Highly do not recommend to come here if you have any kind of insurance. Staff were very unhelpful and disrespectful The office confirmed that the dermatologist is in network with my insurance, so I booked an appointment with them. Got to the office early, then they drop the bomb saying that the sole dermatologist I booked for is not an in network provider and I had to pay 390 dollars out of pocket. They said there’s nothing they can do and directed me to billing. The staff didn’t want to deal with this situation and was utterly unhelpful. They said the billing called me once two days before my appointment which I do not see on my phone and didn’t attempt to call me again to notify me.

If you are on prep, do NOT come to this practice. Dr. Rodriguez requires to see you every 3 months, instead of writing a script for refills and lab work. This incurs a copay. However, most other practices would happily write a script for these things so you can get them done yourself, without paying a copay. I suggest Mount Sinai which does not force you to go through unnecessary visits.

Even a great lawyer needs a medical checkup from to time. I hope to learn from the remarkable staff and surgeons here in how to better show bedside manner. My legal results, while excellent, lack the bedside manner of the lovely staff and doctors who took care of me. I fear no surgery, and this one went well — painless, which is remarkable given how fat I am. In any events, it is well-run operations — albeit factory lines or care these days — that show us America is just beginning, and the future need not be grim. I hope my recovery goes well, and no matter the outcome, I feel well enough to get back to writing my client’s briefs and arguing for their cases with all due deliberation — my own passion in this world.

I did not receive optimal care from this provider. I believe they are well intentioned, but driven by revenue, not outcomes. This is the case for most providers in NYC. It’s always best to get a referral from someone you trust.

I was scheduled for an in-person interview at 10:00 am, but I arrived at 9:30 am. Happy to say I was greeted by an employee upon arrival at 9:30 am and I informed the employee that I was early. At 10:20 am I was informed by the same employee that the hiring manager was running behind interviews and if I could wait an additional 20 minutes or if I want to schedule a virtual interview. I can't believe the hire manager wanted me to wait a total of 40 minutes and suggested a virtual interview when in fact I was informed to have an in-person interview. Not once did the hire manager take time out to greet me and to apologize for her delay. Very unprofessional. Not my kind of work ethics! They say, when things start wrong, they end wrong. I told the employee that I was no longer interested in the position!

Both Dr Schwartz and her anesthesiologist were very thorough while explaining the details of my procedure to me before and after. I felt very comfortable and appreciative of them adhering to the proposed schedule. At age 49, this was my very first time being put under. I was nervous but they reassured me everything was going to be easy and fast and painless.

Dr. Lee, Dr. Feldman, & staff were amazing! It was my first time for a colonoscopy & I was very nervous. But Dr. Lee & team reassured me, & I felt safe & comfortable. Best experience & any fears I had about screenings are gone.

Dr. Schwartz is great! Very thorough and attentive. She explained everything clearly and welcomed my questions. Never felt rushed… the procedure was delayed but otherwise a smooth experience. She was 30 minutes late to Telehealth follow-up but apologized for being held up with another patient… that was okay but the office could’ve let me know before I called wondering if she was going to show up.

Dr Y. Is so amazing and patient! Couldn't be happier with the care provided. The practice space is really nice. However, I did have some issues with the office... they canceled my ultrasound an hour before the appointment, saying it wouldn't be covered by my plan. I already had this appointment scheduled for a week in advance and had it confirmed by the office a day before as well. I was fasting for it and wasn't happy at all. I also had to wait in the office nearly an hour just to get a simple blood draw on a different occasion.

Dr. Yakubov is such a pleasure to have as a gastroenterologist. He's knowledgeable and very personable. He always strikes a sensitive, reassuring tone that makes me feel very comfortable in his care. The anaesthesiologist Dr. Reynolds is also very friendly and reassuring. The nurses, techs, and front desk staff are wonderful as well. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend this office, and specifically Dr. Yakubov, for gastroenterology.

Great experience with the doctor and the staff, but the billing process was a nightmare. Called them once and tried to follow up with more details but they never picked up my call again and put me into the voice mail. During my visit for annual check, I asked if the exam will be covered, and they said yes. However I received a $650 bill for my visit. I asked for the billing details and the list of tests that they sent to the lab, they said they do not have the information and ask me to reach out to the lab’s billing department for these information. And they charged me for $400 for a virtual follow up of my test results.

