Where should I start. This place is a vibe within itself. It all depends on the days you go .. Monday to Wednesday nice and calm , good crowd .. Amazing drinks . Thursday & Friday is really fun. Tons of music and excitement . The bartenders make some really good drinks . If you decide to go you must order the Lychee Martini. At least 2 and your good 👍🏿. Enjoy and if you love seafood, the options are endless . The charbroiled oysters are also amazing.

Ben’s Crab 🦀 Valley Stream was an Amazing Experience from the moment I walked in to meeting Jason (co-owner)! My company hosted a private event and we had a Special Lunch/Dinner 🍽 Menu. Loved the Fried Shrimp 🍤 & Fried chicken wings🍗 along with Salmon 🍣 (I had mines as a Salmon salad 🥗) I ordered a Speciality Cocktail 🍹:: Hennessy Carpool (A Must Try!) Loved the Decor & the Private areas available for Event Space Rental!

We went here for the $1 Oysters during their happy hour and I'm glad we did. Their happy hour menu (see photo) and drinks are great, delicious and cheap. $7 cocktails made just right. Wings were huge and stayed hot for a while to enjoy every bite. Kids enjoyed the happy hour smaller sizes of shrimp and chicken finger baskets. This maybe the first time we've been to Bens and did not get the seafood boil. Ambiance at this place is nice and all the servers were friendly. Will definitely be back here and whenever possible will come for the happy hour.

It’s 6:51 pm I was at your restaurant an hour ago ! I had allergic reaction to shrimp few weeks ago from frozen shrimp . ! But I like chicken wings I’ve ordered at your restaurant 3 times your wings are great but this evening , although I planned on skipping anywhere that serves seafood ! I chose your chicken parmigiana garlic noodles and chicken wing basket! My wing basket was unfortunately dried up wings and fries were dried up too perhaps someone who didn’t pick up there order ! I never tasted fries this horrible and chicken wings this dry ! I feel if you have extra food at night sell it half price . No way were those wings from this afternoon or this morning ! Reheated fries just don’t make ! Very disappointed ! Your girl at desk didn’t give me a receipt or put in my bag ! Don’t serve people garbage ! People support restaurants through covid! Restaurants should think quality ! More than disappointed!

This was my first time at this seafood restaurant. I am glad to say not only am I impressed I most definitely will be coming back here again. I ordered the D which consist of the lobster tail shrimp and snow crab. I also ordered the mussels and sausage Alacart 😋 with the garlic butter sauce on the side. You must come here omg the portion I couldnt even finish the food. For appetizers I had the fried calamari. My friend ordered the cajin rice with shrimp and appetizers fried oysters I will say everything was fried to perfection lightly battered and not greasy oh let me not forget the drinks I had a hurricane oohwee yaaas hit the spot and a mohito omg was on point. Oh thanxs extra special thanxs to my server Gunadi he was a doll he worked the tables and the bar give him a raise please.

This place is soooo much fun! I went one Friday for a birthday party and I have been back at least 5 times! Excellent food, exceptional service and the Friday nite crowd and music is always the best! PS- the drinks are DELICIOUS!!! Please get the rum punch! It's absolutely delicious!

Ben's Crab is an overall vibe. You can party and enjoy music and food on one side and on the other end of the restaurant there is more quiet where you can enjoy a great conversation with delicious food. The fried catfish is the best I've ever had, and the drinks are on point. We also had the sliders and snow crab legs, everything well seasoned and great portions. This is a must visit kind of restaurant and has multiple locations to enjoy. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who definitely prides himself on great customer relations. He wants everyone to have a great experience without breaking the bank. Very affordable for what you get. Go and pay a visit!

Ordered the catfish basket, hushpuppies, and gumbo for my mother and I. My mother has ordered the catfish basket and hushpuppies numerous times before and always raves about it. This was my first time ordering the gumbo. After the first spoonful, I noticed a dead fly floating in my gumbo. Could not finish the rest of the food and will not be ordering from here again!!

I love the entire bens crab chain. I’ve visited oceanside, uniondale, massapequa& now happy to have one in valley stream. Best around! Always love their friend catfish, shrimp & wings baskets. Love the charbroiled oysters that were introduced to their menu about last summer. All locations have a great vibe& i have NEVER been disappointed in any of my multiple visits.

