With one phone call to let them know our wedding date, they made my ring and got it delivered within just a few days, and most importantly, on time for our wedding ceremony. The ring was beautiful, but I'm tall and have large hands, and felt like the ring looked too small on my finger. Mark R. with sales was awesome! He took my design and produced a new custom ring using the platinum and diamonds from the first ring, only charging us for the additional platinum used. For the quality of work, VS and near colorless diamonds they use, I don't think you can beat their price. Other stores would charge 2-3 times more for a ring like this, and would use SI2 diamonds. If you want high quality at a near unmatchable price, I really can't recommend ItsHot.com enough!

Complete waste of time. All this wait for a MONTH on a custom order just too get the job done wrong I confirmed with them countless of times. Is the gonna be for my 9mm chain ? Response "Great then I will go ahead and set up an order for you. Could you please confirm if you want to put it on your 9mm rope chain or different one? I need to let them know to make custom bail as well." Such a rush to want too make a sale but fail at completing the job. I'll be taking my money my business elsewhere. I'm not gonna send this in too wait another week or however long it's gonna take too say "oh sorry, here's 50 bucks for shipping" do business with people face too face if you want the job done right.

ZERO STARS-RIPPED OFF! & PISSED! I was ripped off by the sale of a used watch advertised as a new watch. The watch was previously sized and was too small. Had 4 links on each side and Gucci said and showed it in the specs as 5 on each side. When I went to set time crown fell off. Then went to get repaired and my local jewler showed me the grime on the inside. The battery was not the Gucci manufgactured swiss battery, it was a battery from china, Obviously replaced. Also revealed the hair in the band from the former owner. It just goes on from there. Then when the Manager called and it cost me $350 to fix, clean and resize he accommodated the cost but then after wearing for one evening the other crow fell off and broke. This was clearly a scam and clearly was a known used watch. No tags on watch, no protective wrapping and as a jeweler, you know this was the deal. Paying almost $3000 for this was a rip off and a scam. I have sent back for a FULL refund but feel obligated to let other buyer know. If I do not get a refund, I have already put a claim together for the NYS Consumer affairs, as well as the the New Your BBB. If I get the refund I will retract my clams and not take this to the next level. I literally had to call this company 10x yesterday to get a Manager and NO ONE Calledd me back. Unacceptable since I took down my previous review. Now I am insulted and feel taken advantage of... Had the crown initially not of fallen out, I would never of known. Under the microscope the scratches and rusted band screws would of not been seen and exposed this.This was previously polished to minimize without seeing with a consumers eye. PRETTY CLEAR!
