SO
disappointed,
considering
I
was
excited
about
switching
my
dental
plan
so
I
could
come
to
this
office
specifically,
having
seen
all
the
good
reviews.
The
dentist
is
not
a
pleasant
place
for
most
people.
The
intern/technician
scanning
my
teeth
for
my
retainers
(that
I
was
going
to
pay
$900
for)
took
what
was
a
good
20
minutes
to
do
the
scan,
with
the
cord
for
the
wand
draped
over
on
my
face.
The
equipment
cord
was
literally
ON
my
face.
This
is
such
poor
beside
manner
and
disregard
for
how
the
patient
is
feeling
and
what
they
are
experiencing.
Not
only
that,
but
the
doctor
who
did
my
cleaning
and
was
reviewing
the
scans
had
stepped
away
and
the
technician
submitted
the
scan
at
when
another
tech
said
"just
submit
it,
if
everything
is
highlighted
just
submit
it"
while
we
were
waiting
for
the
doctor
to
return.
She
came
back
and
he
said
he'd
have
to
do
the
scan
again
-
uh,
no
dude
I
have
a
job
to
get
to
I
can't
just
be
here
at
the
dentist
all
morning!
They
called
me
later
and
said
the
scan
was
ok
per
the
lab,
but
still
the
experience
was
so
frustrating.
When
I
spoke
to
Tay,
the
assistant
office
manager
later
that
day,
about
my
experience,
she
was
not
interested
is
my
story
until
I
got
to
the
part
where
I
said
there
was
a
cord
on
my
face.
A
week
later
I
went
to
meet
with
her
about
how
I
was
so
disappointed
in
this
experience
and
she
said
"the
doctor
is
no
longer
with
us.
And
for
all
your
trouble
and
inconvenience
here's
a
good
bag
with
a
whitening
tool
and
it's
worth
like
$300."
Ok
the
goody
bag
had
all
the
usual
stuff
they
give
you
at
the
dentist:
mini
floss,
mini
toothpaste,
and
a
toothbrush.
She
threw
in
a
lager
size
toothpaste
and
this
supposedly
"really
good"
whitening
pen
and
it's
valued
at
$25,
not
$300.
I'm
not
sure
why
lying
to
me
was
supposed
to
make
me
feel
better
about
having
a
really
poor
first
experience
here.
When
I
asked
for
a
whitening
treatment
due
to
this
lie
about
product
value
I
was
told
"we
are
unable
to
offer
whitening
at
this
time."
