This mall has grown a lot bigger since I was younger. When I walked in recently I almost couldn’t believe how much bigger its gotten and how many more stores they have now, it’s almost identical to Roosevelt Field Mall and that’s saying a lot. The parking was definitely a bit of a tight squeeze but the location it’s put in is also very rough in general so I can’t blame the mall for that. Overall I would say it’s definitely worth your time checking out this mall for a fun day out or a date, just expect to spend some money.

It says on your site the mall opens at 930 but it doesn't until 1000. I got there by bus on a hot day and had to wait outside

Best place for Kids & Family. In queens center mall there's a little Fun for Everyone 🙌 Multiple bathrooms. Handicap access and huge parking lot. Basement of the old mall has this fun stuff for kids (near the Front of Macy's) they also have seating areas and massage areas. This Mall has every store you need. From sneakers to sneaker cleaners also Multiple jewelry stores and food carts / restaurants area.

Went to Applebee's for lunch. Got my regular meal of boneless buffalo wings and bourbon chicken and shrimp off the 2/$25 (in reality it was 2/$35) menu. It was decent - no complaints and waitress was very nice.

This lady assaulted me a few weeks ago in American Eagle because she wanted to forcibly cut me in the line. When I called the cops she ran out of the mall. Please beware i had my daughter with me in a stroller, and the mall security did nothing, and neither did the American eagle employees or manager that witnessed the whole interaction.

Beautiful to buy everything with good prices

The food options are decent but places like McDonalds don’t accept the app and discounts. Plus they took away the children’s play section. Plus Cheesecake Factory doesn’t validate parking anymore. Apple stores customer service service and knowledgeable is horrible.

Well, doesn’t matter which mall I go to I get fellowed by security, all I am trying to shop or walk , to get some exercise, I been to all 50 states few times , over 400 cities, most of the malls ! It’s all hate crime! I am 4th generation Christian, they have all these other religions people own businesses and work at the mall , but they hate Christian from different countries it’s all open discrimination about they way you look , it’s shame on those do this !

Mall is decent but you have to walk around the whole mall to find a ticket station to pay for parking, half are out of order and the other half don’t actually work either.

Mostly great mall there has been a few issues but usually they are solved fast. This is a great hangout spot for kids and teens and a fun place for families or just for shopping around.

Lots of shops. Parking has never been an issue if you pay. Usually the side with JcPenny is easier to get parking. Parking is paid and It's like 3 dollars for one hour. You get about 20 minutes after you pay to get out. Food court is usually packed. All the usual mall stores makes it convenient if you are shopping for different things. They rent double stroller carts (fire engine) if you have small kids and no stroller. can be found by the jcpenny entrance.

Great way to spend a day shopping n dining if you can dodge the homeless sleeping on the benches inside the mall

It’s a mall. This review is for Simply Fresh on the ground floor as soon as you enter the mall on Queens Blvd. They have sandwiches, pastry and coffee, also delicious ice cream. I had the Strawberry Cream which was out of this world! Reasonable prices and the gal that served me was so friendly, attentive and kind. Will be returning.

Super nice and helpful staff. Great selection. I am tall, so I love their long lengths. Sweatshirt and tees are soft and wash well. The store is clean and stocked well.

Disclaimer: I came during rush hour!!!This supercharger is in floor G and hard to park the car to charge due to the other EVs. See photo... Also this place gets packed .. the more cars the slower the charge .. think about before coming to this location..

My son and I ate at Applebee's and it was awesome. Our server was great. There was a photographer on site where they took your picture and you had the option to buy them. It was great and the food was good.

Well, the place is good, the bad thing is that young people have started to enter in large groups, running, shouting, zero education, zero civility, they intimidate people with their balaclavas, they give the impression that they are gang members, due to their attitude more than anything. I think they come from other places. The atmosphere has become disturbing, because even though there is now a lot of security, I see that they cannot control this situation.

Usually good for quick shopping trips. Variety of stores in all 3 floors. Food court is in the basement. Holiday season gets crowded like any other place. So expect to wait in long lines. Need to have more benches for people to sit/rest throughout the mall, unless you go to food court area.

Amazing Mall. Plenty stores to shop from. Although the cafeteria especially on weekends is pretty full....still a good place to hang out and shop around.

Other than the place being filled with cigarettes and weirdos, it's an overall decent place to shop! Theirs great food places(some might have a wait) and great shopping areas. My overall rating is a 7.5/10 :)

Cool mall

It is one of the busiest malls in Queens, with shops and excellent food places. But in terms of the hygienic bathrooms, they leave a very bad appearance, the cleaning staff does their job very well and I have observed them, it is a shame that the clients or people who come to use the bathrooms do not have good manners and leave everything dirty, they urinate outside of the toilet, they do not pull the lever to make the needs they made go away. It's the only thing that leaves a lot to say. What can we say about these people who act like this in a public place, they do it at home too.
