👍👍 Awesome new coffee spot in Chelsea. This place is huge inside and has plenty of room to work. I spent a morning here and grabbed a ham and cheese croissant and a cold brew. The baristas were super friendly and knew their stuff. The croissant was absolutely perfect. Super flaky, buttery, and deliciou... Awesome new coffee spot in Chelsea. This place is huge inside and has plenty of room to work. I spent a morning here and grabbed a ham and cheese croissant and a cold brew. The baristas were super friendly and knew their stuff. The croissant was absolutely perfect. Super flaky, buttery, and delicious. This may be a new work spot for me since it’s super close and a great vibe.

Chelsea Coffee Project is one of my favorite coffee shops to work from. It’s usually not too crowded and there is a lot of seating! The coffee here is also high quality! Last time, I got the seasonal Sakura Blossom latte and loved it- the flavor was subtle and tangy without being overly sweet. I also got a vanilla pink guava twist, which had a decadent guava pastry filling. While a bit too sweet for me in the morning, this was a delicious pastry for satisfying my sweet tooth later in the day. Highly recommend Chelsea Coffee Project to anyone looking for a quiet coffee shop to work from in the area!

Overall rating: 4.5 That almond croissant was $7. It was good. And I already knew the coffee was going to be expensive. That’s the world we live in. But for the croissant too 😰 I though I had a few years left. Surprisingly, steep prices aren’t the reason for this rating. There are some tables that say this is a “laptop-free table”. I go into a coffee shop during the workday to work. Limiting tables is a bad look in my opinion.

Coffee shop with plenty of indoor seating. It seemed more like a “work” cafe rather than a talkative social cafe. I got the Woke up in NY blend which was very chocolatey and had a sharp, “grain” texture. Baristas were kinda slow when I went, but not a big deal. I don’t think I’d come here every day for a coffee, but it’s a nice & clean coffee shop for anybody to visit.

Black Sesame latte wasn't good (I couldn't even taste the espresso, at all), chai spices were "off" (too much ginger maybe?), but the place was nice.

Nice atmosphere, and has a small but decent selection of sweets and savories as well as drinks. They have both Vegan and Vegan and gluten free pastry items and thankfully, more than just one choice to choose from. The reason this place does not get full marks is because they still charge extra for vegan milk.

Cool spot with many decorative real plants. Very spacious and plenty of sitting. I had an espresso and it was good. Nice crema and color. Smooth lingering aftertaste, balanced and full body.

Nice atmosphere and really good coffee! We had Kickass London Fog which is very delightful, right temperature and perfect thickness. I also had iced chai latte which has nice balance of chai and milk. We loved it! We suggested that they serve their famous deconstructed coffee in this branch.

My son loves coming here for their slow drip coffee. He and I shared one from Yemen. I loved the presentation. It did have a great taste. I'm glad he picked that one. This is a small yet bright and cozy place to sit and sip some caffeine. My husband says his Americano was somewhat light. They have a small variety of pastries to choose from. We didn't order any food here. The prices are a little steep.

Coffee Project New York is one of the best operations in the city. The owners are incredibly passionate and dedicated to their craft. Moreover, they are very good at it! Their focus and sincerity is on offer at the new Chelsea location as much as anywhere else, and I would consider yourself lucky if you're in the neighborhood.

I will say they have great coffee compared to a lot of cafes. The cappuccino I got was tasty with the thin creamy foamed milk. Wanna go back again to try out their specials since the day I visited was too cold to have a cold drink.

I am hot choc lover, ordered one. Got very strong & watery one even though it was made with whole milk. They have only regular size available which is very small maybe even less half cup like espresso shots. Cost $5 something. Just thru away into trash. Cashier is polite, friendly. That’s the reason giving 3 stars. Don’t recommend at all

It was a nice stop by to grab something for a quick lunch and sit by the window to watch passers on 7th Avenue. Interior is cozy and has variety of seating options. If you are lucky, you can rest on comfy chairs and finish some work on the side as well. I had the smoked salmon toast which was excellent and they also do yummy cortado. Their House Blend is also very tasty and I grabbed an additional double espresso.

Note: De-constructed latte served only in East village! No restrooms. We got latte & flat white, they were fine, but I was expecting it to be stronger, I couldn’t really taste any espresso in it. They have 6 round tables, outlets available so you can get some work done. Although it can get crowded pretty quick.

My goto coffee shop around the block! The food and drinks here are always great. My favourites are the matcha latte (how hard it is to find a good matcha in this city!) and in the summer the espresso lemonade is a dream. Their toasts and croissant sandwiches are also great picks. The staff are always super friendly and fast. It can get quite crowded on the weekends but generally it’s not hard to find a seat for a small party since people come and go quickly.

Nice place and coffee, loses a star for no restroom and asking people to limit their stay to an hour

I used to go to a different cafe but I’ve changed my mind completely to coffee project. They are close to my restaurant and the beans are high quality. They got me by adding honey to my oat latte, I am a regular now. Yay!

Its cozy and spacious, but incredibly crazy amount of ice they put in cold brews. Like i couldn't even put my straw through it..... $6... I work in a coffee shop too, I understand putting alot ice if your cold brew is strong, but it was bland...as if i was drinking water..

Pour over is a bit pricey, but delicious nonetheless. Knowledgeable baristas. Great selection of single origin whole bean coffee roasted in NYC

First time here. I'm not usually a coffee drinker but the Campfire Latte intrigued me and I had a busy day ahead of me, so I was down to get caffeinated. The cashier/barista who took my order was friendly, warm, knowledgeable and informative. The Campfire Latte: A chocolatey mocha latte topped w/ graham cracker crumbles and a big torched marshmallow. I loved the Allspice and the graham cracker crumbs on top! I took a seat and they brought it over to me. Nice ambience and decent amount of tables. Comfortable chairs, too, good for sitting in to work. The music was a little loud, though, but I wasn't there to work, just to drink my latte. I wonder what other specialty lattes they'll come out w/ in the future! The Surreal Taro Latte was good but I wish it had more taro flavor. I stirred it well but the fkavor disappeared.

Great pour over. They have a lot of options for specialty beans. Service is great as well, baristas are knowledgeable and willing to explain everything. Would recommend if you're looking for specialty coffee in NYC.

Free wifi, restroom, best coffee, various pastry and food menu, plenty of seats! a huge plus point for me are natural light through big window and the fact that it closes at 9pm. It's a bit of a walk from my place, but will help get my steps in while having a great place to sit and work for a couple of hours.

I’m not really a coffee aficionado but I like a good cup of coffee and I thought this was pretty good. We had a nice croissant sandwich too. The place is a little small and there seems to be some people who camp out with laptops 👩‍💻. We had a nice visit.

Clary's was well within walking distance of our rental brownstone. My husband ordered the fruit cup and was delighted with the fresh strawberries, pineapple and bananas. I had the eggs benedict and it was yummy! The price was also "just right".

Great drip coffee, nice layered flavour. They have a really cool selection of coffees to brew at home, including a fancy gesha. Note that the bags are only 10 oz, compared to the standard 12 at other places

Average third wave coffee shop, not crowded, decent seating. I had a sandwich and cold brew here.
