I’ve been getting mesostar facial for almost a year now and my skin has never looked better. My technician Lea has such a gentle touch and she makes me feel so comfortable. I've been coming to Genesys since early April because I wanted to improve my skin, especially before my trip to Korea in the fall. Michelle was able to pinpoint my issues with redness, dryness, hyperpigmentation, and sensitivity during my consultation. I really love the way they concentrate on improving the condition of the skin barrier before even considering laser treatments. They also do a thorough examination of your skin with a skin analyzer and pictures so you can see how much your skin improves. I go to Suzy about every two weeks for my prescribed routine. Suzy is so meticulous, thorough, and gentle. She's great about explaining everything and gives me great tips for how to maintain my skin at home. She puts a lot of effort into everything she does, every single time! Genesys is super clean and they have all the latest technology and treatments from Korea which is why I come from two hours away to get my treatments. My skin condition has definitely improved from where it started and I can't wait to see how it gets even better after I finish my regimen!

I tried Corage 2.0 and Scarlet S at Genesys this year before going to the Caribbean and the beach photo came out great. I’m picky yet staffs here make me feel like they are my skin journey partners and they truly care. Every time I went to Korea, I had skin care and lifting procedures, but I visited a place in Manhattan that said it was better than Korea. I went only for counseling, but Michelle Counselor picked up the things I needed and told me not to do things I didn't need to do, so I gained more trust. The consultation was very helpful, also my friend did the lifting procedure yesterday she talked me that seems to be already effective. I've set a lifting date for next week, but I'm really looking forward to it. Almost everyone who is interested in lifting the skin around me seems to go to Genesis. It’s a long overdue for me to leave a review on Genesys laser. I’ve been coming to this place for facials, medical laser treatments and many more procedures for about 9 year now. After trying many other medical spas literally all around the world, I can confidently say that thus far, Genesys serves hands down best facials & products plus exclusively customer service. I see Jessica, my esthetician at least a couple of months to maintain youth skin. She customizes the facials to my condition every each session and my skin can’t never look better than I had in my 20s. All the staffs are friendly and knowledgeable in health field besides skin care also they are extremely attentive to my needs. I’m so pleased with the cleanliness, atmosphere there every time I visit. I just can’t recommend it better!

I was happy to find a skincare clinic that has treatments and products from Korea. I got rejuran + exosome combo injections with LDM treatment afterwards with satisfactory results. And from consulting to before and after care, Ms. Kelly was very kind and pleasant, so I received care comfortably.

I was specifically looking for a Korean facial and came across Genesys Laser Skin Clinic in a Google search. So I booked a Meso Star Plus Facial. And I have to say it was probably one of the best facials I’ve ever had. Suzy (my esthetician) ensured that I felt comfortable and relaxed at every step. The facial began with a thorough cleansing and exfoliation, which instantly revitalized my skin, removing any impurities and providing a fresh canvas for the following steps. What truly set the facial at this spa apart from others was the innovative technologies and high-quality products used throughout the treatment. I left the spa with my skin feeling deeply nourished, hydrated and radiant!

This is not the first time I’ve had an unpleasant experience with Genesys. I had scheduled a virtual consultation and it resulted in a no show where I had to reach out and heard from them the DAY AFTER that there was a delay. I would have expected a notice prior to my appointment.

I’ve been getting my clear and brilliant treatments here and I can’t recommend this place enough! All the staff are so friendly and very efficient. The clinic is extremely clean inside too. Jessica is very thorough and explains everything she is doing. I just started thermage and excited to see the results in a few months.

I started coming to Genesys in 2019, and I have to say they have fantastic service. I love the way they prepared the room before I arrived; the warm bed with a nice fresh smell room made me feel welcome and comfortable. I have finally found a clinic that has the best of both worlds, using tech and facial massages to enhance and supercharge their facials! I had stopped getting facials for awhile because I couldn’t be comfortable laying down for treatments. I knew I had tight muscles but never realized that was the reason why I was so uncomfortable laying down. What I learned also is that you can get all the bougie facials you want but if your neck and shoulder is stagnant nothing with drain and flow and you will always be puffy again. So here comes Suzy with her magic hands working my back, shoulders, neck, and face to get things moving and I am leaving my facial relaxed, refreshed, and my face brighter, moisturized, and I swear…thinner! So far I have done MesoPlus facials and Thermage. Not gonna lie Thermage hurt! But poor Suzy handled my baby squirms like a pro and was so nice about it. I just purchased a package and will also be getting some laser sessions in!

I recently visited Genesys three times over a period of 7 weeks, and had a fantastic experience each time. For some time, I had concerns with visible blackheads and signs of aging. After a very thorough consultation, I went ahead with Exosome therapy twice and a Thermage laser treatment. Both treatments worked wonders for my skin, leaving my skin rejuvenated and firmer, also addressing my original concern of clogged pores. I received exceptional customer service and the facility was clean and upscale, creating a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend this clinic for their top-notch treatments and outstanding staff.

I first came to genesys two months ago after being recommended by a friend. I had significant acne scars and damage all over my face. I was immediately given an in-depth consultation with Michelle and scheduled sessions for exosome and plasma treatment. Sandra, my technician was incredibly knowledgeable about the treatments and gave me so many tips about taking care of my skin for the future. She also introduced me to the newly acquired plasma machine. After my treatments my skin has gotten noticeably more radiant and the acne scars have shrunk and the redness has diminished significantly. I highly recommend genesys and will definitely be coming back for future treatments.

