I
came
here
because
I
initially
wanted
to
repair
several
of
my
gold
pieces
including
a
gold
necklace
I
purchased
a
year
prior.
This
jewelry
store
has
a
great
selection
but
this
review
is
for
the
service.
Both
times
visiting
this
location
I
was
assisted
by
a
salesman
named
Chris,
he’s
honestly
flamboyant
and
very
exaggerated
in
his
service
because
he
wants
to
make
a
sale
and
comes
off
as
a
cheap
salesman
who
doesn’t
really
listen
to
you.
I
wanted
to
shorten
some
of
my
bracelets
that
were
too
long
and
he
cut
the
extra
pieces
off
with
a
scissor
he
then
measured
my
additional
bracelets
to
the
sizes
I
requested.
I
also
had
a
necklace
I
wanted
to
make
longer
so
he
showed
me
a
gold
spacer
which
was
fine.
After
asking
him
how
much
the
repairs
would
total
(3)
1
necklace
and
2
bracelets
plus
the
spacer
I
selected
he
told
me
$200..
I
literally
had
a
quote
from
another
jeweler
for
less
than
half
this
price
for
just
the
repairs.
When
I
expressed
this
to
him
he
said
I’ll
knock
off
$80
and
do
everything
for
$120
he
insisted
he
gave
me
a
deal
on
the
spacer
for
$60
when
it
should’ve
been
$65
and
he
wouldn’t
charge
me
for
shortening
the
other
2
bracelets
that
he
literally
cut
with
a
scissor..
If
you
can
easily
knock
off
$80
like
it’s
nothing
clearly
something
is
wrong
with
your
prices
and
you’re
not
genuine.
I
ended
up
purchasing
the
spacer
but
both
times
visiting
this
store
he
comes
off
as
a
sleazy
salesman
who
only
cares
about
upselling,
he
also
told
me
well
if
you
have
a
cheaper
place
why
don’t
you
go
there.
I
also
let
him
know
their
lead
time
was
longer
which
is
why
I
checked
with
them
but
I
don’t
think
I
will
ever
come
here
again.
Maybe
have
better
sales
etiquette,
I
don’t
know
about
the
rest
of
the
staff
but
he’s
not
a
good
representation.
