This office is very helpful. Any questions and resources I need are always answered by Alex and Christina immediately. The knowledgable and friendly staff provide thorough support and guidance. HORRIBLE experience with their agent, ROBERT SALSBERRY. He was DECITEFUL, negligent, and unhelpful. He incessantly lied to me about the rental units available, took my application docs and fee but did not submit any of the paper work, nor did he not update me, and expected me to chase him. Has been unresponsive and unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I take back my last review. I spoke with a very nice woman who informed me the bad experience I previously had was not with her office. In fact she provided me with some tips with searching for an apartment and how to avoid scams. In the future I will utilize them to purchase a home.

Keller Williams Landmark II is a great company to work for especially for new agents like me. There is tons of training, very friendly and helpful staff. I got assigned to Emily Minichello and she literally gets back to me when I text her and she never responds to my call at all . I tried many other agents and they don’t respond when I mentioned I have a voucher or try to help me . Horrible experience and good recourse to fund many other agents, but still no response and no one is answering. And my agent did not do anything to help me find an apartment, I feel like she doesn’t want to help or answering my calls because I have a voucher . If I have to give zero review I will .
