I have spent thousands of dollars at this store for my business. They are incredibly rude, tasteless and tell me each time they do not remember me.. They ask if I have shopped there before when I have had full on conversations with them multiple times a week. They constantly change my wholesale price and the women who work there are not bright at all. When I ask for a ring that we are both looking at, they tell me they do not have it. When I am pointing at it. Do not shop here.

OK SO first n foremost the people that work there act like you’re going to steal they are always following people around which I find to be mad weird They also claim to be a place that sells gold filled jewelry BUT my earrings are starting to see the metal already and I’m confused as to how they’re gold filled they were expensive for a wholesale place not very helpful they just want you to buy don’t want you askin too many questions it’s very annoying how these vendors try to play the game saying stuff is something it is NOT the earrings are not gold filled 😑

Pay attention this shop doesn’t authorize stroller, we have to put the baby alone at the entrance which is not normal . They don’t have any reason, just rules… If not many choices of costume jewelry.

Lived in nyc and for many years bought their jewelry the jewelry owner and workers were very friendly and helpful, in I return to nyc will certainly go there.A grateful thanks across the miles.

Great selection, and good wholesale discounts. The service is hit or miss. I've gone and had really helpful staff, but the person who 'helped' me the other day was impatient and kept tapping her fingers. If you don't want my money, get someone else to help me. I'd rather not work with someone who is giving me attitude the entire time. Definitely be careful who you are working with, some of the sales reps.are just rude. They also seem to selectively apply the $200 wholesale minimum from person to person and day to day. I would give more stars if the service were better.

For those who like me read reviews I will like to inform you of my experience. I went to this OVERPRICED store to treat myself to a mother’s gift and purchased this ring priced at $40.00 this day it was reduced to 50/ percent off. I liked it I brought it. Here’s the thing I was told it was stainless steel which does NOT tarnish well they LIED. In less than three week this ring started changing colors. I would give them no stars at all for lying. I feel cheated and robbed. Check out other stores who aren’t as high priced and whose jewelry is far less expensive

Wholesale place overpriced with retail clients

This place is wayyyyyyy overpriced 3x any store even with the discount quality not even good I purchased from them my jewelry peeled so fast it’s supposed to be “gold filled “ I think it’s plated because it doesn’t last long never again will I shop here it’s wayyyy too expensive

the store is amazing they have almost everything you want and every style the quality is very good and has good prices i never skip a change to go in. the employees are very nice.

The jewelry was absolutely beautiful, but the store has changed since Covid and instead of the unique colored costume jewelry, they're selling sterling silver and it's more difficult for a small business to function when the purchase price for a pair of earrings costs $60-$80 wholesale, the retail would be too much to ask a client to pay.

I liked this place very much until today when I went in there. I buy jewelry for myself there. Today I went in and spent about 1hour to 1hour and 10mins inside. One of the owners came up to me and said that I have to go because I’m spending too much time in there. I bought a lot of jewelry so I need time to see if it suits me and how I look with it. Plus an hour inside a jewelry is not too much at all. That was very rude, disrespectful and disgusting for the owner to come up to me like that and say something like this. My last time going inside that store. There are plenty of other similar stores around same area with good prices and options. The owner is disrespectful!!!

I have been shopping at p&k for around two years now and they have a tendency to decide on the spot whether they want to be wholesale only. One day they let us in, the next day they don’t. I recently had a horrible experience where the workers lied right to my face where they told me they were wholesale only and they then proceeded to let many others into the store who were not wholesale, many of whom I know personally. When I questioned them on this, they just said they don’t know what I’m talking about. I love their jewelry and just want to shop there despite their rude employees but for some reason, at seemingly random hours of the day they will turn you away. I am horrified at the lack of honestly and transparency, it is no way to run a business.

Worst experience ever. I'm a successful business owner and because I walked in with a sweat suit on they immediately thought I came to steal until I pulled out my paperwork to purchase wholesale. When they saw the name. They immediately changed their entire attitude. But I kindly took my business somewhere else.
