield unless they're dilly-dallying with my car since it was being repaired under a car insurance claim.

I used Auto Body Concepts to perform body work on my BMW 535xi and BMW X3. They did an exceptional job repairing the front hood, fenders, grille and headlights on both of the vehicles. The paint job and finish work was exceptional and they blended the clear coat perfectly. The X3 was repaired in 2016 and the car looks like new. Their customer service, body work and detailing was the best by far. I've used other shops in the past and the quality far exceeds the others. Melissa was the best. I highly recommend their shop. Very professional and great workmanship.

After my accident my BMW was at this shop for almost 2 months due to the parts being on back order. Melissa, Jovanna and team were so diligent with the vendors and professional. The team also kept me updated throughout each week which I appreciated. Melissa fought for me with my insurance company and was able to get me a car rental for longer than my policy allowed. She spoke with them several times a week to ensure I got everything I needed. She’s truly wonderful! A tough cookie that values her costumers. I got my car back today and It looks like the day I bought it!!! I highly recommend auto body concepts - I’m so grateful for them! 5/5 stars!!!

I brought my new Mazda in that was 1 month old. someone hit the car in front. Mazda recommended them as they said the car would be done in a couple of weeks. It was 5 weeks! My new car came back with a long scratch. This car sat in garage and then was there for 2 weeks. It only had 400 miles on it. I never received calls to be updated and then was told they determined a shopping cart hit my car. I don't use it for shopping, We have an SUV for that. Melissa was supposed to call back to lmk when her guy would repair the permanent marker on my door as the car came back with that as well! I don't own a purple permanent marker. Those 5 star reviews must be fake from friends as read the 1 star reviews...thats more like what I experienced. Horrible experience and would never use them again!

These people are the furthest thing from being professional. They are disrespectful, Rude, and the quality of repair is very poor, they dont fix a thing. As you can see plenty of bad reviews, it speaks for itself , these people are snakes. Horrible business. They take peoples cars and repairs them halfway, so that when you receive your car back theres still damage so you end up going back to them and they end up charging you even more, these people are crooks.

Jovanna was very professional kept me update with the progress of me repairs, Paul the owner answered the phone after hours and gave detailed information of the status of my vehicle, and at the end the car looked brand new. Auto Body Concept was recommended by BMW roadside assist and I highly recommend them.
