experience
This
was
my
first
experience
getting
vaccinations
and
after
waiting
over
20
minutes,
the
check
in
lady
was
rude
to
every
single
person
she
was
so
nasty!
She
told
me
my
car
could
not
get
his
3
year
rabies
that
they
don’t
do
that.
I
said
fine
I’ll
get
one
year
but
what
is
the
time
frame
for
him
to
get
it
next
year.
She
said
the
exact
same
day.
I
said
you
won’t
be
open
that
day
as
it
won’t
be
on
a
Sunday.
So
how
many
days
ahead
can
I
bring
him.
She
said
none.
She
took
me
back
and
bad
talked
me
to
the
vaccination
staff.
I
said
excuse
me
none
of
that
is
true.
I
just
want
to
know
within
what
time
frame
he
needs
to
come
back.
She
then
said
excuse
me
I’m
not
talking
to
you.
Once
she
went
back
to
her
post
and
my
cat
had
his
shots
I
asked
him
the
same
question
and
he
answered
me.
I
asked
so
in
1
year
correct.
He
said
no,
3
years.
The
checkin
lady
HAD
NO
IDEA
WHAT
SHE
TOLD
ME
AND
WAS
INCORRECT
then
was
rude
to
me!
NEVER
AGAIN!
I
was
also
told
over
the
phone
when
the
appointment
was
made
that
they
listen
to
their
heart
and
lungs
when
they
get
the
vaccines.
That
was
not
done
so
I
asked
them
to,
and
they
said
that
my
cats
heart
sounded
good
and
I
said
how
was
his
lungs
cause
he’s
been
breathing
heavily
they
said
he
probably
is
prediabetic.
They
didn’t
examine
him
or
anything,
and
was
diagnosing
him.
On
top
of
that
because
the
way
the
animals
in
the
carrier
his
pounds
were
way
more
on
his
sheets
than
what
he
actually
wants.
This
is
a
horrible
place
to
go.
