If I could give this place one star, I would. After booking through the number on Google, I went to the hotel and was met by a very angry man at the desk. He told me I did not book a room and proceeded to try to argue with me. I showed him my booking confirmation and bank debit. He continued to deny it and then said that he doesn’t know what to tell me and left me to figure it all out on my own. Online support did not help me either. I ended up leaving and still have not received my refund.

I booked the room on the OYO website and paid in advance for it on 10/26/2022. Then I show up on 10/27/2022 and couldn’t check in bc the motel had been condemned. The owner of the motel told me there was nothing he could do and that it wasn’t his problem. I tried calling customer service and can’t even a person on the line. So now it’s 11/05/2022 and I still haven’t received a refund and nothing from customer service at all. Worst experience ever from any motel/hotel in my life!!!

Made a reservation 3 months ago, Showed up to the hotel after 13 HOURS of driving to be told they had no rooms available. They overbooked and it’s first come first serve. DO NOT USE this hotel. Even after calling corporate I was told there’s nothing they could do for us!! Me me sister and son were left to scramble to find a place to stay!! This place needs to be shut down!!

They overbooked and left my family stranded on our vacation. Staff did nothing besides telling me that they had no rooms and that I was on my own even though the reservations had been booked for 6 months. Worst customer service and the location looks like the trailer park and the projects had a baby. Also, I woke up the following morning to a no show charge after being turned away.

It's a motel. The room is in poor condition and smells like cigarettes. The toilet is almost not working. The soap they give cannot clean anything, it's more like a plastic bar. The room is in no way similar to the advertising photo, not even close. It's cheap but even that cheap price you regret paying for it. The only good thing is that the room was warm for the cold night I stayed there.

I only selected a star coz I had too. I would not recommend anyone stay at this motel. I ended up with eye infections and sinus infection after my stay here. My dog had to go to the vet coz she had eye infection too. The mold and mildew smell was beyond bad. I burned candles every day and night, poured cleaner in tub and toilet everyday and still the smell was so bad. On arrival my room didn’t look like it had been cleaned I had to sweep the carpet. I wish I could post the pictures I took of the room on day one of my stay nasty stained carpet, mold on the ac unit. Bedding was stained thankfully I had my own bedding but had to put it over theirs coz the mattress was gross so stained and nasty. Curtains looked like they never get taken down and washed. Couldn’t see out the windows coz they were so high up. I killed at least a dozen spiders in my room. Irony smelly water, no heater in my room The location wasn’t bad and the area felt safe but I’d never stayed after the first day if I could have gotten a refund for my booking. The front desk lady was rude and unprofessional. This place would be great if it was updated it is great need of lots of TLC. I wish I could send them my vet and doctor bills to pay.

The rooms are nothing like what is on the internet.. I reserved a room paid it on line just to show up at the property to find out they didn’t have my room. And I have to wait on my money back. They give you two bottles of water because the tap water in not drinkable PER the front desk. It is cheap but not worth it. The first room they tried to give me the door did not lock.. was told the is someone on the property at all time. That wasn’t good enough for me so they gave me a different room that was no better. I will pay a little more to stay somewhere else next time..

Not a scam, because they will refund you in entirety after they cancel your prepaid reservation at 7 pm of your arrival day. I was about to arrive at 7:30 pm, and surprisingly received the refund email at 7 pm saying my prepaid reservation was cancelled (I guess they sold the room to walk-ins at a higher price). I'm glad the email was not a scam and the refund did appear in my PayPal account! And I must re-route and find another place to stay for the night by paying $100 more. I encourage you to do so too, if you are okay with their "professional" behavior.

I am so glad I stayed here and not the big box across the street… super clean, comfortable and family-run! Very kind people and the accommodations were perfect. I travel with a highly trained feline and he was welcome. His nightly walk was safe after dark. Perfectly charming. Very much recommend if you are traveling through here. Decent rate too!

Demand 8 days to stay for 7 because I need to check in at 6am. They clearly don't respect working people if they want me to pay an extra day so I can sleep from 7-8am until 3pm. Ridiculous.

We call the motel and booked the room even they took money we drive there 3 hours then i went to front desk there is no one then I keep ringing the bell 🛎 then one man come there and I tell him i book room here then he said they don’t have any room available At midnight 🕛 we had nowhere to go

They still let me reserve a room and when I got there the place was closed down for food for structural issues!!!! As of 11-19-22 they are permanently closed and should update that and not take reservations!!!!

SCAM ! Had A Reservation , Showed Up & Was Told My Room Had Been Giving To Another Customer. He Told Me To Dispute It Online & That Id Get A Full Refund. Here I Am a Few Weeks Later, still Unable To resolve Because Supposedly They Have A No Refund Policy , As If It Was My Fault They Overbooked !!!!
