Two friends of mine, and i enjoyed our lunch experience here, however as noted by some other reviews we were not asked for a vaccination card (still, it wasn't over-packed around noon, which was good) and I would say this location wanted for a little extra cleanliness. For example, they'd run out of soap, when my friend used their restroom. However, when mentioned to the staff it was corrected right away. And a manager, Julie was serving us and helped explain the menu, since it was our first time there (my first Korean BBQ experience). She was helpful and attentive, and even entertained our request for a photo. Another wait staff (Jessica, I believe it was on her name tag) ignored us a few times--maybe she was busy. On another note, as some reviews mentioned, it was quite Pricey. The quality and flavor of the meat was excellent, however, we ordered 2 serving, along with "add on" veggies & tofu, and the total was $120 for three people (before tip). So, I think, over all it was a fun, novelty experience--but may try other locations in the future.

Absolutely recommended! First of all I’m not a bbq lover. And unfortunately I am also not into Korean cuisine... but this place Cheshire my perspective about both. It was a very flavorful meal and meat was of a good quality. The staff members were awesome. And as I know this one is 24 hr spot. Which is a life saver because most places are closing early.

It is nice atmosphere. The onion salad is refreshing. The rice cake dish is delicious. We order the non marinated meat and seafood set ( $265). The meat is quite dry and no taste. The dipping sauce is bland. The grilled shrimp is good though.

This was so good, the pork belly and marinated beef were delicious. The fried pork dumplings were amazing. I could eat them every day for the rest of my life to be honest. Service was amazing. If you are nervous about using the cooktop don't worry the employees here will help or do it for you. The food is so good don't skip this because you're nervous about doing the cooking.

Haven't been to Miss Korea in years and stopped in as it was one of the only options at 3am after a long night. Some pretty solid service and good quality meat considering the time of night. That being said, it is significantly more expensive than other options in the area that provide nearly identical experiences. I'm talking fully double the price of other places for the same cuts and banchan. Worth a stop if burning the candle at both ends but I'd recommend shopping around for better value.

It is our first time here so we have no idea how to order and what to order so we asked for recommendations from our very patient server and we liked what she recommended. She even stopped us from ordering more to let us know we ordered a lot already. She saved us from paying more of what we need. 😇 Tasty food. Good service :) Thinking of coming back again. I recommend this place.

Food is generally good, but their service was mediocre. Couldn't get the attention of the servers for much, and they wouldn't bring the drinks we ordered. We had to keep reminding them. But WATCH OUT !! Went for dinner tonight: They brought the remote payment card reader to me with the tip pre-set to 25%. I changed it to 18% because the service didn't merit that amount. I signed the screen and asked for a printout of my receipt... which they brought to me folded twice over, so I couldn't see the figures as we were leaving ~ there was no reason to. However, when I looked at the receipt later, I saw that they CHANGED THE TIP TO 25% AGAIN !! Highly unethical and crooked. That is theft. I'm blocking payment on my card.

Service was extremely poor. We ended up cooking our own meats or else they would have burned. Drinks took forever to arrive and they were all non-alcoholic. I ordered spicy food it was mild. I asked for brown rice still received white rice (ok fine no big deal). But the wait for the check was the icing on the cake for me. It took so long to arrive and the server was nowhere to be found. Will not recommend on a Saturday night if your extremely hungry. Food was fair, just poor service.

After a Broadway show, we went for supper. Service was good, though the waiters don't understand or speak very well English. The busboys were very helpful though. It was our first time in a Korean restaurant in the States. Usually abroad in Korean restaurants one cooks oneself at your own pace. Here it was great they cook and cut everything for you. Loved the kimchi, not too salty or sweet. Everything we ordered was perfect, loved the spicy and hot dishes. Everything was first class. Will surely go back again.

