The team here is great. Always very efficient and thorough. Definitely my go to urgent care facility! That said, I had one doctor recently who was very anti medicine and wouldn't give me antibiotics until I was sick for 10 days (I was on day 8 of a sinus/chest infection and have asthma, so I do not like messing around). This doctor also prescribed me Flonase, which I told him I already take every day(???), to "cure" my sinus infection... Overall I felt he didn't really listen to me or care to change his anti medicine stance even considering my circumstances. I've been sick for 15 days now with no resolution. Next time I plan on requesting not to see him.

Needed a rapid test for work. Went at 10 am on Black Friday. Waited 45 minutes in line with 10 people ahead of me. 10 minutes inside at the kiosk to register, get a test, have a quick visit with a PA. Very friendly. Security person making sure that people were not cutting the line. Staff was excellent. Would definitely go again. Highly recommended.

A huge blessing that City MD was here on Black Friday. Getting care right after the holidays in NYC, from the moment we walked in the ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and quick to check us in. The doctor was very thorough and I feel she addressed our issues promptly, she sent us for additional testing at another City MD near Penn station. Overall it was a great experience, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Had to come for a visit this past Friday eve to CityMd on East 23 rd.St off of 3rd.Ave. to see a doctor since I was feeling ill with a chest cold/ congestion with low fever and no energy , for about 2 days now and didn't want to be really sick thru the holidays and missing family gatherings or time spent with friends so came umin for sone of there TLC and expert doctors and staff . Once again I was taken care of expertly without delay , given medication sent to pharmacy, also given another Covjd test as well as influenza and strep tests and all were negative. They are extremely thorough and caring. Once again thank you CityMD , don't know what I or this city of ours would do without ALL of you thst make up this wonderful organization from Summit Health. They could not get my prescription through to the pharmacy. I had to call them 4 times to get them to send the prescription to the pharmacy (the staff on phone assistance could not care less that I was waiting for my prescription sick inside the pharmacy), while dozens of other people were getting their prescriptions just fine while I waited for 1.5 hours at the pharmacy. In the 3rd call, CityMD reassured me that they talked to the pharmacy, and that they had received the prescription. However, the pharmacy had still not received it and CityMD would not return the pharmacy's calls. After the final 4th call, it got done.

Staff is super kind. They don't always check you thoroughly though. Ex: throat, ears. You really need to thoroughly explain and advocate. Don't be afraid to list even a minor symptom. Very fast visits. Walk-in only

I had excellent care here. So incredibly grateful. The staff is competent and listens. Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had.

Friendly and professional staff. The Doctor and assistant both were caring and really listened. The offices, waiting room and bathroom were all clean and spacious.

Both receptionist was rude, I waited 3 hours and both male and female receptionist said I still have to wait outside to get called. What I don’t understand they stated three hours and I waited outside for 3 hours. I am currently the 7th patient online (I checked online) and it still wasn’t enough for me to wait inside. They should have said 4 hours, I would have prepare for that . Walk ins are a headache in this location, receptionist lack of empathy was unprofessional. I just needed a rapid Covid test and the experience was unpleasant.

First things first: My insurance covered this urgent care visit and lab work. All lab results were back between 1-3 days which is normal. I went in on a Sunday to be seen for a non-COVID-related illness which turned out to be a bit more pressing than expected. They took me back as soon as they could and gave me a much-needed diagnosis, explanation, and treatment. Every single person was so incredibly nice to me that I’m happy to have gone here. Front desk associate, medical scribe, doctor, medical assistant/phlebotomist, all so pleasant and caring. Thank you!

No one could bother to take my temperature despite the fact that I went in with COVID. Doctor did not listen to my lungs nor ask me if I had any question concerning my diagnosis. Very disappointing experience - thankfully I was able to speak to my much more professional doctor today.

Doctor was very nice, however sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. Not fun having to wait in cvs for the issue to be corrected for 40 mins while sick with the flu.

I’ve been here twice and each time it’s been quick, easy, and the staff has been super friendly and helpful! I’m so lucky this is my closest urgent care. I’ve never had issues with insurance either, but I also have Cigna which basically everyone takes.

