AVOID!!!! I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment. I see the waiting room is packed. I also looked at the sign-in sheet & see everyone there is scheduled for the same doctor & several were scheduled for the same time. A woman waiting 45 minutes past her father's appointment time asked the receptionist how much longer. Another patient waiting asked how many doctors are working today. When the receptionist responded there was only one doctor working today, I knew I was in trouble. She also announced that anyone waiting for a glaucoma test, it was going to be a 2 to 3 hour process. 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I was called in to hand in my paperwork and give my copay. I asked the receptionist about the wait time & why there were so many people on the sign in list scheduled for the same time. At first she was reluctant to answer. Then she told me there were 5 people ahead of me waiting to be called & I shouldn't go by the list because they were all scheduled for different things. I told her that I'm not going to wait all day for a basic eye exam & to cancel me & refund my copay. Clearly they EGREGIOUSLY OVER BOOKED. I don't know if all the OCLI offices operate this way. They did however lose me as a customer today.

The whole staff was great! Dr. Marcus is wonderful! He listens and addresses your questions and concerns. Takes his time and gives you his best opinion. There’s always an assistant with the Dr. this time I had the Pleasure of meeting Hannah very welcoming, friendly, respectful and helpful.

I don't understand why this place has such great reviews. I came early to my appointment to find a packed room. Just a basic eye exam with Dr. Marcus whom I did not know was a glaucoma specialist until being told by the staff that he was which was the reason for the wait. After 2 and a half hours, i just left. Met with med assistant twice and spent the whole time in waiting room with 15 other people. Never got my eyes dilated or anything. It should never take so long for a visit to the doctor's. The staff is friendly and competent which is why i gave them 2 stars but they should not overbook patients. It's not fair to the patients, the doctors, or the staff. Fix your administrative policy of not overbooking so people are not waiting 3 hours. There are other ophthalmologists, don't need to go to this one if the wait is that long.

Wait time was average. No complaints. Dr. Angelilli is an absolute delight! Very pleasant and explained everything she was going to do before doing it. Explained findings in detail and put my mind at ease about a few things. The Opth. Tech was also a pleasure to have care for me. Overall I give you guys a10+!

My visit was very good. I got a lot of information about my eye problems. Everyone was very nice. Dr Angelilli was very helpful and explained my eye problem.I was very satisfied with my visit. Thank you!

Do not come here. I got charged for something based on my insurance took a week for them to get back to me, and in the end the person that I spoke to hung up on me mid sentence. Do not mean to be all negative though, when I went in the person and doctor were accomodating, just think this dilemma was handled poorly. Hopefully this will be just my experience and not yours.

Once the medical stuff called me, the service was GREAT From the first employe to the last, all were very friendly and very knowledgeable. The Doctor is OUTSTANDING. I made some of my friends switch from Manhattan Glaucoma hospital to him. Very happy with my choice. People at the reception need to be more friendly.

I have been going to the OCLI office in Lake success for about a year now. Everyone I encounter in the practice has been awesome. The staff at the front desk checking you in are friendly and helpful.
