She assured me of their quality and commitment to customer satisfaction. Before asking for any deposit, we communicated often and would send photos back and forth until we agreed on the final process. I don’t like to haggle so I asked for a fair price. Their price was less than anyone I found locally. A week after we agreed on the specific design, she sent me photo of the finished piece. It was more beautiful than I could have imagined. I visited the Diamond District and Frost Jewler’s in NYC to place my order in person. I recommend doing this because it allowed me rob make sure I picked out the size I wanted. They were really friendly to me and my uncle. The product arrived after a couple weeks and it looks amazing. I love the way the light hits the diamonds! I felt secure in my purchase knowing I was getting a direct to consumer product that cut out markups from a middle man jeweler. The ability to upgrade in the future I think makes Frost unique because my pieces can grow with me.

Chelsea was awesome . She was able to get me the ring I wanted at the price I could afford . She was even able to get it overnight delivered in my same budget . Thanks again Chelsea and I’ll be back for my watch. Now I’m editing this review . I have been wearing my ring for approx 7 days and a diamond has already fallen out . Chelsea was I top of getting shipping taken care of and covering the cost tk fix but only 7 days and I’m already dealing with stones being loss and falling out ? Customer service is top notch but their jewelry couldn’t stay in tact for more than a week . Apprehensive to purchasing anything again from them

4 stars for recovery and guest experience. Originally ordered a Franco bracelet that came incorrect without diamond cut. Also it looked tiny for almost spending 1k. Upon receiving reached out to support and was assisted by Gianna who was AMAZING. Super helpful, assisted me with returning as well as increasing the length and mm of the original purchase. All in all spent 1.3k on a bracelet which my boyfriend ended up loving. Quality was beautiful as was the product. Didn’t give 5 stars due to the second support rep Mirna who didn’t seem to want to help in regards to the return package and send out of my second bracelet and just generally didn’t seem to care. Night and day difference from Gianna who from chat texting and phone call was just wonderful to speak with and gained a return client despite the initial hiccup! I need to update my review of Frost NYC. I posted a negative review about the a Rolex watch that I had purchased for my wife. It had stopped working so I took it to a certified Rolex dealer to send to Rolex to have it repaired. They would not repair or service the watch and sent it back explaining that because the crown, bezel, and face were customized, and not genuine from the Rolex factory, Rolex said it was not "Genuine" and would be returning the watch. Naturally I was not happy with the "Not Genuine" comment. I then posted a negative review that the watch was not Genuine and for buyer to beware. After my negative post I was contacted by Frost NYC and they explained that the crown, bezel and face were indeed custom but the inner workings and mechanicals of the watch were Genuine Rolex. They then reminded me it had a 5 year warranty and would happily repair the watch. They sent me a label to return the watch, which I did. They promptly repaired the watch and sent it back. So as a buyer you just need to know the watches with the diamond bezels and faces are customized pieces in the eyes of the almighty Rolex Company, and they will not work on them, but they are in fact Genuine Rolex Timepieces. Thank you Frost NYC for repairing the watch and the explaining the customization and how Rolex feels about that. I am now a satisfied customer and happy with both my purchase and Frost NYC.

I found a great chain on here with a bracelet. Frosts prices were really a lot better then any local jewelery stores so I went with them....when I got the chain it was slightly too short and they immediately took it back and sent me a longer one with no headache...I was impressed. I also like there upgrade program...would definitely recommend.

Very quick shipping, response time from customer service is slow, and usually requires follow-up. I purchased a Mens Diamond Tennis Bracelet, and while it is clearly well made for what it is, I believe they have misrepresented the quality of the diamonds, and have just become aware of it in comparison to other diamonds I have. As advertised, they state they are VS clarity (I don't have the tools or skill to evaluate this.) and F/G color. With an F/G color rating, they should be colorless, at least with the naked eye. With no magnification, and in plain daylight, they are so obviously yellow when placed next to actual F color diamonds I have. In the photo attached the bracelet is between to rings I have with F/G color diamonds.

Gianna was absolutely amazing. Me and my husband decided to update our wedding bands for Christmas this year. Gianna helped me choose my new wedding band and then helped resolve and upgrade my husband's wedding band. We ended up getting a custom-made ring for him and she assured me that she would personally check the quality of my rings prior to them being shipped out to me. I ordered a gold chain, and it was delivered quickly. It wasn’t quite what I was a looking for, so I contacted Customer Service to arrange an exchange for a different chain. Luci took me through the exchange process without any fuss. She was very helpful AND personable, and made the entire process feel very straightforward. Although I’m sure I’ll be very happy with the second chain, I also feel comforted knowing that if I need anything else from Customer Service, then Luci will take good care of me!

If you're looking for jewelry I highly recommend going anywhere but here. Spent over 1500 on a chain here last month and right after receiving I contacted them to return it. Got the item back to them within 15 days of receiving so I'm still eligible for full refund but they been stalling since getting the item back. Spoke to Dani and Luci and I must say both of them have no idea how long it takes to receive a refund because they both gave different estimates and were both wrong. Was told it takes 1-7 business days to process and another 3-5 business for refund to hit account. The item got back to them on January 19th; its been a month since they had the product back in inventory and still nothing. I emailed them again after 2 weeks and was told that item was processed back in inventory on January 26th and all of a sudden it takes another 2 weeks for refund???? Most companies get refunds back within 3-5 business days but I guess it takes longer when the company is paying for fake google reviews. Was informed they would expedite refund for the 11th of February and still haven't received anything. Nothing but a scam company take business elsewhere

I’ve purchased a couple bracelets from Frost. This is my most recent. Love the quality and selection. Had to call with a question once and customer service was pleasant and informative. Shipping is relatively quick. I appreciate having to sign for the delivery. Makes me feel secure about receiving my items.
