The Metlife building has been one of my favorite building locations to work at throughout the years living and working in NYC. The building is iconic, and it's attached right to Grand Central Station. If you're coming in from Connecticut or Westchester, you can't get any more convenient. Aside from all of the businesses in the area, there is also a handful of nice shops and restaurants within the lobby area of this building. The rent is very expensive so if your company has an office within this building consider yourself lucky!

One of many famous buildings I can see from my Midtown apartment. A pair of peregrine falcons nest somewhere on this building, and it’s always fun to sit in the windowsill and watch them circle this building. If I’m not mistaken, this is also the building Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man sits on briefly while on his phone. This building looks good next to the Chrysler Building, the Helmsley Building, Grand Central Terminal, and One Vanderbilt, all of which can be seen from my aforementioned apartment 36 floors above the street.

Its a wonderful old building in NYC. At one time you could take a helicopter on the roof to the airport. It was the PAN AM building then. But due to an unforseen acceident that took the lufes of a few people on the ground, that stopped long ago. It is now the Met life building and they have really done a great jon of bringing it back to life.

The MetLife building is one of the icon movie buildings in NYC, as well as a staple on Park Avenue. Not the nicest looking building, but has held its own in the skyline for many many decades.

I have to walk through the MetLife building every time I commute into the city for work. The entrance I go in leads right into Grand Central so it is very convenient. Every time I am walking back to commute home I get to see the MetLife sign on the building. I think it is pretty cool. Inside they have some stores like coffee shops and convenient stores though I never personally went in any. I would definitely recommend checking out the building if you are in NYC. Giving it five out of five stars.

Know when you arrive that you have just entered a high security facilities. Whether you're going to Met Life or another company, security will always be your first point of contact.

Working on the 45th floor of the MetLife building. The views are insane, and the actually building is very clean and secure. Grand central Station is located right underneath the building so there is one way access to get to the train from inside of the MetLife building.

It is where the Grand Central Station is, always busy except after 10pm or so or before 630am. I love this building, sometimes I make sure I look up to enjoy the ceiling art.

What can you say, it's a building. I passed through here everyday on my way from the train to my office. Sort of like a sterile mausoleum on steroids

Clean, conveniently located, fast elevators, and the lobby security are super helpful! I was renting an office for the day and needed help with finding the reception desk and the right exits.

I really like this building. I find it so beautiful, with grand central being just in front of it, and communicating directly with it

The iconic Pan Am building, while the name is MetLife, most of the building above Grand Central is other companies now. Offices so you can't visit randomly. There's no observation deck.
