    Came here with an urgent eye infection and totally flushed my money down the toilet. The doctor was in a rush and dismissive of all my concerns. He acknowledged some swellings in my eyes and told me to see an eye doctors instead. I was discharged without any medical advice, discharge paperwork, diagnosis, and when I bring up questions he became very dismissive and didn't want to answer. I pretty much should have asked for my copay back. Will report this place to my insurance company to cut tie with them so they can protect future patients.

    The reception staff have a bad attitude, I came into the urgent care centre after slicing into my finger. My first thought when I left my apartment and rushed to an urgent care center was not "oh let me grab a mask". When I came in I asked to see a doctor and asked for a mask, I was told they cannot provide me with a mask and I would have to leave to go to the store to buy one and come back......yes you are reading this correctly, instead of treating a patient who was in urgent need of care I was told to go buy a mask. DISGSUTING behavior. After I kicked up a fuss someone went out back and got me a mask, this was after I asked 3 times! A staff member on the end then decided to make a snide comment about people coming in without a mask. Overall I was disgusted by them, they should all be trained better and CityMD should do a much better job to support patients like myself who are in urgent need of care. The nurse and doctor however were both fine, especially the nurse who had an amazing attitude, I have no complaints there, I will say though that the room I was in was pretty warm, so maybe look to improve the AC or airflow. Sadly I didn't catch the names of any of the staff at the reception desk, but if it were up to me they would all be let go, there are far better people out there who can provide the kind of professional service an urgent care centre like this should provide, and who will do justice to the great medical team.

    Beautiful and clean office. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Quick wait time and the doctor was very knowledgeable. It was a great experience even in an unfortunate circumstance. Thank you for taking good care of me.

    I came in for a foot and lower back pain. This facility is sooo clean and just refreshingly unintimidating. Amazing staff, from triage team, to Md and x-ray technician. Super informative, clear, and positive energy. A++++!!!

    Was on vacay with the family when I woke up super not feeling well. This place was right around the corner from my hotel. I walked in, front desk was helpful getting me signed in at the little kiosk, and I was called back in less than 5 min. Diagnosed with COVID within 15 min. COVID aside, this was my best urgent care visit ever!

    Went in for a rapid Covid test at 9am. Signed in easily & was put on a virtual queue. They texted when they were ready, and gave me a 1/2 hour grace period to come back. Every person - receptionists, doctor, nurse - was gracious & answered questions patiently. This is the 3rd time I've used CityMD, and the 3rd location. Very well organized, highly recommend.

    The staff and environment of this practice are incredible!! They were welcoming, empathetic and professional. I was given an X-ray and swift diagnosis both from the doctor and a radiologist of no fracture present in my arm. Dr. Lauren O’Mara and her staff were amazing and I commend them for their kindness and treating me like family! They really made it an easy and thorough experience—thank you SO MUCH—-fantastic experience!

    Always friendly, knowledgeable and caring! The wait is never long either and the doctors and assistants as well as the receptionists are all very attentive and welcoming!

    Very fast and efficient. However, saw many people come in for COVID tests only to get rejected. I'd highly recommend going in the hour they open to get a spot in the virtual line where they text you 30 min before your appointment. That's the only way you can guarantee a spot for a test.

    I have visited CityMD (a few branches, but mostly 23rd St, Manhattan) for urgent care over the past several years. Every time I go, I am overwhelmingly impressed by their skill, kindness, compassion, efficiency, thoroughness, and care. I leave feeling helped, knowledgeable about my condition, and confident in both the diagnosis and follow-up care. I really am blown away by their excellent care every single time I visit. I wish all facilities were run this well!

    I love going here for any Covid testing to avoid those uptown lines. Shoutout to the staff for being them. The staff is cool & it makes the experience worthwhile to know that they value their energy. Positive vibes only!

    Came by for a COVID19 test. Walked in around 4pm on a Thursday. Place was nearly empty. Staff greeted me as soon I walked in the door. Had to do check-in through a kiosk. Gave my email for results. Sat and waited about 10 minutes then was called in. The doctor and aid was kind and professional. Was finished in about 5-10 minutes. No complaints.

    Excellent facility with kind and considerate receptionists and the doctors are amazing. It is a pleasure to enter a facility knowing that your well being and health is their number one concern.

