    There is no more iconic luxury retail experience in the world than Tiffany & Co. Growing up in NYC I was baptised with Audrey Hepburn at a young age, watching her standing in front of those windows drinking coffee from a paper cup and eating a pastry was as close to NYC folklore as you can get. After a multi-million dollar renovation I returned to visit and was given a tour buy the 50 year sales veteran Gary Hassel. Walking the store with Gary is like walking the Hollywood lot with Frank Sinatra, everyone knows and respects him and by extension your an A-lister as well. We started on the seventh floor and worked our way down as he explained all of the various designers and unique pieces they have on display. Every floor has a little something from the Tiffany collection which makes this 57th St. HQ an institution and the perfect homage to this global brand. Engravings still happen on site and you can even see them making the jewelry. You might think that Tiffany & Co. is above your paygrade but I am hear to tell you that is not true. There is something for everyone and no matter if you are buying a $65 keychain or a $250,000 ring the customer service is the best in the world and you will never be made to feel anything other than special.

    Tiffany’s is always fun to walk around and do some window shopping. As far as jewelry goes, they’re definitely on the expensive side but their pieces are always timeless. If you’re a fan of the brand, this location is a treat to visit. They have a large selection of jewelry at a lot of different price points, from small silver pendants to intricate diamond necklaces.

    Still a classic. They just redesigned it into a modern Tiffany's. Stunning architecture, lighting, products and the overall atmosphere and experience. It's an absolute must walk in if you're on Fifth Avenue.

    Been there to have our wedding rings. They had us waited a little long although we made an appointment. They gave us some welcome drinks and kindly comforted us so the wait was acceptable. Sales rep. did a great job showing us various designs and stuff. Getting our rings was simple and kind of fast (took a few days) after we purchased the rings. Busy location! But will go back for another purchase :)

    One of the most iconic and beautiful store on 5th ave! I highly recommend this place to get that jewelry for that special someone. I took my girl here last valentine to select a charm, and this place is the definition for diamonds are a girl best friend. The employees are super friendly and helpful. I would different shop here again and again until I’m broke. Lol the best part of selecting a piece of jewelry from this place is that how special and rare the experience feels. I was even more happy to see the smile my girlfriend had upon opening that Tiffany’s box.

    I called Tiffany asking if I could get a necklace cleaned here. It's the closest location to my office. They said yes. I brought the necklace here, and the staff were clearly really annoyed that I would bring in something for cleaning at this location as it's mostly just a small gift shop. I explained their company had told me to bring it here when I called, that their position was totally understandable, but not my fault. They said they'd make an exception and have it cleaned but that it'd need to be sent to the flagship store on 57th. I told them sure, no worries, I could pick it up the following week and asked for a receipt. They said it would take 15 minutes to generate a receipt (why?!). I agreed and took a walk, returned 15 minutes later. They said they were still working on the receipt, clearly annoyed with me. I asked why it took so long to print or email me a receipt. They didn't have a response for that but asked for more time. I stood there another few minutes. They said they were still working on it. Finally, I just asked for the necklace back. They were clearly pleased. Was that their plan the whole time? Who knows. Either way, what a waste of a half hour, very disrespectful of my time. Clearly this staff is annoyed with the circumstances at Rockefeller, but again, not my fault. I don't have time to wait half an hour for them to print a receipt. Awful customer service. Separately, we are in the process of buying engagement rings. Use David Yurman! They have amazing customer service.

    It is truly the experience you know you want! Champagne while perusing the world's brightest diamonds- with each design more competitive than the last. If you're looking for a ring in the "love and engagement" department, ask for Sandra C.! She guided me through my engagement ring search, and made sure all my questions were answered, and that the blue box was prepared well in advance for the day I popped the question❤️ It was a seamless and amazing experience

    One of the priceless moments of the NYC family trip. Couple seconds before this shot, the 7 years old was making face thru the Tiffany window and calling out his mom who was shopping inside happily. The nice staff lady noticed him and gave him a gentle smile. The boy felt got caught a little, turnaround quickly with a fading laughing face. Wish had a better camera to capture the moment. :)

    To the manager I came to your store on the 27th of December to buy a necklace.  The person that served me wasn't very helpful or friendly.  When I had given him the money he went to package my product up. When he came back out he just handed me the product and my change. He didn't say thank you or goodbye or anything.  He was too interested in what the girl next to him was doing. I have never bought from Tiffany's before. I was visiting New York from England.  This totally ruined my whole Tiffany's experience.  I have worked in retail for 35 years. I would never treat a customer this way, especially if they are spending so much money.I have complained to your head office and they told me to contact you. I wait to hear from you.

