    Appalling service at this branch. We walked into the store at 2:15pm. Only one other customer in the store and 5 staff member. One staff member occupied with other customer. We were told there was no one available to serve us. We watched while the four other staff just chatted and had a laugh. Seems staff are hired to socialize. Wouldn’t recommend visiting this store. Pandora need to work on customer service

    The worst experience ever !! We entered the showroom here at the SalesForce tower 41st street and thoroughly disappointed! There were a bunch of salesperson who were just busy and engrossed in arranging the counters without even looking at a client standing in front. After waiting for 10 mins the lady looked at us and told us to wait in queue. There were a few people who entered after us but we had to go and stand in the queue. When we were attended to, the experience was very unpleasant. The girl kept cutting us off and was not helpful at all, she kept asking us if we wanted to buy it or see it which is very rude! We wanted to shop for more but we ended up buying only what we really wanted!! Overall a very bad experience and we will never want to come here ever again. Bad customer experience

    Buyer Beware: SHOP PANDORA, JUST NOT AT THIS STORE!!! I cannot express how disappointed I am with my experience in this store today! If I could give no stars I would! The lack of professionalism left me with great anger! My nephew is visiting from Nevada and wanted to get a NYC charm for his girlfriend. I made the mistake to suggest we come in to this store. We walked in and it took a while to finally to get the attention of a worker. They were busy having a conversation and we respectfully waited. We finally were attended by a lady named Aiyanna. We asked for the NYC charms. She brought it and my nephew made a decision and picked a charm. As we were waiting, she continued to have this conversation with her coworkers. I understand they were upset about something, but we were waiting. My niece was with me and asked ME what was taking so long. This Aiyanna had the nerve to say "to you have something to say...to ask..." with a horrible attitude to my niece. First of all, my niece was talking to me, NOT her; second of all: if employees have grievances about work, talk about during their own time, not keep customers waiting. When I respond this lady, she in return gave me an attitude...enough is enough! When I asked for the manager, this employee rolled her eyes and her huge eyelashes at me. The manager came and she heard me. When I asked for the employee 's name, the manager lied and gave me a different name. Why cover up an employee who is being disrespectful? Unfortunately this manager forgot the receipt had the employee's name. Unbelievable!! If it wasn't for the fact my nephew needed the charm and is leaving tomorrow, we would of gone to another Pandora store! Folks, I love Pandora, own 4 bracelets, and I was so excited to have this moment with my nephew. Unfortunately this was short lived. NEVER will i retun to this store!! Please train your employees to respect the customer and focus on their job, not their group conversation!

    Hi! I had a terrible experience yesterday at this particular store. My sister and I, we were waiting over 25 minutes to be attended by one of the ladies; she was sassy and had an attitude towards us, when my sister politely asked her to attend us. Please avoid this kind of attitudes, it’s not nice. I understand it was already late (7:00 ish) but it’s no way of treating a customer.

    Wow were do I even start. I understand is stressful to work during Christmas and touristy season but my friend and I visited the store yesterday, we waited for 1 hour and when it was our turn the guy didn’t even greet us and he didn’t even ask what we wanted to see. He was quiet and we even asked him “are you ok?” he just nodded. He had an attitude and seem (was) bothered when we asked him to show us different items. My friend and I wanted to gift each other something and I was willing to spend money (it’s Christmas!!!) It was so disappointing to be treated that way that I honestly didn’t want to get anything from him. Not a way to treat anybody doesn’t matter if it’s “late Christmas shopping” as he said. Please don’t open physical stores if your employees are not even willing to help and sell. What a waste of time.

    In New York on a trip and happened to visit this store. Staff were so rude, we were left waiting whilst staff stood around. After finally being served we were treated with nothing but rudeness so ended up walking out of the store. Clearly having read the reviews this must be a common thing that most customers are treated the same.

    Several members of staff available, busy chatting to each other and ignored us. The sales assistant was Very rude when we asked for assistance and made negative comments to her colleague infront of us when we wanted to pay cash. I love Pandora but this was an absolute nightmare of a store. Looking at recent reviews it seems that some customer service training is needed

    DO NOT VISIT THIS PANDORA STORE, GO TO OTHER PANDORA. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE We always buy charms everywhere we go to kinda collect the memories, this time is the worst feeling we’ve ever had at Pandora from all the branches we’ve visited around the world. We got in the store and found something we like so we waited patiently for 30 minutes during the wait time, there were no associates were looking at us, welcoming or telling us anything. We humbly asked if one of associates who seems to be available if she can assist us later on. The answer we got was sorry I can’t help you, no explanation. There were several customers who came after us and got taken care of before us, we were confused of the queuing system inside the store, so we went to the second associate to ask if we can see the charm closely. The answer we got was a question, “is she(the associate in the beginning)not taking care of you?” We said nope and the first associate also said no. But this second associate (yellow circle) just said okay and mind her own business not explaining, not saying what should we do. Then we waited for another 10 minutes just to see if any of the 4 associates include the manager are gonna take us or not. So finally the first associate came to assist us with no smile on her face at all. Not saying hi, not explain. She was just stand there and waited for us to speak. We ended up leaving empty handed because we could go to another Pandora store and get treated better as a customer or at least a person who’s likely to have conversation with you. Our experience at this branch is unacceptable and terrible. We never had this kind of treatment before and wouldn’t have thought it would come from Pandora, it will make Pandora look bad. The picture is just give you the idea on how can we got ignored even though we stood in front of the associates like that.

