    Gorgeous place!!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I didn't make it to all the floors but five and six are just beautifu. There is a display formthe movie on the fifth floor, it is a must see. Restaurant is small but so delicately decorated, just make sure to make reservations in advanced.

    If I could give this review more stars, I would! Yesterday my fiancée & I went to purchase our wedding rings!!! It was our first time in a Tiffany store & it did not disappoint! Justin L. Wang on the 3rd floor helped us the entire way with kindness & professionalism. He made sure that my fiancée felt included/comfortable as she is in a wheelchair. The lady that serves the drinks (Selena?) was also very professional and very welcoming! Justin was very patient and attentive retrieving the rings we asked for and some similar styles. Measured our ring fingers & we set out to find our perfect bands! Thank you Selena for the drink service & the laughs! Thank you Justin for making my dreams come true & your wonderful service!! I will DEF come back! I can’t stop buzzing about the wonderful experience I had here. I admit, I was doubtful - didn’t want to get racially profiled but that didn’t happen at all! All the staff we interacted with were kind & happy to see us! 100/10 would recommend! :-D

    Tiffany gets a solid 5 stars from me. The service is top-notch, and the staff at this store exudes politeness. From start to finish, it's a refined and pleasant experience that adds an extra sparkle to your visit. Highly recommend for both the quality of their offerings and the exceptional customer service.

    What a cool spot, 7 floors of shopping and a OMG is around every corner. The first floor digital wall display is why I went and it was impressive and mesmerizing to watch as it movies and adapts to the seasons. Also loved the dinning table decked out for Christmas and we didn't eat at their Cafe but it looked really fun..

    Tiffany’s temporary store while they’re renovating their iconic flagship store is fabulous! It’s a wonderful and inviting space that is great to experience when in NYC. Tiffany’s is classic but not stuffy. You can come and check out the amazing jewelry and more! Staff was inviting and friendly. As much as I love the temporary space it still had that old Nike store feel too it. You can tell things were temporary as far as the internal decor but it was still nice. I highly recommend this place to put on your list to see when in a Midtown and NYC!

    I am having mixed feelings to write down those reviews. Customer experience varies and depend on sales representatives. One time I met a lovely sales lady who was very patient and let me take time to decide after trying literally all knot collection necklaces. This time, I was greatly offended by the last visit I paid to Tiffany. When we made our intention to see the T collection, starting from no-diamond ones, the appearance from the sales face and his teasing smile was like what kind of people would buy a Tiffany jewelry without diamonds? And also after I mentioned my previous purchase, what he recommended were all above 10K but I just would like to buy a small gift. I guess next time I may come to the same sales person rather than doing random walk in. Negative experience really ruin all my impression on The brand.

    This review is for breakfast. I don't give a damn about jewelry or bags. I didn't watch the movie. I dreaded going here, but the girls insisted. I figured it would be a superficial commercial experience, and that the food be unimpressive. I was totally wrong. Service was elegant without being off putting, the food was great, and the cost was surprisingly on par with other Manhattan establishments. The fruit bowl has real fig in it, and man that tasted nice. My waffle was just a little more cake-like than I prefer. All of the dishes at our table were somewhere between decent and great. Other tables looked pleased too. My wife and daughter found that you need to attempt to book way ahead of time. Every millisecond counts, and you will probably fail. Get on the "notify me" list, and answer back immediately if they contact you; it may be worth it.

    You are valued customer the moment you walk up to the doors. The customer experience is unmatched! I am a long-time Tiffany admirer, but only in recent years have been blessed enough to be a customer. This store gives Atlanta’s T&CO. incredible service a run for their money! Christina went above and beyond to find me the piece I had in mind (which was not anywhere on display). Even though the specific necklace was at a lower price point, Christina, and client advisor, Tony, made my husband and me feel like the most valued customers in the store! This experience has been the highlight of our first trip to NYC. …Ok maybe not my husband’s but definitely mine 😂 I would love to make a trip to this NYC T&CO an annual thing!

