From booking the visits, check-ins, to getting the vaccine/booster, waiting after the vaccine & the follow-up. I’m a Canadian and I was looking for a PCR test to get in a hurry… I went to the street vans that had the Rapids like LaBQ, but their systems went down. My hotel recommended MiDoctor. Let me tell you when I got there the service was fantastic and quick and their turnaround was 24 hours. Also they took me in to their clinical rooms and gave me a quick physical… I was not expecting that, I was really awesome!!! If you want a safe and reliable place to send you results via email, I was very happy with this place, and for all Canadians it was free!!!!

I went to MiDoctor a week ago and I’m more grateful than you can possibly imagine. My search for a new PCP has been an excruciatingly long and disappointing experience. MiDoctors is (are?) awesome. The people working there are professional, friendly and competent. I recommend Dr. VINO K PALLI he is the best. I’ll try and add some better pictures ASAP

Received my Covid vaxx here. Friendly staff, Nurses & Doctors. Minimal wait time for the most part. Offering fast & easy Covid test with fast follow up.

They tell walk-ins wait times of 15 minutes knowing people have been sitting in the waiting room for an hour. No reason to be dishonest if you are short-staffed. Appreciated the doctor was patient and not rushed and thoughtful in his treatment and communication.

I’ve gone to MiDoctor for covid tests and vaccines as well as for an urgent care issue. The staff are always friendly, professional and efficient. The wait has never been long and the doctors have addressed my issue effectively.

I paid a visit to this location yesterday. Front desk Wa left unattended so I had to sit and wait for a long time then the front desk attendants came from the outside with bags of food in their hands. Odd. Anyways I got registered I saw a doctor for chest pain and the doctor was very unprofessional. She never introduced herself and after I went through my symptoms she asked me again so what brought you here. Strange. I want given a gown and I had remove my clothes for the EKG which I found to be really weird. The doctor mentioned that people are having heart attacks because of the Covid vaccine and then she said may be pulmonary embolism or may be pleural effusion. Okay, fine I guess she was trying to rule out worst case scenarios but then she came back and was like your EKG is okay and I’m doing blood work but no further explanation of what to do next or what the blood work is for. I wouldn’t recommend this place go to a Citi MD instead

Really nothing you can complain about with this outfit. They see you quickly. They're efficient. They're professional. Scheduling is easy. Test results are posted online instantly. Even the waiting area is pleasant and actually comfortable.

I just had a very scary experience with my jaw locking up during work. I went to this place because it was the closest and it was a great decision. Both doctors were amazing and super helpful. Doctor Lijo Mathai was able to put it back with no problem at all. I was very scared but they helped me getting calm and getting better.

My first visit I came in with extreme dizziness and lightheadedness. I could barely stand or walk. Destiny was very kind helping me sit down and register as a patient. When they were ready to see me (the wait was super short) Destiny walked me back to the room and helped me lay down on the table and got me some water. Doctor Li Jo saw me within 5 minutes and was kind and accommodating. He actually listened to what was wrong, and told me what he thought it was. He did a quick and simple test that actually helped alleviate a lot of my symptoms and gave me a prescription with directions for a follow up call in 2 days. He was professional, kind and gentle. After my appointment Destiny offered to walk me over to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription because I was still a little dizzy and lightheaded. Over all I had a great experience and will definitely be using this office again for emergency needs.

Destiny at Front Desk was kind and pleasant, and Dr. Pa-lijo answered all my questions nicely. I felt very comfortable, and the process itself was swift. A very good experience all in all. Thank you!

The facility is great and they always see you in a timely fashion, but their front desk staff are second to none. I spoked to a woman today named Destiny about retrieving my covid results and she was kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. 10/10!

I went in last night because I have a lingering cough that keeps me up at night and although I got there first , I was seen last by the doctor. She didn’t do a proper exam or anything but right away suggested a covid and flu test although I told her I took one already. I wanted something for the cough and she asked me if I also wanted antibiotics ….whiteout a consult or test to see if it’s a bacteria or virus. Waited more until I got the negative results from covid and flu and went to the Farmacy to pick up whatever she prescribed (which was nothing) so I had to go back to the Urgent Care and waited more until she finally sent the prescription, antibiotics and a cough sirup . This place is a joke and they’re only interested in making money, not actually helping anyone. Do not go !

