Christine the Speech therapist is the worst human being on the planet. You should avoid going to any metro physical therapy location as they only care about $$ not about the patients. She is very rude and heartless. Even worse then that, she is highly unqualified and one of the worst therapist I’ve seen. Michael from Bethpage location is just as bad as Garden City, probably even worse. In response to your comment below, we only missed 1 appointment because my son was sick. Your therapist was told numerous times we can only do 1 day a week, Mondays. She still kept scheduling him for Wednesday’s even after she was told we couldn’t make it that day and she wasn’t available any other days besides Monday. She knew my wife was going through chemotherapy and Monday was only day we could make it but guess your facility doesn’t care about cancer patients and the difficulty it puts on a family. Good luck to you too!!! Stay away from metro physical for therapy. It’s all about the $$$ for them. They don’t care about you or what your going through. Compassion and bedside manners is not part of there requirements and not even in there vocabulary. Your better off going with ANY other therapy facility!!

I went to metro in garden city because I sprained my hip playing baseball pitching. I would’ve never expected it to be something I enjoyed going to during the week, the environment is very welcoming and all of the Pt’s are very nice. My Pt at first was Dr. Ohmo she’s really nice and was able to help me a lot with my hamstring flexibility. With some scheduling stuff for the majority of my experience I was with Dr. Chris Clarke, he was very easy to have conversation with and was very into what I was doing with baseball since that was my goal w pt to get back on the field at 100% he answered all my questions on what I was doing through a lot of mobility stuff I can now use even though I’m done w pt. He was very attentive and guided me through how to properly do everything making sure I felt each movement we did. I was also able to talk to him about what I should be doing on the field as I was recovering and he really helped strengthen my hips to get me back on the field. They even gave me a shirt when I finished up today so 10/10 experience w metro

I am so thankful that my daughter-in-law recommended Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy! I've been going twice a week for several months now and I am so pleased and happy working with Tracy and Molly! Both the young ladies are excellent therapists! They both have great personalities and are very professional, kind and caring as they use their knowledge and talents to make me and all the other patients I see there with physical problems feel better. All the therapists working at Metro are also kind and caring and eager to help their patients with their knowledge and talents to have less pain and feel better every day!

I never thought I would say this but I actually love going to my appointments here. I’ve been suffering with rotator cuff pains for the last 3 years and have done physical therapy at so many different places with no results . But I decided to give it one last try with Metro & I have to say I’m glad I did. The facility is clean & constantly sanitized , the entire staff is friendly, the PTs and PTAs are all knowledgeable and I love how they correct me if I’m doing the exercises wrong. My work schedule is a bit complex and I was nervous about working with different therapists due to my time availability but again Metro surprised me - each therapist knew exactly what my next steps were and what I needed to work on next based on what I had issues with last session. I’ve seen so much improvement with my mobility so far that I have faith again :) I’m sure everyone is amazing but if your ever in the hands of Molly, Tracy, Raquel, or Anthony you genuinely have the best of the best !

I’ve been coming to Metro Physical Therapy (Garden City) for over 6 weeks and I’ve enjoyed every minute of my recovery process. Dr. Omo is not only knowledgeable in her field but is very passionate about making sure she connects with her patients. She creates a comfortable environment during each visit that is conducive for growth and improvement. All the staff, especially Stacy and Breanna, are very supportive and take very good care of each patient. I highly recommend this facility.

I would like to acknowledge the professionals and staff at Metro Physical Therapy in Garden City. Physical Therapist Dr. Anna Powers, Occupational Therapist Nicole Maseroni, Speech Therapist Matt along with staff member Terence all all top notch. Also included in my accolades are the front office girls with their ever smiling face and knowledge expertise. If you need any care that Metro provides, I highly recommend their Garden City location.

I’ve been going to this rehab for Occupational Therapy since August and it’s been really great and helpful; I suffered a major stroke in January 2021 and my left side got affected. They provide different therapy for your needs and accomodate you any way as possible Nicole the OT is really commendable, great and very encouraging; she may make me do things that I think I can’t do but actually can she’s the push I need in life and she’s really wonderful; she’s one of a kind, the very rarest to find. I recommend this place for anyone that may have suffered a stroke or have cerebral palsy or similar symptoms as me, the people and other therapists are so kind and welcoming and are very willing to help you and get you going. Amazing facility with great people. Honestly don’t let other low star reviews discourage you, take my review instead than others. also please be mindful that therapists are people too! Don’t take advantage of their kindness. Give them respect and recognition for their hard work. Im talking to you Nicole😜 thank you metro and thank you Nicole.