Went to this location because they had X-ray capabilities. I was in and out within an hour (it was first thing in the morning when they had just opened). The staff was very nice and they diagnosed the bone fracture right away. The only negative: the referral they gave me turned out to be a disaster. Note to the wise - no matter how much of a hurry you're in to get treatment, research the referred doctor before wasting precious time.

Had nagging shoulder/arm problems resulting from a fall 5 weeks ago. The doctor diagnosed the problem and gave me a steroid shot. The pain ceased almost immediately. I am very grateful. I always get good care at City MD at any of the 3 locations I've visited.

It was a great experience- the men at the reception desk were friendly & helpful. The nurse that checked me in was patient & caring. And the doctor had great beside manner that truly took the time to listen to my symptoms. Definitely recommend & would go back.

I went there today for a Covid test since I’m having surgery next week. Despite it being early in the afternoon they said they weren’t doing testing anymore for the day. I pleaded with them and they said they would do it but it probably wouldn’t be back in time for my surgery since turnaround time can be up to 5 days. They sent me to NY Medical Center on East 51st guaranteeing results in 72. I ran up there stressed out and when I got there it’s by appointment only and they cannot guarantee 72 hour return. Frantically I searched for somewhere else and wound up back in the neighborhood at Bellevue which took me right away and no problem. I even asked the guy at the counter if there was anywhere close by and he said no. You might want to train your staff and provide them with better information. Anyone else finding themselves in my predicament go to Bellevue Hospital. They are extremely efficient and professional.

The entire staff expresses a sense of care and concern not often present today.

This team was wonderful. If you fund yourself close enough to this location next time you need MD I recommend you make the trip. Knowledgeable, nice and no bs. Wonderful crew!

This office was sooo clean, staff got me and my babies in and out in no time. They all so friendly there.

If you're sick, go here. The staff is kind and competent. I had covid and received results within a few minutes. I was also impressed that the doctor called 2 days later to see how I was doing.

Signed up in person to get the COVID-19 rapid test virtual and the receptors rated I should receive a call within 2 hrs, and never got the call. I happened to go in again since I was still around the area and asked what happened. The lady explained they texted me which I said I never got a text and was told to wait outside where there were a total of five people ahead of me. I waited to see if I would get tested. Tried calling the office and got no response.

Came here on Saturday for a PCR test and it was very quick/efficient. The PA, Lisa Altin, was fantastic and thorough. Much better than an urgent care I went to for COVID testing a few days prior. Also appreciated that she checked my lungs and breathing rather than rushing me in and out. Answered my questions in a thoughtful mannerand is a big reason I would come back to this location even for something as simple as a COVID test. Got my results in less than 24 hours too.

From the front desk to the nurse to the doctor, everyone was wonderful. We were taken in almost immediately. Check up was thorough and we were done in no time. Highly recommend.

I went to get bloodwork done. The two people who tried jabbed me five times and got no blood. My arm is still black and blue. They brought in the 'manager' who got it in the minute and apologized. But this is the second visit that this has happened. You have people trying to draw blood who can't. This is serious. I wrote last time with no answer. I don't think they care.

I was visiting nyc and brought my brother to city md because of a terrible cough ! Everyone was kind, compassionate and helpful ! We met one of the nicest doctors and assistant! The doctors name was Dr Munirih ! She was outstanding to both myself and my brother ! This is an awesome place if you have to be sick ! Happy New Year ! Kerry Stumpf

I was told by a very smart friend to go to CityMD because I will get top of the line medical care. He was right. Dr Huma was amazing. REALLY Smart. and staff provided kind, superb medical care. The best care Ive ever Had. This is the place to go.

I have been to CityMD several times over the past few years. I have been consistently impressed with all staff including medical receptionists, medical assistants, Physician Assistants and Physicians. The center is well run.

CityMD is an excellent Urgent Care center. Their staff, especially the physicians are always knowledgeable and professional yet caring as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of urgent care.

Clear explanation of every aspect of my condition. Gave me a full understanding of my responsibilities with my condition outside of the City MD office.
