I ordered a $391 dress online, the dress arrived and looked like a $20 fashionova Dress at best, and it has been a nightmare trying to return the dress. I spoke with a customer representative from their company who told me he scheduled a pick up for me only for me to follow up with DHL to find out he indeed did not schedule the pick up and I now have to drive an hour to a drop off location. So disappointed in this purchase!

Don’t buy anything from this website. I ordered a dress online that was delivered while I was away. The dress did not fit at all and since the designer has a window of a 14 day return policy the store would not let me return it even for store credit! So now I am stuck with a 230$ dress that does not fit, with tags on, unworn, that the website refuses to take back. Totally unprofessional, I don’t know any other store that does not ATLEAST offer store credit. Awful.

I ordered for the first time with this company. The material and quality is similar to shein apparel. Please do not waste your money here. You can most certainly find similar items for half the price or less on shein or asos. WASTE OF MONEY

Wolf & Badger carries a brand called Nokaya that forces customers to pay for shipping if they should request an exchange. For those not living in London it's a like a penalty of one hundred or more dollars. I am unimpressed with distributors who promote businesses, like Nokaya, that hold such policies. I was not aware of the exchange policy when I placed the order because it was my first time purchasing anything from Nokaya! What terrible regard for a first time customer. In my case the size charts were confusing so I ordered what I thought was the correct size. I am now stuck with products that don't fit me. Nokaya refused to send a shipping label for the exchange. Business practice like that should not be supported. Please support manufacturers who value their customers instead of trying to dupe them. Thank you.

They have some beautiful and unique one of a kind pieces from independent designers across the globe as well as locally. You get the feeling of exclusivity without the intimidation factor. The best of both worlds! Staff is very helpful and adhere to the safety protocol requiring staff and patrons to wear masks and having hand sanitizer available at the front door. The staff is polite but not overbearing allowing you to browse at your leisure. There is a range of prices but best believe everything they have is of beautifully crafted quality.

Had a wonderful shopping experience there just last week. Denzel was incredibly sweet, thoughtful and attentive. I normally hate shopping because it can be such an uncomfortable pushy experience but Denzel was an absolute dream. The store carries some really cool small designers definitely check it out and try to work with Denzel!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I bought a sequin jumpsuit from this website by Julia Clancey. I tried it on once, and the bride of the wedding I’m a bridesmaid in said she did not want me to wear it. I put the jumpsuit back in the box and in the packaging and printed out the return label and sent it back. They took a while, and then emailed me back saying that I sewed on a small hook in the front! I don’t know how to sew, nor do I know where I would take the jumpsuit to have that put in. They kept accusing me of tampering with it, and would not hear me out at all. I saw another review of someone else getting scammed this way. Be careful!

I started shopping at the Wolf & Badger store in Soho a few years ago. While running errands today I made a specific detour into Wolf & Badger and I am so glad that I did. I walked in and was greeted by Denzel. He was so helpful as I looked around at the amazing jewelry from many different independent designers. As always, the range of styles and prices left me trying to decide between several items. I also got to talk with MJ and she's amazing! I really appreciate her calm disposition and most importantly the amount of time she took to help me out as I looked at bags and jackets. Her style and approach to all my many questions was just perfect. I did see the store manager, Samantha from a distance and even though we didn't chat this time, she's been super helpful in the past. In a city with so many options and choices of where to shop, I always return to Wolf & Badger, and leave the store a very satisfied customer. If you live in NYC, you must go to the Soho store. If you are visiting NYC, you really should make the time to check it out! I recommend it. I can't wait to return again very soon.

Amazing store with the most incredible staff. Always have the coolest new designers and different styles, so you will keep coming back here for more. The store just had a makeover and now it is truly just the most cool place to not only drop by for some shopping, but also for relaxation and a fun time + whatever you need, the staff is always so attentive and makes you feel really welcome. Love their focus on ethical and unique brands too, and just the fact that they really are one of a kind. Highly recommend!

I saw some ads for Wolf & Badger online which really caught my attention, so I decided to head to their Soho store to see them in person (we all know ordering online can be fickle). I was so overwhelmed with the selection and Katie REALLY helped me narrow down some choices. She picked out things for me that I would've ignored otherwise and I ended up leaving with a wardrobe for my entire vacation thanks to her!