We arrived at this location and was not asked about our vaccination cards. The menu only offers 3 dinning packages which we felt was super odd. All the packages are more than $100 which offers a limited selection of products to consume. The wait staff actually cooks the meat to their liking without inquiring how the consumer would like it cooked. This was a major reason the establishment received a low rating. The waiter did a terrible job informing us of menu items they would replenish such as rice, bean sprouts etc. Some of the meat was left to burn while the onion was served nearly raw. After our meal we felt bloated and unhappy with our overall experience. The decor is bland and unexciting and the wait staff nonchalantly cooks, prepares and discards your plates. Highly recommend eating elsewhere for Korean BBQ. Also pretty pricey for the little amount of food presented.

Came to this Korean BBQ after a Korean friend recommended it. We ordered the 'all beef combo' (side dishes included) so it was a little pricey (Small: $169'95) but the meats were juicy and tender. We also got the japchae (they were superb!). They open 24 hours and the service was fast and friendly. Would come back but just keep in mind that it's not a very affordable restaurant.

Korean BBQ restaurant. Interesting service style where different raw meats are brought to the table and served on gas grills to your liking. With appetizers and sides like rice, noodles, Kimchi and savory pancakes. Service is attentive making sure meats were flipped timely and nothing was consumed too raw or burnt. Food was flavorful without being overpowering.

The food was just okay. I think all the dishes could have been more flavorful. The side dishes were also mediocre compared to other restaurants in the area. The service was great though! I liked the crispiness of the seafood pancake, but felt like something was lacking. The galbi tasted as if they barely put any marination on it.

Chose this place randomly because I was in the neighborhood and wanted a place I could eat at that wasn’t to packed. The weather was decent for September so I opted to eating outside. The service was not the best as I had to literally beg for the check and a to go box when I was done eating. The food was decent and made quickly upon ordering. Overall, if you’re looking for average food in the area and poor service, this is the place to be.

Good experience overall and a classic spot. Stick to the classic meats for grilling and don't waste your money on the seafood. Tuna tasted frozen and fishy and was overcooked, lobster was tough and scallops were like bullets and definitely not fresh. Spicy pork belly is tasty, but not so spicy, more on the sweet side. They should consider offering more bonchon to make the experience better.

A little pricey, but great steak. We ordered veggies & got 6 pieces for $30! Staff however did prepare the bbq for us. They also never came to refill our drinks, but over all delicious.

We stopped in for a late night dinner after midnight and ordered the beef sirloin bulgogi. The meat was flavourful and delicious and so were all of the sides and sauces. They were very warm and welcoming and service was speedy and efficient. We were tired after a long day of exploring and a concert and our server was extra helpful with the grill. Thanks for being a perfect end to a fun-filled day in NYC. Yum!

It was a very nice experience, everything went pretty well. The third floor is not very welcoming. The food was good and the price was reasonable for the amount of food they brought to the table. We were in this restaurant twice, so I do recommend it for a casual dinner or lunch.

This place is awesome!!!!! Miss Korea, a Korean barbecue restaurant located in Little Korea, New York City. I must say, the experience was absolutely delightful. First and foremost, let's talk about the star of the show - the meats. The selection at Miss Korea was truly outstanding. From marinated beef to succulent pork belly, every bite was a burst of flavor. The quality of the meats was top-notch, and they were cooked to perfection on the tabletop grill. Each piece was tender, juicy, and simply mouthwatering. It was a true carnivore's paradise. Apart from the delicious food, the atmosphere at Miss Korea added to the overall enjoyment of the dining experience. The restaurant managed to strike a balance between being fun and intimate. The vibrant decor and lively music created a lively and energetic ambiance. At the same time, the cozy seating arrangement and dim lighting provided a sense of intimacy, making it perfect for a romantic dinner or a gathering with friends. The service at Miss Korea was also commendable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They were always ready to assist and explain the grilling process, ensuring that we had a seamless dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend Miss Korea for anyone craving an amazing Korean barbecue experience in Little Korea, New York City. The meats were beyond delicious, the atmosphere was both fun and intimate, and the service was exemplary. It's definitely a place worth visiting if you're a fan of Korean cuisine or simply looking for a memorable dining experience.

Food here was delicious, the marinated meat was on par, not too salty as other places. The steamed egg was perfect and the galbitang was amazing! Our server William was also so friendly and such a delight! He recommended a delicious drink that was even better than what we had chosen. Really glad to have came here! I've been here several times already and definitely won't be my last!