Dr. Lauren Schwartz is a rare gem in the medical field. Her knowledge and intelligence are unparalleled. She is not only a brilliant physician, but her bedside manner is impeccable. She is kind, compassionate and always puts her patients first. I would recommend her to friends and family without hesitation.

Poor management. My husband has had two procedures in this place, yesterday was the last one, both times me being the observant person that I am, I’ve realized there’s no real management of the facility, both front desk receptionist were of help, the two young ladies in the front were very helpful and the man and woman in the back reception was very kind and cheerful. I wasn’t able to wait for my husband I had to wait upfront, My husband said the back staff was very kind, but observing the place I didn’t see any management, when I asked who was management a young man pointed to a woman with braids, he wouldn’t give her name I later found out her name is stiffany, her demeanor was very offalmost in a sense she didn’t want to be there, she didn’t greet anyone or smile. some people walked in and had to wait hours just for their procedures, and appointments No doctors ever came out to apologize nor did management. The bathroom is always dirty and out of order. They make patient’s walk through the hall with their gowns on to use the bathroom my husband was in pain and was woozy from anesthesia and couldn’t use the patient bathroom in the back because it was out of order what if something happened to him.

Clean and everyone’s so kind & friendly! Love it here. And it’s appointment based, but it’s quick so that makes it even better. They offer coffee & snacks. It’s so amazing here.

I have to admit, all the staffs were friendly. However, this is a Doctor's office dealing with a patient's health, not a hair salon with great customer service. The nurses asked me for a 5-star review, but I just can't. The doctor asked me to perform 5-6 unnecessary tests, which I asked if I can skip some as it sounded very excessive for my check-up. She said that it should be fine. So I did 4 of the tests which included a lapcorp test. However, doctor K. Lee NEVER CALLED ME BACK w/ RESULTS or even updated me via email. SILENCE from them since my visit. I called but heard nothing back from them for several months. I had to dig up my own results from labcorp website, but have no idea what it means.

My visit to Dr Yakubov was seamless. He saw me right on time, listened to my concerns, and came up with a corrective action plan. He put my mind to ease and did it with a smile! Can’t recommend him enough.

Doctor Yoon and his office staff are wonderful! Very easy visit from the beginning to end. Recommend very highly if you need a GI doctor. The medical assistant Cali was very nice and I didn’t even feel my blood draw.

Dr. Perl was wonderful. He took his time to listen my concerns, but what I was impressed was that he didn’t rush during my 1st visit. Almost every doctor nowadays they rush through their appointments, they are too busy checking off appointment sheets and not caring. But he took his time to explain and make sure we write things down, understand and ready to move on. He also mentioned that I’d have to maybe wait on my procedure day because he doesn’t want to rush. Totally understandable. The procedure was very smooth with no pain which was not what I expected so I can’t complain. Great doctor, very clean office.

Clean office and nice staff. Dr. Yoon was very polite and listened intently. Most importantly, he didn't make me feel like he was rushing me out, which many other doctors tend to do. He was also able to get me scheduled for a follow-up procedure very quickly, which I really appreciated. Good experience all around!

I have been to many GI doctors over the years until I found Dr. Rao. He is very knowledgeable and smart yet a humble doctor who listened to me and addressed my concerns without dismissing them. The endoscopy procedure went smooth and was well organized. All in all, it was the best experience with a doctor that I have had in a long time. Thank you, doctor.

Incredible doctor. Very professional and shows humility about himself and his profession. Great listener and apologized for things out of his control such as delays in the appointment, me not finding him sooner and for my concerns. Primary care doctor responsible for refilling necessary medication left practice. Received no notification whatsoever until I called to ask if my routine refill request was received, and then was also told no doctors in the practice were qualified to refill said medication. Received zero help beyond being told to check my insurance site to find a new primary care physician. If this medication was stopped cold turkey (I had two daily doses left before I could track down my old doctor at his new practice and receive a refill from him directly), my health and well-being would have been at severe risk. The lack of care or concern for a regular patient was astounding, and I strongly advise against making an appointment here if you value your health.