    Worst customer service ever! Go to a different location or shop online. I’ll never return here. I took my two teen daughter 14 & 16 shopping for new rings. It wasn’t very busy about 4 staff plus manager in back and 3 customers. I told My daughters they could go ahead look at rings while I stood In line. I was Next to be called. I all of sudden hear a gentleman he had green hair didn’t get his name yell out loud towards my girls that they need to be in line in order to get service. Everyone in the store was startled and scared , like what just happened for him to yell like that. It very obvious he was flustered (idk why there was no one behind me and everyone was being helped) he then said “forget it I’m getting the manager”. My daughters were taken a back and look at me like “help”. I told them to come stand with me so they did. The manager comes she was meh nice enough once she realized my daughters were in fact with me and not some random teens or other customers. She proceeded to help us but then left once she put the case of rings in front of us. 3 workers were just standing across laughing at us and 1 of the 3 employees had his (friend) there visiting and even she was laughing and making eye contact. I finally ask another girl who was finishing up with her customer next to me if she could help us when she was done because I had No idea where the manager went and no one else is coming to help us. She was very polite and took care of us. I was Going to buy them 2 rings each and 2 for myself. Honestly, I didnt want to spend a penny there but ended up buying only 1 for them.

    Visited yesterday and the service was appalling. Waiting a while to be seen too while staff stood and chatted about their evening plans. Staff members were extremely rude. I’m 15 and a British citizen and struggle understanding tax, the sales assistant who was supposed to be helping me snapped and snatched the money out of my hand as I was counting. She then went off to openly talk about me to her colleagues. When leaving the shop I turned around to see the sales assistant stood there with both her middle fingers up at me. Extremely poor service compared to the shops in the uk.

    I visited Pandora today to pick out a gift for a friend that's relocating. I really liked the store. The young lady (Monae) that showed me the bracelet was very helpful and nice. Now I want to get another bracelet for myself.

    Sales people are rude, long wait time. Checking charms out to add to my bracelet the sales person moves my bracket around when I’m trying to decide which to get. She did it 5 times more or less and it got so annoying. She counted the charms I was looking at every 10th of a sec. So annoying and ruins my shopping mood. Was so not necessary. I would have went to a different shop and spend the money there if it wasn’t for the trouble and time. Seriously rude and disrespectful. The female sales person before done with me went and help someone else. I hope the sales person who put his name under my purchase doesn’t get the credit or points for selling something out. He did not put in any effort in selling the items to me. His name is Brandon. He don’t deserve to claim the credit on my purchase. The female sales person’s name I don’t know.

    My experience at this Pandora was literally perfect and I owe it all to Sabrina. From the moment I walked into the store she acknowledged me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted, made recommendations, and taught me some things about jewelry care. I spent approx 45mins to an hr with her as she cleaned my jewelry and helped me build a new one. She was so patient, knowledgeable, and a true sweetheart! A real gem to this location! I had came here the previous day and left cus no one paid me any attention in the store so I was extremely happy to have someone like her assist me this time. Also, the store was very clean, neat, and orderly and in a perfect location. If I lived here in NYC, this would be the store I’d return to :)

    This is the first time with Pandora. I don’t know what should I do with the bracelet. The seller is really not friendly. She did not use the tray with the bracelet and charm. And give everything to me. I have to put and out by myself. Is it basic service of Pandora like this?

    i dont know since when pandora policy on their warranty changed because it makes no sense. my boyfriend bought me a forever and always charm in january and earlier this week the spinny circle piece broke and fell off, i didnt notice until a few hours later it was broken. I went to kings plaza pandora to get it replaced but couldnt because it was not in stock, she told me i can go to any other pandora location to get it replaced so i came to this one in times square. i get here and the girl claimed she needs the broken piece to fix it so i can get it replaced. how am i suppose to find the broken missing piece? whats the point of the warranty? i told her that i checked the pandora website and i checked with 2 other stores and they said i just need my receipt and nothing about i have to also have the broken piece. the girl at pandora wasnt listening to me and claimed "we are in the city so we do it differently" which made ZERO sense. why is she acting like the pandora in times square is a whole different country? literally ALL united states pandora has the same warranty policy on products as stated on their website. yall really need to hire employees that know what they talking about. ON TOP OF THAT, i went in and I waited about 5-7 minutes before even asking if i needed help even tho i was waiting in the line, there was a brownskin girl and a guy with blue hair that was just standing around and they could have assisted me. yall need to get your employees in check for real . never coming to this location again UPDATE: so the same day i went to this location, i asked about the bracelet + 2 charms deal for $129 and the lady said the sale was over? Before i went to pandora this day i literally checked the website and they had the sale going on.. anyways yesterday i went to the pandora in bayridge and i was able to get my charm replaced i didnt need the "broken" missing piece... the girl at times square clearly was just trying to scam me into buying a NEW one. And the bracelet and 2 charms deal WAS still going on in stores bc the one in bayridge had it... i dont know why this girl at times square was giving me such a hard time. AND I ALSO CALLED PANDORA CUSTOMER SERVICE MYSELF AND THEY SAID I CAN GET A NEW CHARM EVEN WITHOUT THE MISSING PIECE BC MY CHARM IS BROKEN AND I WOULD BE ABLE TO GET A NEW ONE BC I HAVE A 1 YEAR WARRANTY. thats how i know the girl at times square just wanted to get me to BUY A BRAND NEW one.