I use to go to a different Metro PT location, but Garden City is top tier. Everyone there is super friendly! Omo is the best, she helped me feel like a new person. My neck and back today vs when I first came in are like night and day. Physical therapy has been so beneficial for me, so if you’re thinking about it, go! And definitely ask for Omo!

Highly Recommend Physical therapy at the Port Jefferson Station branch was great. Jacob was in charge of my case and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable in every way. Great communication skills and perfect application of healing techniques to the client. All the staff were well qualified and efficient. So glad I chose this one.

When I leave my sessions with Omo at Metro PT Garden City, I feel so much better than I did when I arrived! The Team is fantastic - I know someone is always observing me to ensure I am performing the exercises the correct way and if not, correct my posture, etc. They are the definition of what a Team is. They fill in for one another when needed and make my Therapy sessions fun and impactful to my recovery! Thank you and I can't wait for my next session!

I would like to write a review for the Metro Physical Therapy at 800E Gate Blvd, Garden City. I started my physical therapy last October 2022, when I could only walk with a cane due to a femur fracture. I started to improve within 6 months and now I can walk and do all my daily activities without a cane. I am grateful for all the great people in the facility. The front desk personal always have a smile & are very respectful. I wish to extend my gratitude to Tracey who helped me in the aqua therapy and to Nicole that still helps me with the floor exercises . I recommend this PT group without reservation. In addition the place is very clean & everyone is very professional. Sincerely, Carmen Nunez-Autz

Metro Physical Therapy in Garden City is the only place I would go now for PT or OT. Having a frozen shoulder, I started Aquatic Therapy late last year. My therapist was Tracy. I am now having Occupational Therapy for my shoulder with Therapist Nicole, assisted by Julie. Each one is professional, compassionate, and attentive, making sure that I am doing all of the exercises and therapies correctly. They are also very encouraging and supportive, always commenting on my progress and achievements. All the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a huge improvement in my range of motion and relief of pain. I am very thankful for all they’ve done for me. This is my second time coming to Metro in Garden City and I highly recommend them.

I had knee surgery 3 months ago for ruptured patella tendon and I came to Metro for physical therapy. My therapist was Omo and she went above and beyond my expectation. I had the same injury a few years ago but my PT experience this time was much better. She was understanding, she pushed me but not too much and she shared so much of her knowledge with me. I'm grateful to her and the entire Metro team.

I started physical therapy in June 2022. I continued till September 2022. Molly was my physical therapist throughout my time at Metro physical & aquatic therapy. Molly and her colleagues not only helped me through some tough PT but also helped me emotionally. They are all very helpful and seem genuinely happy to be at work. I am very greatful to everyone. I will be back as I have had some surgery that will require physical therapy. Thank you all at Metro PT in garden city.

I had total shoulder replacement surgery in January 2022 and saw Anthony at Metro Physical therapy in Garden City. He did a fantastic job helping me get back to my favorite activities - golf and paddle tennis. He is extremely knowledgable, answered all my questions, helped me overcome many obstacles and weaknesses in my shoulder recovery and runs a great practice. I highly recommend him and Metro PT.

James Fioretti is one of the best in the medical field. His care is extraordinary and he goes above and beyond at each of his sessions. The level of attention and care he provides to each of his patients is astounding. I can't say enough good things and would recommend him to anyone looking. His patients are lucky to have someone so caring. thank you for everything James.

The PT & Aqua Therapy are amazing! Staff is fantastic from scheduling appointments to the therapists themselves. I've had a lot of PT throughout the years, but this is my favorite! Totally worth the half an hour it takes to get there. I recommend aqua therapy and Metro PT to everyone!

I started Physical Therapy 2 months ago for osteoarthritis of my knees. I was skeptical at first, but quickly changed my tune! Kudos to the entire Metro staff on their friendly, caring & professional manner. A special thanks to Tracy for encouraging me “ you can do it”. It has made a big difference in my daily life!❤️