    Amazing shopping experience at Tiffany‘s Fifth Ave!! From end-to-end great customer service. They hold the doors for you when you are entering or leaving, you get approached immediately when stepping in and you are also being assisted on the spot. We shopped with Jill Fischer who is a super nice, patient, knowledgeable and helpful salesperson! I loved her service very much. After finishing the sale we looked at the different floors because there is a lot to explore. The flower arrangements they installed are spectacular! There is even a small photo booth where you may take picture with beautiful flowers in the background. Every Tiffany employee we met on our little tour was extremely friendly and welcoming! They also currently have a special exhibition with rare gem stones upstairs which is breathtaking! A must-see when visiting these days. Highly recommend to go to this Tiffany location for the experience. Definitely going back here for future purchases. Thanks for making it so special!

    Wonderful experience! The building is new/refreshed and is gorgeous. The staff is welcoming and amazing. Can't say enough great things about Abby, Matthew, Kate, Joe and Sarah. All made us feel welcome and like Tiffany family.

    It was a wonderful visit. My first solo trip postpartum following a difficult recovery. I was welcomed to the landmark location. The store was everything and the staff was amazing. Especially Sierra who serves as a manager. Sierra went above and beyond and made my visit. Her kindness is what customer service is all about. I am thankful I was able to get my new charms added to my bracelet with her help to be sure I received them with care. I thank you so much and the entire team that helped me from start to finish. I was also able to snag a table at the bar for the blue box cafe restaurant. Everything was amazing! I look forward to my next visit.

    Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Just because I am young does not mean that I don’t have the money to spend on nice jewelry. The one sales associate who would even show me the time of day was extremely rude. You need to train your associates to not judge people based on age. I had just graduated from university and was looking to buy myself something special. I was ignored and barely looked at. Do better.

    Got both our engagement ring and wedding bands here at the Tiffany flagship store and loved the experience. Highly recommend making an appointment so the staff can help you in a timely/efficient manner. All the SAs we met were professional and helpful. Love seeing all the beautiful decorations that change from time to time.

    Came to Tiffany's for the first time to buy a present for my wife for our anniversary. We visited during the weekday after work and it was pretty chill. There are a lot of staff on standby and we were lucky to be helped by Matthew who was extremely professional and helpful. I like how they offer drinks, champagne, and chocolates as well. This store is huge and they have a lot of items in stock! I really liked the fact we didnt have any isse with finding the proper size or trying out different items.

    The staff at Tiffany's is very friendly and welcoming. Anne-Cecile was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced with diamonds. I walked into Tiffany's not knowing what I wanted and she patiently listened to my likes and dislikes and suggested several diamonds to try on, getting one step closer each time. Of course she found me the perfect one! I loved my experience!

    VERY DISSAPOINTD by the unprofessional sales girl. Was there 3 days ago with wife for a pair of wedding bands. The sales girl was pushing the whole time in the less than 20min period. Eventuality we settled on a style but they didn’t have my size. She suggested us to order them and get them shipped to our place. I specifically requested delayed shipping as we are traveling out of town. I even confirmed with her before I left the store. BUT they still shipped the rings out the next day! Now I got over $3k items sitting on my porch waiting to get stolen! The whole experience is completely ruined! Nice store, but make sure you got helped by someone PROFESSIONAL who knows how to properly treat the customer and doesn’t drop the ball!

    I purchased an expensive ring for my wife. I ordered it a few weeks early so I could give it to her on time. After giving it to her, she was running her fingers through her hair and the ring broke. she only had it about three weeks. I called Tiffany and since it was past the 30 day refund period there was nothing that they could do. I’m updating my review to be more positive because the customer service rep that helped me through email said they will fix it , and only charge half of what they would normally charge. I give Tiffany & Co. credit for caring about their customers.