Location switched to new owners who now don’t take essential NYC insurances for most things. Unfortunate cause the staff is kind, but there’s not much point to go here now you’re better off getting a test somewhere on the street or from your PCP. They also won’t see you if you’re simply looking for a sick visit cause it’s not covered under most insurances. Saw at least 5 people walk out due to lack of accepting insurance. Came here for two years during pandemic and up until now and place was always packed. Barley anyone there now. Sad. Not worth booking here anymore.

I had the best time with destiny she has made my visit so comfortable her customer service skills are really amazing. I was nervous and she literally made my appointment feel much better I enjoyed my nurses as well and the providers that helped me. Shout outs to destiny making this visit the best one yet so far.

I have called to inquire if I bring my child with sour throat complained and a physical for his school, I was advised that surely bring him in. Well upon our arrival not only they didn't complete an appropriate check up, but they lied about the physical for his school. They ended up taking unnecessary covid 19 test that just wasted states budget, simply because the tests that school provides twice a week was negative, hours before our visit. All morning I was calling the main number and lines were eother busy or line disconected.. being that I am in the medical development & compliance filed of knowledge, it is obvious that due to unnecessary medical procedures which aren't supported by any medical necessities and office manipulations who confirm appointments for a specific complaint that isn't an option once you are inside the urgent care. Another words 30% of their incoming calls are timely and unnecessary and paralyzes their phone lines

I love coming here. Everyone is warm, friendly and caring. It has a true neighborhood vibe. The care itself is very thorough even when it’s busy. Every time I visit I am more and more glad that I gave Mi Doctor a chance

Every one at MiDoctor was super nice and really made us feel welcoming and comfortable! The nurses and doctors were so kind and professional. Wish they can open a branch in Bayside or Manhasset which is closer to us.

This morning I needed a COVID test urgently, and this location had many appointments available. Not only did they get me in so quickly, they were so kind and professional as well. Thank you to both my PA Ellen and my MA Felicia! They both made my experience so comfortable. Edit: Just a heads up, they’ll automatically schedule a follow-up appointment with a primary doctor to go over the results. I just called the number they had in the email to cancel that appointment. I was able to get my results without having that follow-up appointment.

Brought in my 5-year old for a rapid Covid-19 test. We were in any out in about an hour, including test result. Doctors made sure my boy was comfortable.

Visiting at MiDoctor with Dr. Christina Zhang was an exceptional calm and Her attentiveness and clear communication made me feel truly heard and valued as a patient. The thorough examination and thoughtful explanations instilled confidence. The office staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, a top-notch experience that left me feeling well-cared for. Receptionist welcomed me immediately with such attentiveness, kindness and patience. I had almost no voice and she was so sensitive to my extra needs. Also, as I was sitting afterwords she asked me if there was anything I needed. So aware! PA who attended to me was superb ... respectful, empathtic, skilled, knowledgeable, and clear in explaining diagnosis and what would be helpful to make me feel better and be healed. If I lived in NYC I'd make MiDoctor my regular ... fantastic service. Told Registration Desk at Hotel what great service and attention. She was grateful because so often guests inquire for health service and she is not quite sure who to recommend. Hotel is quite close to MiDoctor. Thanks again to all!!! Continue the great service. Dr Vino was absolutely amazing! He really took the time to listen to all my concerns and come up with a treatment plan. He then carefully explained it all to me and patiently answered all my questions. The team was also outstandig: extremely nice and caring. Definitely will be coming back!

Great experience as a first timer. Made a same day appointment on and got in right away. The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. Staff made an awful ear piercing infection situation so much better. Dr. Divo really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. Dr. Divo and his team were all very kind and extremely hospitable and went out of their way to let me know I was going to be okay and to help me with my pain in the meantime.

Thank you for your attentive and friendly care. Left with a sense of relief with a detailed diagnosis and medicine waiting for me at my pharmacy. The intake process was smooth and the staff was very nice and super helpful. 5⭐️’s

I was visiting from out of town and started to feel unwell. I was easily able to book an appointment online. When I arrived they had no issue running my out of state insurance. They were on time for the appointment. They addressed my issue and had me on my way very rapidly. Everyone I spoke with from the front desk person, to the nurse, to the PA were very friendly. Grateful for their presence as they saved my vacation!

