This
is
the
worst
experience
I
have
ever
had
in
the
healthcare
system.
I
came
in
at
1:57pm
with
my
sick
5y/o
child
with
a
high
fever,
swollen
tongue
and
tonsils,
headache
and
rashes
all
over
her
body.
They
did
her
vitals
and
locked
us
in
a
room
without
checking
back
on
us
or
following
up
for
a
whole
40mins.
When
I
inquired
about
how
much
longer
I
was
told
by
the
receptionist
that
I
can
always
leave
with
my
sick
child
after
waiting
for
40mins.
After
another
15
min
wait,
the
“Dr”
waltz
in
with
no
apology
in
a
singsong
voice
asking
how
we
are
doing.
She
barely
looked
at
my
child
and
said
she
will
prescribe
penicillin
when
I
asked
her
to
give
her
another
alternative
to
penicillin
she
was
very
offended.
When
she
was
about
to
leave,
after
the
30second
consultation,
I
asked
her
what
about
the
other
symptoms
she
responded
by
saying
oh
just
give
her
“something
over
the
counter”.
I
asked
her
to
give
her
cetirizine.
Her
remark
was,
‘
oh
I
don’t
have
that
here’
I
said
what
do
you
mean?
She
said
it
as
though
I
was
begging
for
free
medicine.
I
had
to
ask
her
if
it
cannot
be
prescribed.
That’s
when
she
said
sure
I
can
prescribe
it.
This
was
the
most
disturbing
experience
with
a
medical
professional,
it
was
so
bad
that
I
decided
to
take
my
child
to
the
ER
because
I
do
not
trust
her.
The
staff
members
were
all
chatting
and
galavanting
as
if
it
was
a
marketplace,
they
were
so
loud
and
ratchet,
I
could
even
hear
them
discussing
patient’s
conditions
among
themselves.
These
same
staff
members
have
the
nerve
to
tell
me
to
lower
my
voice
after
being
told
I
could
just
leave
with
my
sick
child.
If
you
only
have
one
doctor
on
staff
instead
of
being
greedy
and
unscrupulous,
be
transparent
and
let
people
know
so
that
we
can
go
elsewhere.
To
add
icing
to
the
cake,
they
took
a
patient
in
that
had
his
fingers
cut
off
instead
of
sending
him
to
the
hospital.
When
I
was
being
checked
in
the
were
talking
about
that
patient
coming
in.
Would
never
recommend
this
place
to
my
dog.
