My
experiences
at
this
store
was
not
pleasant
to
say
the
least.
The
first
time
I
visited
here
none
of
the
customer
associates
said
anything
to
me,
no
hello,.
It
wasn't
until
I
asked
for
help
that
I
grabbed
someone's
attention.
They
were
busy
chatting
it
up
on
non-work
related
things,
I
know
this
because
It
bothered
me
as
a
business
professional
that
they
would
be
getting
paid
to
not
help
customers,
mind
you
I
wasn't
the
only
person
who
was
in
the
store.
Just
recently
I
was
in
the
store
and
this
incident
this
time
around
is
what
encouraged
me
to
write
this
review.
I
was
looking
to
exchange
a
dress
for
a
smaller
size
for
a
gift
I
had
purchased
for
a
friend.
I
walked
in
and
started
looking
for
another
dress
that
may
fit
her
not
1
minute
into
the
store
the
sales
associate
instantly
asked
for
the
bag
(their
free
people
bag)
to
put
behind
the
register
so
that
I
can
exchange
/
return
when
I
was
ready.
I
was
really
insulted
that
she
would
take
my
return
bag
to
put
behind
the
register
as
she
wouldn't
take
no
it's
okay
for
an
answer
she
was
persistent.
I
felt
that
she
would
think
I
would
steal
something.
the
only
thing
I
had
on
me
was
the
return
bag
and
my
phone,
I
did
not
have
a
purse
or
anything
else
on
me.
The
receipt
and
item
were
still
wrapped
in
the
tissue
paper
in
the
bag.
This
was
beyond
rude
and
I
felt
discriminated.
I
told
someone
at
work
about
this
incident
and
they
said
they
had
a
bad
experience
at
the
same
store
as
well
where
no
one
wanted
to
help
her.
I
said
do
you
think
they
were
profiling
you.
She
said
absolutely
because
other
people
were
in
the
store
and
they
received
help
and
a
hello.
Free
people
sells
clothes
that
are
on
the
expensive
side
so
I
would
think
their
customer
service
and
friendliness
would
be
astounding.
I
was
wrong,
through
my
experiences
with
this
store,
their
overall
unjust
attitude
I
would
no
longer
be
purchasing
their
items.
