If I could give Chopard as a company zero stars I would - I have never experienced such atrocious customer service in my entire life. I placed an order back on 8/23 and was told the item would arrive in 3 weeks. Over two months later I still have no item - I've called Chopard customer service over 50 times, I've gotten through ONCE and was told I would receive a phone call the following day with an update, what a shock - I never heard from anyone! I've emailed customer service 6 times and what do you, NO RESPONSE! Currently disputing the charge on my card. I will never purchase a Chopard item ever again.

Gabriele was great at helping me procure a new strap for my Pro GMT One Diver. She assisted with another helpful gentleman on the fitting and it is absolutely terrific! She also allowed me to try on the new Alpine Eagle Chronograph and safe to say it was a beautiful watch! I will be back!! Everyone is friendly and enjoys talking about watches. Truly a pleasant experience and I will definitely be paying a visit in the future.

I brought my gpmh in for warranty covered repair work. I also asked them to replace my NATO strap since the original was getting a little worn. They quoted a price and I agreed. The repair was completed in about 3 weeks which is reasonable considering the fact that all watch repairs are conducted in their florida shop. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my watch and my sales assistant Thomas informed me that the strap was a gift from Chopard. Its really a pleasant boutique overall. I've been there numerous times throughout the years and have always enjoyed my experience. I definitely recommend anyone who appreciates exquisite watches and jewelry to visit this boutique. It's a little haven of tranquility in an otherwise mad mad world out there.

Not responding to their phone calls. While visiting the boutique the staff was not nice and not attentive. I am a very longterm client of the European stores and never felt so unwelcome as at New York store.

The employees were so welcoming and made us feel like family. Of course we all know their products are out of this world.

We had the great honor of working with Mark! He is fabulous! Took his time with us, even though we got there very close to closing time (we didn’t realize it was so late) Made us feel very welcomed.