The food was amazing. For appetizers we had the wings and the fries along with calamari which was the freshest we’ve ever tasted. For the entrée it was the king crab legs and those were delicious. Not to mention the music was so nice and the waitress was really lovely. she really made us feel welcome and it’s our new spot thanks.Also drinks were great too

I visited to purchase takeout. I got my boil bag with their special sauce and it was delicious!! The atmosphere appeared very clean, chill and comfortable interior. I look forward to sitting one day. The employee was very pleasant and food was ready in good timing. I will definitely be returning!

Amazingly Great seafood!!! Not salty, tasty and freshly made. Fried lobster was tender and not overdone. Crab cakes delicious w spiced mayo sauce. Scallops were done just right. The combo pots are amazing - I had the butter garlic sauce. Catfish basket is a must try as the pieces are good size, not dry and finger licking good. Kobe burger sliders and baby back ribs are just right and breaks up the menu. Nice addition. Staff is friendly. Well worth the wait for Grand opening. Stop in and support this business

We usually go to Ben's Crab Shack in Oceanside but this location is closer so we decided to give them a try.. Appetizers were great- we had the calamari and the lemon pepper wings. For our entrees, my husband had the salmon which he said was ok. However, I had the snow crab legs which weren't fresh, super small, BLAND and definitely not worth $33 per lb. So I kindly returned them and got the lobster tail instead. This option was WORSE! It was inedible- tough and extremely overcooked. But I have to say our server handled our disappointment very well. All in all, I would never go back and seriously thinking of a new seafood spot altogether if the location in Oceanside and Massapequa share the same owner. The quality of food they are willing to serve and charge full price for is repulsive!

A great place to go with your family. Good Food and very nice staff. The only thing I didn't like was the butter they provided with the food. Most places I have seen plain liquidy butter...but it was different here...but hey everyone have their own taste...but besides that I loved the food and place and staff....

It was my first time there, and I enjoyed myself. Food was good and service was excellent.

Food was great, service was exceptional. Thought the extra crab was going to cost $21 but on the receipt it came out to $40 but husband was happy that he has another meal for tomorrow. Loved the butter garlic that they used. Will be going back.

I arrived here on a Sunday to see my boy Kirk Bailey and the Next Level Band put it down and watching the games. It's a 2nd to none atmosphere here. Oh, btw the Rum Punch and Scrimp Basket was on the money!! Super user-friendly bartenders!

Greeted by a smiling friendly hostess. The waiter, PITT was nice and pleasant as well as easy on the eye. He took our order and food came promptly out afterwards. We ordered the calamari, wings with fries and shrimp cocktail to start. Followed by the salmon and lobster mac and cheese. Everything was delicious and fresh. The drinks weren't watered down. Will definitely be back again. If you go, ask for PITT. He'll treat you well.

My fave seafood place! Great food, great price, nice staff cashier lady Irene who helped me with my order. I ordered Combo E with extra sauce on the side and got my food fast. Will keep coming back!

We went there yesterday for Easter. This Places newly opened, service was good. And Food was real good.

Everything was AMAZING I went for the first time with my mom the other day and again today with my husband. The staff were very friendly and hard workers everything was perfect delicious food and perfect portions for the price paid, my only negative is the crab legs have barely any meat and is weird texture so I just won't order them anymore, but other than that we were very satisfied and gave 5 stars!

House sauce was too sweet. Other than that food was great and filling.

My friend raved about this place so my husband and I met a friend there last night. We had plans to go to the diner but we changed our minds and went here.We were very disappointed. We wasted $60 dollars. I had the shrimp and fries in a basket and the shrimp didn't taste right.Will definitely not return to this place. It was not worth the money.

Loved it here. Very spacious. Very clean and nice decor. Nice wait staff. Decent prices. I had the lobster Mac and the drinks were great. There always just oddly a few flies where we were seated by the window.

We went for happy hour and enjoyed some really great prices on food and drinks. There was a dj who played some excellent r&b classic dance music. The bartender was pleasant and kept up with a pretty big crowd. The only knock is the 2 happy hour drinks I tried were soooo sweet I didn't finish either one. It's better to pay a little more and order what you drink.

Great addition to the valley stream area. Sauce perfect. Not too salty and great flavor. I love Cajun boil but I usually avoid these places because of the saltiness but this place is perfect. Location is great too and staff is very friendly. Vibe good too. I would def recommend and come back.

The food was great. The garlic sauce was different. It didn't pair good with my crab legs, but it was better for the corn and potatoes. It had a sweet taste. I get my sauce separate for reasons like this