I found Genesys after a trip to Korea that had a similar offering to those at Genesys. I’ve completed three rounds of exosome microneedling (3-5 are recommended) with Sandra who has been amazing. My sessions with her are very thorough and my skin feels great after. Because I have acne scarring and hyperpigmentation I need pretty aggressive treatment but Sandra suggested I start with milder sessions to help build my skin barrier which would also then help me heal faster once I decide to do something more aggressive like microneedling with radio frequency or some type of laser treatment. Overall it’s a very clean spa and I recommend it.

The location is Koreatown, so it's easy to find, and the inside of the building and the managed rooms were very clean and nice. I received Shrink and Meso+ from Teacher Eileen, and it was very convenient as she managed each day according to my skin type and recommended only the procedures I thought I needed, not just the famous and expensive ones! I get meso+ about once every 2-3 weeks, and I feel a huge difference before and after, so I keep going!

Excellent experience! Did the Mesostar facial with Leah, skin feels hydrated, texture is improved. I will continue the facial regularly. Leah was wonderful, had a relaxing experience. Facial massage, products used, all great! Would highly recommend.

I have been coming to this spa for almost 2 years now and I am extremely satisfied with the results! Suzy has done MTS/baby injections, skin aura, Mesostar for me and all helped me to achieve what I wanted. She is very experienced aesthetician who gives gentle professional care to your skin. My skin is more hydrated, smoother and brighter. I have also gotten Rejuran healer from dr Choi that helped me a lot with severe dryness I ve been struggling with.

Genesys lab is fantastic! I did the microneedling package and it was worth every penny. My skin has never looked better! The clinic is very clean and I felt very relaxed each time.

Go somewhere else if you need a Botox! I had my first time Botox done at the same place and it was OK. Then I had my second time Botox a few months later. They suggested more units but the effect was not good (I paid more for the worse effect). I feel the second time was done with wrong judgement and I was given the wrong suggestions. I went back for a solution but they just said that I need to pay for more to fix (I took the exact same amount as the doctors suggestion at the first place and now they said i need more). Some Botoxed areas still have bad wrinkles as before. IT DIDN’T WORK AT ALL ON SOME AREAS. They can’t explain why the first time worked better with less amount (less $) and the second time had the worse effect with more amount (more $). PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU NEED BOTOX.

I was looking for a skin treatment to improve my skin sensitivity, strengthen my skin barrier, and reduce my acne scars. After doing my research I decided to go to Genesys for consultation. I was recommended the exosome treatment and i must say i am very pleased. I have received a couple of exosome treatments by Suzy. Suzy is amazing, she has a caring demeanor and always caters to my skin needs. My skin has greatly improved, less acne scars , better skin texture and a stronger barrier.

Ive had several treatments here with both Lea and Dr. Choy among others. The staff are all very kind and experienced. They have alot of state of the art equipment so you have many options for your skin concerns. They take time during treatments so you definitely feel cared for and never feel rushed. They offer unique at home care too. They seem very interested in developing long term relationships with clients and are accommodating. Very pleased.

I had a corregi lifting procedure. Dr. Kelly did it for me, and she explained exactly what results I could get, and she was very thorough in the procedure. After receiving the procedure three times, I was satisfied with the results of my face lifting and my skin texture improved a lot, so I plan to continue receiving it.

The best Korean skincare and medical spa in the city. I get my monthly facials from Lea- she knows how to take care of all of my extractions and hormonal acne. I also get my microneedling done here, it’s a completely different experience than an average shop.

I have done Baby injection, meso, and LDM at Genesys and they all were very effective! I especially love the Baby injection treatment; ever since I got this done, I tend to break out less often and my face looks firmer overall. It worked well for minimizing pores as well. I get my treatments from Ms. Leah, and I love her! She is always very professional, warm, and nice. They also have another office in Flushing and the staffs there are also very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place!!

The best facial clinic with good service. Amazing to see good results in a short time. Lea has provided care for my skin. She is the best. She explains each step and procedure well. She gave warm words to encourage me when a procedure was painful. Micro needling and Thermage are painful but the clinic prepares well to minimize discomfort with pain cream and pain med as needed. No pain no gain. Results are amazing. 😊 She spends enough time for each treatment. I feel pampered well each session. Dr.Choi is also very nice and kind. The clinic runs effectively. No wait time with reservation. New clinic is upscaled and security system is strict in the building. I have recommended to my friends and they like the clinic so much too.

I’ve been coming to Genesys regularly for well over a year now! They’ve since moved into a beautiful space across the street from their old building and I could not be happier. The place instantly puts you at ease as you walk in. The Genesys team is really amazing. They care about your objectives and concerns. They listen to you and work with you. I work with Jessica here who has come to know my skin in and out. She can tell by just a glance what condition my skin is in and what I might need that day. The team never pushes a treatment or product you do not need. In fact, I’ve been told I DON’T need certain treatments in the past. I love the honesty and the commitment to getting my skin to its best condition. My face has not looked better. Tone, blemishes, elasticity- across the board have seen immense improvement. I cant remember the last time I felt comfortable (proud, even!) prancing around without a stitch of makeup! 10/10 would recommend!

suzy is the best!!! i sought out treatment at genesys laser for my longstanding battle w/ rosacea. i was on a bunch of oral and topical meds that were controlling flushing somewhat, but i was still not happy w/ texture or skin balance, super oily in spots and rly flaky in others, generally very inflamed, huge pores. i was interested in rejuran healer originally, but after a consultation w/ michelle i was convinced that a package of 5 exosome therapy and 3 mezostar would be more helpful for repairing the skin and getting it back to baseline AMAZING results, thx to suzy's careful hand. she was rly intentional about ramping up the intensity and making sure my skin was supported through the healing process. her treatments are super relaxing even when they're supposed to be painful. i often fall asleep! i will add i am fairly adherent with her product and at-home care recommendations... i still have good days and bad but all in all, very excited to roll into winter w/ strong, happier skin