The cold ramen was quite good on a hot day. The Chef Special Spicy stir fry ramen was also very delicious. The sides are very diverse in flavors which is good. My nit picky complaints are that the food seems a bit pricey and the service, although was not bad, could be better. I had to ask for water and sides refill multiple times before getting it. They do open late, so the pricing makes sense if their employees are compensated fairly.

So to start off, the service was phenomenal. Everybody was very nice and accommodating. However, the food was not the best so definitely not my favorite place to go for Korean food. I really enjoyed the kimchi dumplings and tteokbokki. The bibimbap was ok but I wouldn’t get it again. Not as much flavor as I wanted and the rice was very soft and over-cooked. The bbq was decent but I would have enjoyed it more if I got just pork belly and not the combo with chicken and bulgogi. Not a bad place to stop by but there are definitely other places I want to try out. Now for my standard COVID comments. This is the first place I’ve been to in NYC that hasn’t asked for my vaccination status. I don’t come out into the city often nowadays but I do enjoy the fact that most places take those precautions. Everybody is wearing masks and there’s some divide between the crowded tables but that’s it. If you’re concerned about being vaccinated or social distancing while indoors, I would not come here as of December 2021.

The food was really nice. I ordered the fried rice and it was really nice for me. The employees were very friendly too and they made me feel so welcome. Would love to come here again!

One of my favorite spots for Korean BBQs. Great seafood and vegetarian options for BBQ, always fresh, always delicious. Service is fast and welcoming. The atmosphere is just right for such a place. Love it.

It was a full house and after tasting the food I understand why. We ordered the marinated meat and they did the rest. Service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious.

Great food and experience overall! The only thing that we did not enjoy that much was the super loud music, while eating. It was definitely fun, but at the same time a bit too much for a restaurant. Would go there again and recommend it !

Went here for a friends birthday dinner and all ten of us were comfortably seated and not all crammed together on a small table, mind you it was a Saturday night. The meat and delicious and not bland or tastes similar to the other meat choices on the menu. The sides and other dishes we ordered as well were on par with the rating this restaurant has gotten so far. It’s more of a casual place so perfect for catching up with friends

Best KBBQ place in NYC! I usually come here after a concert to satisfy my cravings, especially at midnight. What’s great is that they’re open 24 hours. To add, that Zucchini side dish is one of my favorites. I truly recommend the place even if you plan on dining alone.

Certainly one of the best Korean restaurants I've ever been to. At first, I was hesitant about this place since I'm not a huge fan of Korean food. Yet, I was delightfully surprised. I ordered their spicy pork rice dish. It came out in a flaming hot bowl which cooked everything while you were still eating. The rice got super crispy at the bottom and the spiciness was on point! The japchae was also superb. Everything we ordered was so good and would love to come back.

I went to this place for dinner. Order several dishes alone with the appetizer. The food taste is okay. I would say average and I see lot of room for improvements in terms of tastes. The service is pretty good. The resturent located in Korea town in the New York City so finding street parking can be challenging. Overall, good experience but need to focus on the food tastes and work on it.

Amazing food and great atmosphere! I highly recommend the spicy beef ramen, it’s the perfect amount of spice and so filling! Add in all the sides and you won’t need to eat for weeks. The place is beautifully decorated, dimmed lighting making it a nice casual spot with nice music covers playing in the back. The staff is also very friendly. If you’re coming to New York make sure you stop by miss KOREA BBQ!

DELICIOUS! Open 24/7 which was so convenient as we came from a NYFW fashion show afterparty! Accidentally went upstairs (closed) but it’s actually the main floor restaurant that is open 24/7 (street level entrance). I wish this restaurant was in Canada because I’d go all the time—but I’ll be back next time I’m in New York. Our server, Catherine, was so nice. Her male colleague was also so kind and cooked our Korean Short Ribs for us and showed us how to have it with lettuce. We also had the chef special which was unique and tasty. All the sides were amazing too! Hope to return and visit this gem in NYC.
