One of the most beautiful Gothic Revival churches -- built in 1840-1841 -- I've ever had the grace to pray in and just to be present in the moment: This was my Christmas present/gift from above! I recommend this Holy & exceptionally beautiful place of worship as a "Sacred Stop" on a busy day!

This church is beautiful; it looks remarkably well-maintained. The choir was fantastic, the clergy was welcoming and the sermon was edifying.

Went to this church for a concert, which we enjoyed. We were seated on the side so had a partially obstructed view, but music was magnificent. Church is beautiful.

Nice old church to visit. Not so welcoming to strangers despite their tag line that 'everyone is welcome.' We had the unfortunate experience of being locked up inside with the lights turned off on us, despite being welcomed inside by people at the front door minutes ago. You'd think it will be easy enough to tell visitors, "we are closing now; please leave" but apparently not.

The beauty of this church is only exceeded by the warm and friendly people who attend this welcoming and inclusive neighborhood church.

I’m not a religious person but this place makes me feel safe and loved and I feel the spirituality all around me, whatever that is. I have had both my children baptized here. I live in Lakewood Ranch, FL. now, but when I am in NYC I would never miss a mass.