    I arrived with a kidney infection, but the nurse and doctor said I was not in sufficient pain and only tested me for a uti although i specifically requested a test for a kidney infection. I got sepsis and nearly died the next week. I never returned to full health and will have to go a disability. They ruined my life.

    I came in 6 days ago with UTI symptoms. They uploaded the positive test results 2 days ago and did not contact me. I called them today and they said I have to continue to wait for a dr to call me. I told them that it can turn into a kidney infection which is life threatening and again told me I just have to wait. No sense of urgency or concern. No effort to connect me with a dr.

    Came here so I can get prescriptions for my son’s possible ear infection (over the weekend since they are open) Dr Owen did not have bedside manners. Did not introduce himself to us. Did not wash his hands or use hand sanitizer. And he kept going in and out of the room. He did not give me a chance to ask questions. He just diagnosed the ear infection and prescribed and left.

    Would suggest you avoid at all costs if you need and care urgently. I was made to suggest waiting and going to different locations and not helped - hours with no intervention on a dislocated shoulder

    MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION WAS GREAT! THE FRONT DESK STAFF, THE INTAKE NURSE AND THE PHYSICIANS ASSISTANT WHO TOOK CARE OF ME TREATED ME KINDLY AND EFFICIENTLY. BUT THEIR SCHEDULING DEPARTMENT/“SCHEDULER” IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I SPENT THE FOLLOWING MORNING TRYING TO COMMUNICATE A PREFERRED DETAIL CHANGE ON MY APPOINTMENT WITH SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO WERE TRANSFERRING ME ALL OVER THE PLACE. FINALLY, WITH NO LUCK, I DECIDED TO CANCEL THAT APPOINTMENT. CITY MD PLEASE HIRE A NEW “SCHEDULER” TEAM !!! It’s the only reason why I rated a four instead of a five.

    I walked in for a non-displaced foot fracture. The entire process (from signing in with the staff to being seen by the provider) went seamlessly. I was seen within 20 minutes and was pleased with the help I received. Foot x-ray on site. This is a much better option than a potential ER visit would have been.

    Faster than expected. The team was very nice and helpful. Last weekend, I walked in to make an appointment. A couple of hours later, received confirmation text. Waited 10 mins to see a doctor. All fast and efficient. Highly recommend to visit.

    Arrived at the office at before 4 and told to join a virtual queue even though I wasn't looking for a covid test. At 6:30 I asked how much longer did I have to wait and then I was informed I shouldn't have been in the virtual queue to see a doctor and I had waited for nothing. I registered on the iPad and was seen shortly after. In the consultation, which lasted 5 minutes I was made to feel like a number and not a person. The staff we're more interested in getting me out than listening to my concerns. Handed a prescription and left feeling like I had bothered them. Not reflective of previous experiences I have had with City MD. Very disappointed

    My experience here was just ok and my complaint is more about the post care. I was told I'd have my lab results in 2-3 days. On the 3rd day I'd heard nothing so I phoned. Calls were really backed up and I left my number to receive a callback to keep my place in line. Six hours later I get a call back but missed the call. Phoned the next day to finally speak with someone who said the lab is backed up and it would take 5 days. That's just bad business especially when you are dealing with someone's health. Do better with communicating wait times to your patients. Almost a week to get lab results is ridiculous especially if any treatment is needed. I will only go here for really basic medical needs.

    Diagnosed me super fast, and got me the meds I needed immediately. The best urgent care clinic I've been to. If I can, I always go here. The doctors are so kind and knowledgeable. I never feel judged and I always get what I need.

    The staff from beginning to end were very helpful. They patiently guided me through the self-check-in process and I did not wait long to be seen. I wish I could remember the name of the medical assistant as he was extremely welcoming, patient, helpful, and professional. The PA was very clear and I was confident in her evaluation. The discharge process was clear and quick.

    Three starts because the room straight towards the back have thier employees desk area and they can hear your conversation with the physician. Although I asked to be move the medical assistant said they can't hear while I could hear their conversation. That was a terrible experience because I know they heard me as I could hear them regardless of how thick and heavy the door is according to the aid. Donor have them keep you in that room wick is next to the back restroom and break area
