I was greeted once I walked into the door. Customer service was amazing. I was offered a cold beverage as I browsed and spoke to one of the professionals. The establishment is spotless and inviting. It felt like it was definitely a high end store. I had some work done on some pieces I already had and the turn around time was minimal. They also cleaned the jewelry I had on. The only sad part is that I can only give 5 stars! They deserve all the stars.

I had a great experience! Furthermore, with awesome customer service by Jacob the owner and staff, from the moment I walked in the store. I ended up fixing a gold chain that broke from a previous jeweler.. along with a purchase of a new chain and a pandora bracelet. I’m big on customer service and honesty. So, if your looking for a honest jeweler with fare prices, this is the place to go. You won’t be disappointed.

The customer service was great as soon as I walked in the store. They helped me with ring sizing and my favorite rose gold color. The matching sets were wonderful. They also have beautiful earrings for toddlers.

I love this place, the people that work there are friendly and loving. I purchased my bracelet and lots of different charms and they never force me to buy something I asked to see more charms and they showed me everything that I wanted to see. The Staff have excellent customer service skills , and are extremely knowledgeable of their products. They are very patient and will take time to answer every question you have. I came to exchange two bracelets but left with. I cannot wait to purchase items for my grand children and grand nieces.

The staff are very professional and they do not put pressure on you to buy items in their store and they are very helpful , if you have any question they would address it with kindness and patience in this issue to the best of Details with whatever the items that you may be interested in and they always have everything that I need. and they have all exclusive items. The atmosphere is always welcomes me and they offer you a cool drink. Jacob is the best Jeweler. The place is nice and clean. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable. You can get an appraisal completed and insurance if you want it.

The first time I visited Sky Jewelry, I went to resize my ring and was presented with various options for the best end result and was asked if I wanted to polish my ring. Two young women assisted me and were very kind when offering me suggestions and gentle when handling my finger and my ring. I really appreciated the attentiveness!

This place is beautiful and it really kills me to give it a low rating but something about the employees/management is off. As soon as you walk in they are shoving pandora down your throat as if that’s the only thing they sell. It seem like if you’re buying pandora you get an employee but if you want other jewelry you get 1 of the 3 white guys, which is odd. Shouldn’t staff be able to help with everything?
