We loved working with their team - Andria, Paige, Alyse and Mallory; they were all so knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us throughout the process. Andria's selection of rings is fantastic; she has a wonderful and beautiful collection with so much history, and it helped me to narrow down what I was looking for. The ring and wedding band they created are absolutely lovely and is a new heirloom for us; its something that I really treasure and love the history behind. We absolutely adore the team, service + products from Victor Barboné!! We bought an engagement ring upgrade, after tradgedy struck with out original vintage piece. Getting to replace my ring with something even more amazing The Manny, that was even older, was truly a wonderous experience, and that was before the smooth customer service and purchase process. I can't really say enough about how much I appreciate everyone at VB! To say we had paralysis by analysis would be an understatement. The Florian was our original choice, but we ended up going with the Kendra, which was beautiful. However, the Florian kept coming back into the conversation. So my fiancé flew up and met everyone in their office to see everything in person. They could have been frustrated with the back and forth and indecision, but they all took the time to go through all of the options and help her finally decide on the Florian 2.8! There was no pressure or upselling, just help and guidance. She had to catch her flight back home in a few hours, so they even did a rush resize for her, and made sure she had it before she had to catch her flight. No cost, just an offer to help. Their rings are amazing and we love the old world style that they have. She's gotten so many compliments on the ring, and seeing the smile on her face it what makes it all worth it.