    What a wonderful experience… I walked in with a friend after years of dreaming about my first Tiffany purchase. Honestly, as a college student, my budget was very limited and was looking for something small to fulfill the dream. An amazing representative named Justin let me try on earrings, showed us some elaborate pens, and was very kind and considerate of our tight budget, which made the experience that much more magical. I ended up purchasing the Rose Gold perfume after exploring the beautiful location. Overall, a very pleasant experience that I will never forget.

    This location has been updated. They have all the popular items now on the ground floor very organized by collection. I would recommend booking an appointment if you want to spend some time looking at a variety of things. We have an associate named Jill Fisher who was extreme helpful and patient with my daughter. I highly recommend working with her. You can schedule to get your jewelry cleaned and they do a great job and your jewelry is like brand new. I brought it a few items I had form when I was younger to give to me daughter and it was a very nice to have this guarantee as part of my purchases.

    Jerome is an amazing host, and our new SA, Norma, is simply fabulous! She helped my husband and me select an anniversary band to go with my wedding set, and I couldn’t be happier with it! This store also houses the only Patek Philippe xTiffany pieces, so it was cool to get to see some of those exclusive watches up close. We didn’t get a chance to eat in the cafe, but it’s still worth a look. The entire store is lovely to walk through, and there are tons of pieces you won’t find at other locations, including high jewelry. If you buy anything here, the bag is stamped with their Landmark logo and adorned with a little silver charm. I can’t wait to put it under my Christmas tree!

    This is hands down the most beautiful Tiffany store I have ever visited. My boyfriend and I stopped in on Christmas Day to ask if the bracelet I had received as a Christmas gift by chance came in another size, I was hoping to match the size of a similar Cartier bracelet that I own. The sales associate quickly assisted us and had us sit down and offered us champagne while we waited. We were so impressed with the service we opted to by another item while we were there and were sent up to the third floor where those items could be found. When we were waiting for a new sales associate we noticed a gentleman hand carving jewelry items and started a conversation with him. We were so impressed with his talent we decided to get our newest purchased hand engraved by him and it came out so beautiful. We were so happy we had stopped in and visited The Landmark and I was so impressed by every detail from the replica Aubry Hepburn dress to the special Tiffany bags and gift they give out when you shop there. I will definitely visit this location in the future.

    I had a wonderful experience at the store from the moment I walked in and until I was paired up with an advisor. While I was waiting, they served a delicious cup of coffee in a very nice tea cup. Even though I was shopping for a set of basic wedding bands, I really felt my advisor Hattie genuinely cared about me as a customer. She took time to provide honest feedback on different color options, and I walked out feeling special. I may not get the rings this time as my lady is leaning towards another option, but this particular Tiffany store will always be on my list.

    Congrats on the reopening, Tiffany. The sales associates are always unparalleled in their knowledge of fine jewelry. As a friend of mine is an certified gemologist, we spoke at length in regards to several pieces from the fine jewelry collection. I was honored to try several of them on. We were even able to sneak a peek at the on-site lab. The Breakfast at Tiffany tribute is a must-visit. I hope to return soon and pay a visit to the cafe.

    Amazing experience in the Landmark. We were truly lucky to receive the services of Maelene, a true gem for the store. She made us feel welcomed and was quick and helpful to meet our every question. Luxurious service and impeccable taste that helped us find the ideal presents that we wanted. The renovation of the store is astounding and the design truly serves the amazing jewellery to be found. Definitely worth the visit, whether you want to spend a few hundreds, a few thousands or more.

    There is a lot here. And I mean a lot. This would be totally overwhelming to try to navigate alone. But they hooked us up with someone right when we walked in and they were able to lead us around based on our interest. Their inventory management needs some work though, as the salesperson helping us spend a lot of time having to go through every single drawer to find the specific item she was looking for. But overall a good experience.

    Antonio was so patient and helpful. Even though I was shopping for charms, which aren’t a high ticket item, he took his time and answered all my questions politely. I bought two charms from him and couldn’t be happier. The only things I wished were different are 1. Ability to connect with him virtually to buy and ship some more items directly to me 2. Broader selection of charms (for some reason over the past 4-5 years it seems like charms are dwindling down and the choices are very slim Thank you Antonio, your time and patience was greatly appreciated!

