Communication was very clear. It wasn't inexpensive, but I was confident that I was getting top quality work and not fly by night repairs. Was upfront about a watch he couldn't fix that had to go back to one of three manufacturer related shops in the US and gave tips on where it could be repaired.

Okay so I so I dropped off my Breitling watch at 3:30pm and an hour later my watch was flawless! I'm very happy and pleased with the quick and cost effective service that I got from G D Watch & Jewelry repair. I've had a watch strap replaced here in the past - the strap wasn't low-cost but it was good quality and I was happy with it. I've also been in to get some things fixed that he's told me weren't worth fixing, so I appreciate the honesty. A good guy.

Brought my watch here to get serviced in November 2019. I was a little apprehensive about leaving my watch but I now know it was in great hands. The gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable and enthused to work on my watch. I received it back in stellar condition. Serviced, cleaned and polished at fraction of the cost than the actual company would’ve charged. As for the watch..still on time! I highly recommend this shop for your higher end and vintage pieces. Very knowledgeable!

Had an empty watch case that I wanted to turn into a working watch, so I brought another working watch in to see if he could make the switch. He not only made the switch, he saw that the working one I brought in did not keep time well and gave me one that did. Bonus points for helping me punch another 2 holes into the strap since I have very small wrists that can never fit the smallest hole on a standard watch strap. Nice guy, he has a sort of "straight-to-the-point" personality so it shows he's very thorough in his work. Highly reccomend him.

This place is excellent! He took some links out of my watch right in front of me, in and out in under 10 minutes and for $10. Let me know if it was still too big, I could bring it back and he would adjust it. I came back the next day and he did it no problem! Would definitely recommend!