My consultation appointment with Dr. Lee was wonderful! She was very thorough in explaining what my upcoming procedure would entail and I felt very comfortable with her. I have the utmost confidence that my procedure will go smoothly.

Dr. Eric Yoon is very knowledgeable and professional. He takes time to explain the results of each procedure in a way that patients will understand. He is the best doctor that I've seen and always thankful that I found him! I know I am in good hands. Highly recommended.

This review is on my first visit experience with Dr. Eric Yoon. Overall, it was a good experience. Dr. Yoon is very friendly, and he listened to my concerns, and took his time to answer all my questions. The visit didn't feel rush at all like some other specialists. He was very patient to pay attention of my concerns. The front deck staff is also friendly, which is a big plus, especially there are many other clinics where the staff can be unfriendly or even rude. Overall, the experience was good. I'm glad to have my visit with Dr. Yoon.

Dr. Dann is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He takes the time to really listen to you and treat you as an individual. The rest of the office staff are very welcoming and helpful as well.

As a new patient, and I’m extremely pleased to have chosen Dr. Rodriguez. The staff was extremely helpful. I needed a blood test, which is usually daunting for me because of bad experiences in the past; Christina made me feel comfortable, and the draw went extremely fast and without pain.

I’ve been here a few times, and this place is honestly so disorganised. The people at the front desk are super condescending and don’t explain anything properly. It’s always such a headache having to interact with them so I won’t be coming back.

Be prepared for surprise bills with Dr. Fernando Mariz! Dr. Mariz was not able to resolve any of my health concerns and he charged me a lot for a test that I wasn’t aware of and that was not relevant to the purpose of my visit! When I asked him to remove it from my bill, he was condescending when explaining to me what the test was but still couldn’t explain how it was relevant to the purpose of my visit. He also couldn’t explain the results of the ultrasound he charged me so much for! I called billing 5 times and left voice messages until I was unable to reach them at all by phone. I ended up getting an ultrasound done somewhere else and was charged a lot less.

The Doctors are great but the staff answering phones and scheduling appointments are incompetent and unprofessional. Thank goodness there are so many Doctors in NYC to choose from.

Don't come here, I came here, just did one checking with the doctor, and received a bill of $1500 from them. Nowadays opening a doctors office is better than robbing a bank.

The check in at Manhattan Specialty Care was efficient, smooth, and slick! There was very little wait time. Dr Mikhail was attentive, informative and comforting. I was in and out with a blood drawn, an initial prognosis, and a referral for the next step. I also appreciate that the two week follow up is over Zoom which works for my extremely busy schedule. Great modern service in a new and clean facility with a professional staff.

Top-notch facility. Well-organized and efficiently run with incredibly pleasant and professional staff. Dr. K. Lee and the rest of her colleagues that assisted with my care on the day my procedure answered all of my questions and put me completely at ease. I’ve been seeing Dr. Susan Bard, and she has been super helpful. However, the business practices are somewhat outrageous. I had to reschedule an appointment day of for reasons out of my control (not cancel) and was told I would be charged $75 to do so. Additionally, I have gone to check up appointments which are necessary for my prescription and have been told I need to schedule another appointment to address other issues with my skin while I’m already sitting in the examination room. Obviously visits are not meant to be more than 15-minutes and this office will try to squeeze every dime and co-pay out of you. I just think if you are going to hold your patients to insane standards you definitely shouldn’t be making me wait more than an hour past my appointment time to see my doctor. This has happened every single visit. For the review readers on the fence - If you need to get in somewhere urgent for treatment go here, but I recommend finding another doctor after you’ve established a diagnosis. After this final appointment, I will be finding care elsewhere.

I had an exceptional experience during my recent GI appointment with Dr Yakubov. The staff was truly fantastic, displaying professionalism and courtesy throughout. The doctor himself was outstanding, demonstrating a high level of expertise and care. He was very open and forward every step of the way and went out of his way to demonstrate empathy. I felt well taken care of and that I was receiving the best treatment possible with a doctor who is very skillful. It’s clear to me that he will be a very sought after doctor. I would highly recommend this practice to others. From the aides, reception, anesthesiologist, and everyone who was there during my visit was truly exceptional. There’s definitely a great staff working there.
