I chose “design your own jewelry” option and ordered a ring. The ring came in a month in a beautiful box. This company did a great job! I’ve heard so many compliments about the ring! Phenomenal company to work with. I was nervous to deal with a company in NYC while I was in Colorado. But the customer service is great. Working with Rachel made it so personal. I wanted a ring with a Natural Fancy Black diamond and my local jeweler kept telling me they don't exist. I did my research and came upon Leibish & Co; who only deal in natural diamonds. I was able to pick out my stone and setting. They did a mock up of what the finished product would look like. I also wanted my ring within a month so I would have it in time for my anniversary. It came in with a few days to spare. The presentation of the packaging was above the top. I received my GIA certificate and an appraisal (which came in above what I paid). I am very pleased with my ring and the whole experience of dealing with Rachel and Leibish & Co. Highly recommend.

I love this orange diamond floral pendant! I cannot wait to surprise my girlfriend with it, I know she'll love it. The tint of orange is just the color I was looking for and the size and design were perfect. Nothing too big that it would be in the way of whatever else she plans to wear with it, but big enough to catch notice and add a classy and subtle hint of character. This was my first diamond purchase, so naturally I was a bit inquisitive about the whole ordeal, but the team at Leibish was extremely helpful and reassuring when I went about asking questions and proceeding with purchasing the necklace. Not to mention that the necklace was shipped to me within 2 days after I placed the order; I will definitely be back on their site again! Our experience with the LEIBISH and Co. team has been wonderful and I highly recommend LEIBISH to anyone, particularly if you are considering a fancy colored diamond. We had a wonderful experience working with Rachel on a pair of earrings for my wife’s surprise milestone birthday gift. I was nervous about buying jewelry online, but the LEIBISH 30 day guarantee gave me confidence to buy the diamonds. We already had a trip to New York planned and Rachel invited us to the office to see the diamonds, ask questions and choose the setting. The mock-up looked exactly as expected and the final product was beautiful. We needed a small adjustment to the clasp which Rachel quickly resolved. The earrings were sent to NY and returned to us in less than a week. Great care was taken and communication was excellent every time the jewels were in transit. A shout out to Shelby for her assistance. I was very impressed with the LEIBISH website. The images and descriptions accurately presented the diamonds and settings. I have limited experience with diamonds and found the learning center to be informative and very helpful. One month later, we worked with Rachel to purchase a second pair of earrings. Leibish has a wonderful selection of colored diamonds in many different shades. Not only are the colors beautiful, but they also shine more than most other gemstones, because they are diamonds. The shininess is very vivid in colored diamonds with tiny beams of light popping out. Please see attached photos, even though photos don't always capture their full beauty. They are actually more beautiful in person. There is a beautiful mesmerizing colorful glow from these diamonds when viewed in bright sunlight. They are truly rare treasures that most people do not have. The customer service at Leibish is also outstanding. When I was concerned about comparing colors of different diamonds, my sales rep, Meira, went to the trouble of taking extra photos and videos of the diamonds for me, so that I could make a better comparison and choose my favorite diamond. And she is always kind and patient with my questions. I highly recommend Leibish! Although I speak much about their colored diamonds, Leibish actually has much more. They also have other high quality gemstones with nice vivid colors. Please see photos of my ruby and emerald rings attached.