    Never asked me what size bracelet my wife needed. They gave me a small and I had to swap it out, back home. I expected little more attention to detail from the salesperson. Bracelet is beautiful.

    Great experience. First time in a Tiffany & Co. I went in with something in mind, but something else worked out better. Anastasia was AMAZZING. So helpful and made sure this was enjoyable. And 95% of the time her opinion was what I ended up going with. She practically dressed me (jewelry wise). Construction still going on, but once you're in, it doesn't matter. I will be back.

    I bought two bracelets from Tiffany some time ago, and this is the second time the heart pendant has fallen off the bracelet. I went to their store at fifth, and was asked to pay $ 75 for repair and shipping! This is the second time this has happened, they have no responsibility for the bracelets and they are forced to pay for a repair of the pendant which is the second time this has happened. Not recommended to buy. I was very disappointed with the service

    Large store with a lot of variety in Jewelry. The sales attendants are really helpful and were able to assist with exactly what I was looking for. The Jewelry is simple and elegant. Very modern styling and every collection is unique. Loved it all!

    Excellent place to see premium jewelry, this place is so big it almost feels as like a museum. Unfortunately due to the fact of being so big staff is not as attentive if you are browsing around which could also be a + if you are not looking to purchase. I went there to buy a wedding band and I had to ask the staff for help since they were counting at register. Which in my opinion customer should always come first. However once I raise my concern I did get the excellent customer service and they also provided my daughter with a tiffany box so she can paint while I shop around. Will deff continue my business with tiffany. Has not disappointed.

    Wonderful people and very knowledgeable advisors. It was busy when I arrived so I was wondering aimlessly through the store. A very lovely gentleman named Martin noticed and helped me get the attention of one of the client advisor’s. My interaction with Martin made me feel very special, even thought I was just coming in to get my engagement ring cleaned for a special event and I was not intending to make a purchase today.     Waking in, there was a large mix of tourists and actual shoppers, so I did actually have to ask for assistance finding the earrings I had come to look at. Once I asked for help, Maelene was more helpful than I could have ever asked for. She covered all the bases and made sure I left with a purchase that met my needs and that I was truly happy with. This was my first experience with Tiffany's, but I have a feeling I'll be shopping with them again in the future.

    Our third visit. Decided to get my wife a nice bracelet to commemorate an occasion. They were so helpful. We came back here 3 weeks later and got a nice ring. The experience here is much better than suburban mall experience. If you can, I highly suggest experiencing the headquarters.

    We had a lovely experience here. Looking around the store. One piece of advice is, if you have a budget in mind, be sure to ask one of the staff. They will find something for you that is in your price range rather than walking around asking how much items are. Whilst we were choosing we were offered drinks which was nice. The guy that served us was amazing, he found some lovely necklaces for our children and a bracelet for my wife, all in the budget we have him. We felt well looked after and special whilst we were there being looked after by him.

    Always a pleasure shopping here. Everyone is super attentive, experienced and overall delightful to deal with. Highly recommend strolling through your favorite section of stones or metals if you're not sure what to get. Don't forget housewares!

    Visited the next door location as the flagship is still under renovation. Note the Nike swoosh on the metal handrails....it used to be a Nike shoe store. Typical friendly and helpful staff. Worth a visit and walkthrough if you're into that sort of thing.

    LVHM has done a fabulous makeover of this iconic brand. Peter Marino, Tiffany's interior designer has created a majestic space. And the jewelry keeps getting better and better.

    I got my first Tiffany today. There is the store in Tokyo where I live, but I really wanted to purchase at the Landmark. This has been my dream for many years. The clerk who took care of me this time, Zoe, was very wonderful and I had the best time. I was very happy that she was witness my first experience with the blue box. This was one of my best memories. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