This place is great. Have been coming here since they opened nearly 4 years ago. I have had several COVID tests and boosters done here, plus several visits when I have been ill. First and foremost they are efficient - respecting me and my time. The administrative staff is very polite and well organized, the medical assistants/nurses are kind and diligent, and the doctors are knowledgeable, clear and have appropriate bedside manner. I recommend this place to anyone for urgent or primary care needs.

Dr. Li is an amazing GP who truly cares for her patients and takes the time to understand and the apply her experience for the best solution. That being said, After being taken over by MiDoctor, the admin side sucks! Nobody answers the phone, emails take over a day to get answered. This is the most unprofessional business I know. All the Drs have been great, but admin support structure is awful. The individuals at the desk are wonderful when I get hold of anyone, but whoever runs this business don’t know what they are doing !

I have been a patient of Dr.Zhang for about 5 months now and she is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! She shows me so much care and concern!! Dr Zhang is also very attentive to all my needs and concerns. I feel comfortable enough to open up about any medical cocerns I may have. I am NEVER leaving her,loll. Seriously though I am not! It is very hard to find Doctors who genuinely love what they do and she truly does! I have been suffering with severe pain back,shoulder pains and other medical issues( Hypertension and weight gain). Dr Zhang is working with me hand in hand to remedy all of medical problems. I can not thank her ENOUGH! In addition, ALL of nthe additional Staff I have interacted with at Midoctor have been extremely professional and friendly! THANK YOU so much Midoctor for being GREAT!!!XOXOXOS

I needed three visits in the same week because of a nasty fall I took on the street. I was taken promptly each time and was very satisfied with the care I got. The doctors were great and I would definitely go there again.

Daniela Lipovich is an excellent doctor and a kind soul. My mom had an appointment with her. Daniella was very patient with mom, and extremely thorough in her assessment. She provided mom with clear directions, and with her kind words made mom feel better. My mom has very thin blood veins and it is always a problem to draw her blood, yet Daniela did fantastic job taking Mom's blood. She did not have to do it, it is usually done by nurse. The bottom line, Daniella is a doctor you can wish for. Thank you, doctor!

Entire staff is awesome. No complaints and I have sent there a few times as it is the one clinic still close to transit that accepts appointments at 5 pm, as a mom it’s a blessing as I get barely get time to see about self.

Came in today at 7:50pm for a 5 minute consultation and all staff was rude. Nobody wanted to help. Change the published schedule at the door, online, and here if you’re not actually staying to work.

Stopped in for COVID booster while in NYC. Receptionist (Destiny) was extremely pleasant, as was everyone there. Dr. Lipovic was wonderful, knowledgeable and efficient. A very positive experience overall—highly recommended!

Lovely Urgent care. Everyone was very efficient and extremely kind. Great customer service which is out of the ordinary for Doctors in NYC. Shoutout to Destiny, Jannine, Camara, and Dr. Lipovich. They welcomed me with smiles and went above and beyond to ensure I was cared for.

I regularly visit MiDoctor to do my covid tests and earlier tonight, I went to take get one for my school. Front desk workers were kind and welcoming. Everything was handled right away. The MA who called me in, Seamus, pronounced my name correctly and I had a great experience. I have had Ryan as my provider frequently, and he is a great PA as always. I was relieved that this time my test went smoothly, because the last time I came for my test, the MA, Amy assaulted my nose. This was very striking to me as I’ve never experienced this here before. Also to add, she asked me to inhale and I’ve never done that before and it put me in pain all day. No patient deserves to go through what I experienced that day.

I do Covid tests a lot at this location since I require testing for work, and the people here are always on-time and respectful. I believe it was Jackie who gave the great advice to inhale while the swab is going up so that it doesn’t hurt as much, and I’ve been doing that ever since. Even though it’s a little far from where I live, I make the trip here because I know I will get great service.

