    Sweetgreen quality at this location is really bad. I recommend going to the Broadway and W27th location over this one. Today I ordered the Elote bowl for the first time and every piece of Arugula had tiny holes in it. I looked it up and confirmed this is a sign of flea beetles 🤢🤮 gross. I’m never ordering from this location again. I barely could eat this.

    Anyone who knows me will tell you that I am Sweetgreen’s #1 fan, but I have never been so disappointed by a location. (For some reason they make the salads in the back, so you can’t see what/how much they’re putting, which allows them to get away with putting nothing in the bowl.) I got the Harvest bowlBowl is 2/3 empty, apples are mushy, chicken is the driest chicken I’ve actually ever had, and there were literally 4 small pieces of sweet potato. You guys should actually be ashamed of yourselves, this location is an embarrassment to Sweetgreen. You respond to all your negative reviews saying “Sorry, contact us for more information”, but you clearly haven’t made any effort to improve. Do NOT come here.

    Order by application. I waited over 20 mins after I placed order by application. After I waited 20 mins, I did’t get anything. And I asked employee when can I get my foods, they said it’s coming up. Another 10mins, and I received it. I can’t say it great.

    This location got a health inspection grade of a B or a C and is contesting it, currently displaying the ‘Grade Pending’ sign out front. People have mentioned some quality issues in their reviews and the failing health quality grade would help explain part of that. It’s a shame because the salads can be tasty when prepared properly, even though the portions are often smaller than they’re supposed to be. Personally I will be avoiding this location for now, especially as the food I get is raw and I am not comfortable eating risky uncooked food. Edited: it was a C and the remarks were pretty damning - I would stay away until they have proven to clean it up.

    I love sweetgreen so much. But this is the worst location I’ve ever eaten at. The salad was 1/2 of a regular size; the amount of chicken was half a scoop; very little amount of dressing (I asked for medium) ; unchopped tomatoes (looks like someone attempted to chop them properly but instead chopped a tiny side of it). Additionally, you can’t see how much is put into the salad cause there is no open bar. Very disappointed.

    Came in today for lunch as I did before. There were 4 people behind the counter and non of them came closer to the cashier station. Then one girl screamed at me « you have to order through the app ». Since I didn’t have my phone with me I just left. Honestly, I have no desire to download any apps simply just to get lunch . Will never come back :) Sweetgreen went down the hill. Thank you for your « service »

    This location sucks. I ordered at 1:15 PM. The estimated pick up was 1:40 PM. I got there 5 mins early but nothing till 1:45 PM. At 1:46, the status updated to order complete but where is my food? - Nowhere to be found. I asked employees multiple times, they asked my name went back and never responded. It was the 4 employee I kept asking like 20 times showing that the app says it is complete but I don't see my food, she came back on the 21st try that it is being prepared. Why are you updating the order status when it is not ready? Just to make me run around the store chasing you? No one at the counter either. Once I got my food, it was half empty bowl. No dressing either. Worst sweetgreen experience ever. Got late for my meeting. What is the point of online order and tracking if your employees just fake complete the order?

    Disappointed, I went in and was not greeted just stared at. Waiting at the register for someone to take my order and still getting stared at with no direction. I see another patron struggling with the app and asks an employee how to use the app. So I ask the employee, is nobody taking orders? She’s like no we don’t do that, you need the app. This is annoying and a huge inconvenience. I didn’t like how I was stared down and treated so I left. Prob won’t ever go back to a sweet greens again. I tried.

    When you get tired by eating only bread and bagels sweetgreen is a great alternative. The salad menu is really big with so many options. Every meal includes kcal and macros, which is great if you want to know what and how much do you put in your mouth. The taste is good

    Seems like some folks didn’t have the best experience here. But I sure did! Service was friendly. And super quick. Shoutout to Adonis who saw me waiting in line for a few mins, stopped what he was doing and rang me up on a different register Salad was GOOD. Tasted fresh, clean and healthy. Got the Super Green Goddess and added goat cheese It’s nice they have space for people to sit and hangout upstairs My FAVORITE part might be that tipping isn’t required! No prompt asking you to fork over 25% after you’ve already paid. Kinda refreshing when everyone else is ready to grab a tip.. even when half the experience is self serve lol

    I love sweetgreen! But they’re doing things completely differently at this location and for the worse. Ordered a shroomami salad (supposed to be a warm bowl) and got it 40 mins late, cold, without mushrooms and without a discount. Usually the salad is tossed and the amount of dressing decided by the client -they do not do that at this location; they give the dressing separately. Obviously the client can toss their own salad -but the other branches had already established that as part of their brand! This location does not feel like sweetgreen, it feels like a generic salad place that should be maybe 6 dollars per salad.