    Wasn’t sure since they canceled my online order and the reviews but needed to get gifts for Christmas. JASMIN was really but really helpful with a great personality and opposite to what reviews say about the store at least for me. AGM on site helped also.

    I understand that Pandora is a popular store and that I visited during a busy time, but I waited to be helped for nearly a hour. Most of that time was spent waiting outside in the cold. They wouldn’t have gotten my business if it weren’t for me needing one of my sought after travel charms. Overall, pandora can do better than this.

    The store like every other Pandora store is beautiful, but the staff is AWFUL! We did one of the personalized jewels with the iPad and none of them was helpful or cute and gentle in our regards. If a couple comes to your store to manifest their love buying something from you, it would be nice if you kinda “share” the love spirit with us, but instead they just can’t wait for you to pay them and leave the store leaving them alone. Poor poor service, please Pandora choose the staff more accurately because there’s a lot of good workers out there that wants to be gentle with their costumers.

    So yesterday I went to this Pandora store to buy gifts for my mom and wife , and the ladies 5 or 6 that work there are not polite they don't iven look at you when you enter to the store, I was watching the jewelry and no body ask me if I need anything except one woman who I suppose to be the manager and she call a worker to help me to decide. i bought one engraved lock and a pendant. By the way, the store is nice :)

    Extremely rude staff. Upon entering, the blonde lady demanded my group to “wait outside” on the busy 42nd street sidewalk while it was raining (end of December) citing “lack of room” while there was clearly ample room. After patiently waiting on the rancid sidewalk to be called in, the second sales associate commanded us to stand in line acting. Customer service is a necessary component of commerce and I will no longer be supporting Pandora.

    I went in to this store on September 22nd 2023 to purchase 5 charms and received two free bracelets with the promotion. It came out to 300 dollars flat the sales lady never gave me a receipt,when I asked she informed me I will receive in a little while, never received it.this does reflect on your store and staff!

    This store is the worse Pandora store ever. The attitude from the sale is rude and they act like they don’t want to work here at all. After I purchased the item , I overheard they said take so long. The entire shopping experience is nightmare at all. Make me don’t want shop Pandora anymore due to the poor service.

    Wish I could give no stars. AWFUL experience at this location. Maybe I just got unlucky with the person attending me (male with glasses, longer hair) I was friendly and said hello and all. He didn't acknowledge me and treated me like a robot the whole time. I proceeded to started my sentence by saying I ordered something online--he cuts me off and says they don't handle online orders, which I was fine about and hoping I could just re-buy the bracelet. He didn't ask me any follow up questions. I said ok well can you look at the bracelet for the next size up. I bring it out and hes asking me the measurements if its 17in or something. I tell him I'm unsure as the website I brought it's a 6.3in and just needed one size up. He sucks his teeth and gets a measuring object and I tell him if he can show me anything similar. He steps away comes back with 1 bracelet to show me and I try it on and its way to big. I ask is there anything else in my size. He again cuts me short and says no. I find it hard to believe that this location only has 1 bracelet left in stock when in fact later I checked the website for availability at this location and it said the bracelet I wanted was in stock. He didn't bother to help me find replacements or anything and tells me to have a nice day. I had waited on line for 25 mins for nothing. Hopefully pandora works better on higher-ing people who genuinely want to help others. Don't think I will be returning here.

    First time ever shopping at Pandora and let me just say this store was beyond my expectations. The cute girl that helped me Irie was amazing 🤩 she helped me pick out the perfect bracelet with the charms and all and was very nice and personable. And she also has great customer service 💯 from the time I entered the store she was busy with a customer and took a quick second to greet me and aknowlege my presence. I will definetly come back to this timesquare location in the future.

    Very rude staff, they made us wait outside when there was clearly enough room inside of the store. They treated us like we were more of a nuisance when we did nothing wrong. We did not deserve to be treated with such disrespect by not just one but TWO sales associates. Will not be returning. If I could give zero stars, I would but that is not possible so I give them a one.