I came to this urgent care feeling the worst I’ve felt in years. While I was waiting to be seen, they let an HBO show fill up the waiting room to film. Completely unprofessional. Maybe if this was a bagel shop, I’d be more forgiving, but the waiting room had a few sick people they had to move around. Feel free to visit this location if you want TV valued over your health.

Doctor Lipovic is terrific! Caring, knowledgeable with a ton of ER experience. She literally saved Pat’s eyesight with immediate diagnosis and medical direction.

Ryan was amazing and very proficient at explaining my situation, and what I should be experiencing after my injustices. he spent a lot of time with me and fixed my deep cut and Was able to seal me back up with dermabond which will not leave any scarring and gave me a tetanus shot and I was able to go back to enjoying my vacation!! The whole staff was great. 5 stars!

My visit here was amazing. I'm from out of town and came here for some sore throat symptoms. From the moment the workers got here for work they were so amazing and kind. DESTINY let us sit in the lobby to warm up while she was getting settled into her work day. She got me checked in less than 10 minutes from the time they opened. She informed me that my insurance was in fact accepted and gave me recommendations for good coffee and bagels around town. I was in the room in less than 15 minutes! After that my visit went smoothly, all my questions were addressed, everyone was so kind, and the customer service was fantastic. I have not recieved this kid of customer service on the east coast let alone in a hospital setting.

Destiny at the front desk was so sweet, attentive, and helpful. I’m out of town visiting friends. She set me up and recommended a pharmacy for my insurance. The doctor I saw was also very caring and helpful and answered all of my questions with enthusiasm.

Everyone on staff today were very professional and sweet. Jacue the nurse took her time and made me feel good about talking to the doctor. Doctor Wpovic was absolutely wonderful and caring she took great care of me and I would request to see her again. Pca Destiny was an absolute doll. From the second I walked in to making my follow up appointment she was such a sweet soul. I give the device I received today a ten. Please give these ladies a raise.

This office is racist!! Doctor Lipovic and Palli will be reported to the NYS professional medical contact board! Lipovic stabbed my arms with needles then said she couldn’t give me a physical because she wasn’t my primary care doctor but I think it was because my race and because the way I was dressed and the form that I needed her to fill out! She told me she needs to drug test me for a physical when this is incorrect which was profiling me because of my race..I will be suing this office for discrimination! She wrote up a bogus notes in my discharge papers such as I didn’t want the physical or a drug test then after confronting her about the notes she caved in and gave me a physical. After 2 day I went back to have my physical papers filled out and doctor Palli told me that I need to pay 25$ which is bogus my insurance doesn’t require deductibles or copays I have reported them to my insurance and hopefully they will be banned from the 1199 network! Don’t go here also Doc Zang bad do horrible and asked me why was i there if 8 didn’t like the way they were treating me they all don’t deserve a medical license

Experience with my PCP ( Dr. Li ) was great. not satisfied that whenever I call the practice, I cannot get through to front desk personnel to ask a question or make a request. Prior to the pandemic or prior to Dr, Li joining MiDoctor Corporation 95% of the time you could speak with front desk staff at the practice.

I have seen 3 different primary doctors within the last 7 months just for my concerns to be dismissed. I met Dr. Cohen on the east side location, he didn’t ignore my concerns, he agreed to do the testing I requested. He didn’t rush, took his time to address my issues. So far I’m very happy with Dr. Cohen and this facility. Clean, no wait time, the medical assistants are all so kind. I have terrible veins and they made sure not to poke me unnecessarily. Highly recommend this place and Dr. Cohen

I got new insurance and had to find a new participating physician. Tried Dr.Palli at MiDoctor Health West Side. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. I would actually say "charming". I got called in at my appointment time. Debbie took my vitals and once again I was impressed with her friendliness and professionalism. Doctor Palli and PA Alex Pennise then arrived. Both men had reviewed the material I brought with me, medical history, current prescriptions, and health questions. They took a lot of time with my exam as well as answering all my questions. They are both charming and extremely knowledgeable. I felt like I had two new friends joining my team. Together we mapped out my health goals and strategies. The entire experience got me in a GREAT mood. I feel like I was valued as a patient and human. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. They all restored my faith in the health care system. What a welcome change. I am 100% satisfied with these people.