    Great experience at the 610 5th Ave, New York, NY 10020 address in the Rockefeller Plaza (Diamond District) area. This is NOT the landmark store which is where Google seems to be pointing this to. I knew what I wanted and they provided it perfectly. I bought a beautiful silver charm for my bracelet that was a perfect souvenir for our NYC trip. Our salesperson, A. Rosario, was absolutely wonderful, personable and very helpful. Also, my poor husband left his phone there. Mr. Rosario was so Johnny on the spot and put it back for us. As soon as we knew we didn't have it (my husband doesn't rely on it like I do), we called, they kept it safe AND charged. We picked it up the next day. Yea Tiffany's and Mr. Rosario.

    This Tiffany location is prime. From the associates, the managerial staff, it’s just all high grade experience. They greet every single person that comes in the door, every. single. person. They go above and beyond with whatever you need. The workers here are the stencil to what luxury experience is what’s to be expected when you visit luxury stores. Everyone is so eager to help answer questions, all with humility and kindness. Oddly enough, they even give you a sense of empowerment by not allowing you to be apologetic for asking questions or requesting for their time. Cartier down the street needs to take retraining course from people here.

    This review applies to the Tiffany & Co customer service, not this particular store. But, I wanted to share that I had quite negative customer experience - they were seeming to be unhelpful. I shipped in an older Tiffany's chain for a repair and they quoted me as much as a new chain. So I cancelled the repair and ordered a new necklace. The new necklace would not fit the original pendant. I contacted customer service and they said, I'd need to ship the new chain in for a repair (and pay the shipping plus the repair myself). A subsequent call to customer service rep told me that the repair rep should have told me they replace the damaged chains with new chains. (No one told me this in the multiple email exchanges). They offered no shipping back or anything to remedy the situation. So now I have a new chain and a broken old chain. I have had this necklace since I was 16. So I will not be buying anything from Tiffany's in the future.

    There are more to Tiffany than jewelry. If you haven't visited store recently, please do. Beautifully designed magicalstaircase. Modern and classic at the same time. Caffe is open but you probably need to make a reservation to have Breakfast at Tiffany. But, they will serve water in a Cristal Tiffany glasses, if you ask. Plus, their powder room, one of the most beautiful in New York.

    Indulging in a meal at the Tiffany Building in NYC was a true delight. Securing a seat with my family, we relished not only the most delicious cuisine but also the breathtaking azure views. The food exceeded the high standards I'd come to expect in the USA, complemented by outstanding service. However, what truly captured my heart were the meticulously arranged live roses and orchids, adding an extra layer of enchantment to this lovely experience.

    I'm just living out a gossip girl fan's dream! lol My husband was able to get breakfast at Tiffany's reservation. I guess it’s tough to get, which I knew, but he was persistent! The service was excellent. The meal and breakfast at Tiffany Chefs kiss 😍 We browsed for jewelry before our reservation. Level 5 with Dan helping and no pressure. They didn’t have the item I wanted, but our reservation was starting soon. I wanted to leave with something. I went back to ask for Dan after the reservation ended, and an older blond lady, I don’t recall her name, but she felt pushy about making a sale. I’m not sure if they get a commission. But I got the vibe. She wanted to close on higher sales for jewelry I was interested in but made comments like what’s stopping you? I had to tell her the bracelet I wanted they didn’t have in stock. She tried to steer it like you will order out of stock item online get something else. I almost fell for it but just I got a different variation of the same bracelet that was sold out. I asked if the item would come wrapped after the sale, and she said it didn’t come wrapped up, and she wraps it and laughed. But in a snarky tone, I don't know. I didn’t laugh, and she apologized but if there is a commission it should go to Dan level 5 on 11/15/23 around 10:40ish. He's the reason I went back to spend some more money. 🫶🤷‍♀️ I hope this helps someone. Lol

    What can one say about Tiffany’s? Exquisite gifts for all budgets. I have not been to a Tiffany’s where they treat anyone differently based on budget. They are helpful for all. It’s an experience!

    $6,600 ring for my wife. Diamonds cracked and fell out (my wife does office work). Tiffany fixed it the first time because I demanded the store manager in Hawaii to explain to me how a Tiffany Diamond cracks!? Second time Tiffany wanted me to pay over $700 to fix it. I asked why does this keep happening and what can I do? Tiffany told me “she shouldn’t wear it as much.” Complete trash. $6,600 ring my wife should only wear “occasionally”. Bought a lot from them, haven’t bought anything from them since. Garbage.

