I really do like the various pieces they have available but unfortunately people of a certain color are not welcomed greeted or assisted like others upon entry at this store. I thought maybe it was me but this was my 5th and last time shopping here. Please avoid being that our presence (african Americans) is not welcomed and our hard earned money shouldnt either.

I walked into the store just now and they said they were closed yet there were still about 2-3 people shopping. I pleaded and walked in. I saw a couple things I like then noticed there was more jewelry downstairs, so I asked to go downstairs and the clerk says store is closed. I'm like okay..but you clearly let me walk in already, can I take a couple more mins to get more items? He says $20 minimum, I say that's fine. He says store's closed. Huh? I point out the fact that there are 2 other people still shopping. He says they're the last transaction. I'm like so you can't make me the next transaction? He says no. Huh? The most passive rudeness I've ever encountered. He was an ass in the most indirect way possible. I definitely won't be returning.

We arrived 15 minutes before closing and were not allowed to go downstairs where there was more selection. We were told that necklaces could not be tried on and min purchase was $20. We eventually tried to purchase a bunch of items but at the cash register, the owner refused to put some items in different plastic pouches to avoid getting the thin chains from getting entangled. The owner said he does not do it for anyone. We were left with no alternative but to cancel the purchase. We have rarely encountered such passively rude service with a "don't - care" attitude.

Saw a lot of negative responses and wanted to check it myself . Luckily they didn’t follow my wife and trouble her to buy things or not to try it . Lots of options to buy . They had a decent collection of ear rings and other jewelry . Like other said, there wasn’t any minimum order .. we just got a pendant / Maala for 4$ and walked out .. it was an ok experience for us ..

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. I was discriminated against because of the color of my skin .Before I entered the store, none of the customers (whom were white) had baskets in their hands. However, upon entering, I was immediately targeted and told to hold a basket while shopping. At first I took the basket, but then I noticed the worker kindly ASKED the other shopper if she wanted a basket, and she refused. After witnessing that, I gave the basket back, and told him I don’t need it because I’m only buying small earrings. A few moments later, a female worker came up to me aggressively and told me I HAD to hold the basket. I refused and told her why I refused. She was extremely combative and rude. So I kindly told her she needs to enforce the company policy to all customers. Once agin, she was very rude and I felt very uncomfortable. Needless to say, please DO NOT shop here, especially if you are someone of color. It’s a unfortunate truth that you will be followed!

Have never had a worse shopping experience or been treated more rudely. The woman at the register was appalling. Females do not go in here alone- the men who work at the store follow you around and gawk. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. There are many better options for cheap fun jewelry in the neighborhood

What a ratty, cheap & unfriendly shop! The man in the store said I couldn’t try on $4,99 necklace in a Jewelry store - this says all you need to know about these cowboys. Plenty of other fake jewelry stores around just avoid this one with an attitude like that just why would you bother! #rude #cheap #unfriendly #fake

I went there few times but this last experience was horrible. During this cold weather, they didn’t allow my toddler on a stroller inside. We politely requested them that it’s windy and cold can we please have it inside in the corner. My baby is cold. The lady was rude and refused. We stepped out and didn’t shop there. Other stores around them didn’t allow strollers either but allowed it to keep it aside. You should atleast be considerate and think about your customers and speak more politely.

Very nasty Cashier RIJU i was asking him nicely and he doesn’t even wanna move I bought set of pens and he didn’t want to open and was slamming it on on the table. Not a friendly place to shop. And stuff are cheap looking

The jewellery collection was great but that in no way compensates for the extremely rude behaviour of the employee/worker/owner. So we were just checking on the jewellery and jad collected 5 similar necklaces for sorting in their basket. We went ahead with a couple earrings and stood in front of the mirror to check and were properly handling the necklaces. A man comes down to us and rudely asks us to handle them properly, that they were delicate and blah blah, and wen he started nagging and repeating his instructions, i showed him how well i had held 2 of his necklaces, and all this while i was properly answering him and hearing his utter rude remarks. I was going to buy more but that man's comments made me finalise the 2 I had on hand and head to the cashier. I asked the cashier and while giving him the necklaces for billing, I asked him to kindly ask the rude man to be less arrogant and be considerate. The rude man came rushing to us asking if we did not want the other 3 necklaces that we had left in the basket, and i said I'll be buying the 2 we had. He said the minimum purchase was $20 and this was a wholesale shop. I was surprised as there was no sign. Upon recommending that they should put up a sign for the minimum purchase/wholesale as other shops had, they said they had many signs and showed me the one with 'no phone, no stroller, no etc allowed.' so i was like, i havent done anything prohibited in ur shop, but plz put up a sign saying 'wholesale only,' I am an INDIAN as well, and seeing how they treat everyone feels very disgusting since it may come off as Indians/Pakistanis being rude by nature! Hence the long review.

I stumbled upon a store that had an incredible collection of earrings, bracelets, and chains. The best part was that the prices were reasonable, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They even gave us a great discount! I couldn't resist and ended up making a purchase. Trust me, it's definitely worth buying from there. Wishing you happy shopping and many more fantastic finds! My first time attending this place with my 12-year-old son we are both black felt no color issues at least. Other black people were shopping as well with babies No one bothers them. The people in the store are assisting customers as they should it's a business. I had a great experience so much to choose from I when crazy buying. I told them I am just starting my business and they suggested to me all their best sellers offer me guidance on starting my business their jewelry is good I wore it for a day run in underwater clean the hose and it's still shiny new. ( this is my honest review)

So many gorgeous pieces of jewelry at great prices. Everything is organized by color and style. Loved this place and will definitely be returning!

I have shopped at this store for many years. As an African American woman, I have never had a negative experience at this establishment.

What a horrible experience shopping there. If you're a person of color do NOT support this business. They watch you and follow your every step. They were very bold with it too, like they didn't care one bit how uncomfortable they made me and yes, I spoke up too. No, they did not apologize. I left of course.