    The quality at this location has gone down so much within the few years I’ve worked in the area. Recently, the salads have been haphazardly thrown in the bowl, not mixed, and not ready on time (usually at least 15 min later than the time you select for pick up). Today, my salmon was hard and chewy/almost inedible. Last time I ordered from here, it was wrong and not ready on time (which made me late to a meeting), so I think it’s time to switch to a different salad place.

    Unfortunately this is the only salad option near our office so we have to deal with it. I would be happy about it except when you charge $15+ for a salad, they are always late, and always half the size that the salads at other locations are - its quite a frustrating location that never seems to be abel to do better despite promises from the manager. I've never seen salads made here be the same size of the salads from other locations.

    The app ordering and pickup process was good. But when I opened the salad, it barely filled up half the bowl it came in. I customized an order with 3 ingredients (chicken, red onion and cherry tomatoes). I had maybe 4 cubes of chicken and 4 tomatoes, a handful of mixed greens with maybe a tablespoon of minced red onion. For a $15 customized salad, you don’t exactly get a commensurate amount of food for what you pay for. I was still starving after finishing it. Probably won’t visit this location again.

    The concept of ordering by app is good, but the problem is The store did a terrible job explaining it and making the process simple. Multiple people including myself wandering around confused, and I ended up having to scan a QR code and then put in my email to a website that ended up not even being responsive. After about five minutes of this actual human came and took my order

    We are foreigners and our credit card didn’t work we asked one of the stuff to help us couple of times, unfortunately nobody helped us and nobody cared about us. Eventually waited half an hour and couldn’t get our meal horrible place horrible service. PS - we sit on tables an they were really dirty 🤮

    I don't recommend this location between 12-2. Salads always take ages longer than you expect and if you order a drink make sure you don't request the dressing to be mixed in or you risk a soggy salad. Otherwise it's sweet green so the salads are good

    I go here often for lunch since I work super close. I've noticed they've been skimping out on dressing lately. I used to order 1 on the side and had to start ordering 2 and now I'm ordering 3 to make sure I actually get enough dressing to eat a salad. Unacceptable. Please change this because no one likes eating dry lettuce or wasting plastic by having to order more.

    New sweet green spot that just opened - focused on decreasing lines and wait time, complete with tables for eating on the upstairs level, opening up their bottom floor for more effectively funneling you through. Staff was incredibly friendly and concept is great. Went first day, and like lost opening days they were working out some kinks ;) that said, I’m interested to see how the lines look in a couple weeks. Overall, the store was beautiful and the concept is neat. Update: went in on day 2 and it was utter chaos. The concept has some fatal flaws in it which resulted in a much longer wait. Fair warning - I would still order ahead and pick up.

    This is the worst experience picking up food and trying to order a salad I’ve ever had. First, they confirmed the order was done but apparently had given my order to someone else by accident and claimed ‘it happens all the time, we’ll just remake the order.’ Then, I waited about another 20 minutes and they gave the order but one of the salads was in a tiny container while the other was in their regular container but half full. When I actually opened my salad I noticed half of the ingredients were wrong and I had 5 tiny pieces of sliced chicken, 2 pieces of broccoli, and an extremely small portion of rice/kale (for $16!!!) They don’t allow you to see how they make the salads (because they don’t know what they’re doing). Avoid this place at all cost

    I got a delicious kale, apple, chicken, sweet potato salad. It comes with rice, but I removed it because I’m allergic and added raw beets. I ordered it with the rosemary focaccia and a green jasmine tea. The focaccia was not that good. The salad was very good. The chicken was also not very good. I was on conference calls in a hotel across the street so I got it delivered on DoorDash for $2 or so (I have DoorDash pass through my CC).

    Decided to try it out for 2 days. It was delicious and the combinations are awesome. I definitely enjoyed the Wild Tofu, Portabella Mushrooms, Rice, Apples and Kale. And love that it's on the healthier side compared to what I normally eat. Would definitely recommend stopping by and trying it.

    Just terrible! Waited for half hour, they didn’t print my ticket, then messed up the order. Seems to cater to online orders, not walk ins, since they can’t process verbal information - wrong substitution, salad drenched in dressing…Some customers were not even asked their names and that’s the only way to track your order…

    I’m a huge fan of Sweetgreen and all other locations in NYC are amazing, but this one is the worst! Those folks are always mixing up orders,ingredients and dressings. Every single time It’s a lottery. One time you missing greens, another they forgot about the dressing, third time they gave you a wrong order. It’s really frustrating, I’m tired of getting refunds, I’m craving for my order!

    Meh is the word that comes to mind. Same price as Chopt. Half the food as Chopt. Half the taste as Chopt. And you gotta mix your stuff yourself. About as disappointing as it gets.

    I don't usually write reviews, but this is the third time this location has shown themselves to be consistent with their poor service, in all areas, the food i received today the salmon was burnt, and everything tasted burn. If it wasn't raining and i was not on my lunch break i would have taken my food back and asked for a refund, on top of that, the workers are very unpleasant. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me! This will be my last.....