    Today on Christmas day, I decided to go with my son to the Tiffany Boutique and try on the jewelry that I plan to buy. My son is hyperactive, he looked at the window display and touched everything, and he stained the glass, but for the first time I see how the employees treat customers at the highest level. not a single arrogant look or arrogant words from the employees, everyone was sincerely kind, consultant Elena and the girl with glasses touched my heart, I will return to you next month🩵🩵🩵

    Location is beautiful if a little sterile feeling in a way - I like how they've incorporated little pieces of history here and there to explore. However, I have been in to the store twice in the last month to purchase a necklace. The first time, not one single staff member acknowledged me (except the person the hit the button in the elevator), which was fine, I had my younger daughter with me and it wasn't a big deal. Went in again today with my husband, stood by the counter for several minutes and again, not one person acknowledged us, there were staff helping other people in the area, but there were definitely several staff members standing around talking to each other which then made me feel awkward. Decided against buying here because I didn't want a piece of jewelry with those "less than" negative feelings attached to it and will instead support a local, small business artisan.

    I had the best time today at the Tiffany’s landmark on 5fth avenue. Miss Colleen R. helped me find a beautiful gift for my husband . She walked me through the different floors and told me about the artistry of the new decor. I ended up taking a leash and a collar for my baby dog in the color of the Maison and I love it !!!

    Today I had the best shopping experience at Tiffany’s landmark location in NYC. This was my first time shopping with Tiffany’s, but my favorite advisor moved from another brand over to Tiffany’s and I figured I’d give it a try to shop with her again. When I got there, Jillian was still working with a client but had her colleague, Shaquille, show me some of the items I was interested in while she finished up her meeting. Both of them were so helpful and I got everything I was looking for. The location was absolutely gorgeous and I will definitely be coming again! Thank you Jillian, I am a Tiffany’s girl now!

    Extremely nice associates. You can explore the entire 3 floored store without the expectation that you have to buy something. We did go with an intention to check out rings and Lind really helped. He was so calm and really made my fiancé feel at ease while trying out rings since men aren’t used to rings on their fingers! He asked us very meaningful questions as to what we want the ring to signify. He even gave us his card with the ring we liked and helped us with our ring sizes even though we didn’t buy anything.. really felt at ease and not intimidated :)

    It’s a must do when in NYC! Adele was absolutely amazing! She carefully helped my friend and I each pick out a few pieces and after hearing what we were looking for, made several excellent suggestions. Saw us all the way through the store and made the whole experience so fun. Even took photos with us with our Tiffany bags and let’s us wear all our jewelry out of the store.

    The best place to shop jewellery. Prices are very high, but you can expect to get the very best jewellery and service. The staff is outstanding. Got the best possible service from Lyndon when buying an engagement ring. Even got champagne when looking at rings, amazing!

    It's a beautiful store. I didn't get to really see much because it was moved and by the time I arrived at the new place I had spent the time I had left in the city. The Uber left me at a different address and they had temporarily moved. Staff were friendly but I wish they would change it online so you get to the right place. I walked to the new place but it was a bit of a walk given an injury. If you are already tired from walking it can take awhile to go to the new place. I would have loved to take a picture related to the iconic movie.

    This is a two-part review: part one – on Monday, September 12, 2022 we were for the first time ever at a Tiffany’s store, “Bird Dogged”by multiple employees looking to complete sales. Very disappointing as a longtime, Tiffany-only jewelry customer. Part two – we had a great experience finally running into Daniel as we looked to purchase multiple pearl-based pieces. He was thoughtful, kind and not aggressive in his tactics. Tiffany’s continues to wow us with every purchase but the tactics deployed by some of the employees in the NYC flagship store today were very disappointing.

    We made an appointment ("Product Recommendations & Styling") in advance through the website. The client advisor (Ashley) contacted us by e-mail to know if we had special requests. In the store Ashley was so sweet, patient and adept. We had a great experience and besides buying a beautiful necklace, she offered us a wonderful experience.

    Great smaller store near the Rockerfeller Centre. Really impressed with the customer service from S. Lapina who was great to chat to whilst she went through what was on offer. There was no pressure or rush and she was really interested in our recent engagement once she saw my partner's Tiffany ring, and genuinely wanted to know all the details and see the photos. Great service.

    I’m a longtime buyer of Tiffany jewlery, and never have I experienced rudeness that I did on my visit to Tiffany’s on December 14th. I normally go to the SoHo location, and I will keep doing so. Upon purchasing my item, a lovely female sales representative brought me to the initial necklace section, where the gentleman administering that section rolled his eyes and asked me what initial necklace I wanted to purchase. I ended up returning the necklace today which took 45 minutes (since I was ignored when I asked for assistance multiple times). Not a good look at all for the iconic brand.

    Do not go there if you want to get cleaning service. They don’t provide it. The guy in the front told me that they do the cleaning service but actually, they don’t! I had to walked down the more blocks to get another better and big Tiffany on 57th avenue. Time wasted.
