The South Street Creamery—or, as most people in Morristown refer to it, simply, The Creamery—is a very good option for lunch or dessert. I usually get a margarita pizzette for lunch and a special, home-made flavour of ice cream called Grandma’s Kitchen for dessert. Grandma’s Kitchen is a flavour with a vanilla base, caramel, edible, raw cookie dough, and small chocolate chips. I often get a Grandma’s Kitchen milkshake instead of traditional ice cream. All of these options are delicious and usually an amount of food which fits my appetite. Crêpes here are also delicious! TIP: Lunch goes from 11am to 3pm here and can be very crowded, so go early or come here just for dessert. You can eat outside on the benches if the weather is nice. Scouting for the Golden Cone App for the Best Ice Cream in Morris County. I should have went with the Grandma's Kitchen, but the Speciality Espresso flavor did not disappoint. For $4.27 you get a healthy serving of Ice Cream. This was for a Small. The staff was excellent. The Ice Cream was good. I would go back.

Was there with Eyes of Hope Seeing Eye Puppy Club. We all enjoyed are cones, cup or shakes that we had. The young ladies were very pleasant.

I’m not usually a big ice cream person, but this place has such great flavor combos that I’m stoked to go back. I loved that they have a wheelchair accessible entrance and spacious layout to make it easy for all wheelchair users. I’ll have to go back for their pastries, they looked beautiful behind the counter. I tried the Oreo coffee ice cream and it was perfect!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Stars Delightful Gelato Experience! My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Creamery today! The gelato was divine – I opted for Kahlua gelato with coffee beans which was rich but not overkill. My wife loved her maple gelato, which had the perfect balance of sweetness. I'm not normally a maple fan but it was really quite nice. We were lucky to snag a sunny spot by the window to enjoy our treats.The prices were incredibly affordable for such high-quality gelato. It's not often you find a place where you can treat your taste buds without breaking the bank. We will be back!

Creamy, excellent icecream. They used to have a pure pistachio icecream that I couldn’t find anywhere else. That made me a regular customer. After change of ownership this variety has bitter almond flavor which mars absolutely suppresses pistachio flavor. But it has real pistachio, a treat hard to find. They have many flavors, all creamy. Staff is very pleasant and patient while customers take some time to choose since all of them are good. You wish they had a few more sugar free options than just vanilla Parking is not too hard. My guest ordered turkey club. Came without Bacon, ask for bacon. They came out with a plastic monkey cup full of bacon bits?!? Other than that food good, chai tea good.

Probably the best ice cream in town and the immediate area. Quality of the cream is consistently smooth and they have a bunch of varied flavors. Plenty of space inside and the location is great for a quick lap up and down south st while walking off the ice cream. Our go-to.

First time here today and my family loved the creamy, tasty delicious handmade ice cream. It’s clean, great customer service and comfy atmosphere. Unfortunately no parking.

My favorite ice cream place in downtown Morristown. They have a decent amount of different flavors. The chocolate is excellent. They are very creamy with the perfect sweetness. They also serve food and coffee.

We went for lunch, the service was so s…l…o…w and we were the only ones there. The sandwich was tasty but small for $10. I had to ask again for my drink. The decor definitely needs a designer. It’s a mismatched mess. We won’t be back unless there’s significant change.

Seriously some of the best ice cream I've ever had, and I've had ALOT of ice cream in my life. The chocolate raspberry truffle was so delicious, as was the Kahlua ice cream and grandma's ice cream, the ingredients taste so fresh, I highly recommend it!

Nice place. Very young people running the place (kind of unfocused.) Went to pick up several chillers but they didn't have any acceptable way to transport the tall, heavy drinks except those flimsy cardboard trays (the drink cups didn't even fit in them.) Very pricey desserts. And the chillers just weren't as good as they were from the old owners, not sure why. I would try this place again for a second chance.

Since COVID, this restaurant, which used to be great, is awful now. So sad that once it was packed at lunchtime, but empty now. Things have been removed from menu and only 2 people working at lunch. Today they ran out of chicken and soup. It’s too bad, but I won’t be back.

Expensive. Service was not top notch. Crepes were not amazing. Cheese wasn’t melted. Ice cream was really tasty though and so many flavours!

Coffee Oreo ice cream was delicious.. and the girl behind the counter gave me an extra scoop for my birthday :-)

I've only been here once so I can't say too much I ordered a large cappuccino and it was very good a lot better than most. Staff was friendly and it smelled very good in there.

My family and I had dessert at South Street Creamery after dinner elsewhere in Morristown. I was my 2nd or 3rd time at SSC. I like it. They have good flavors, like the Grandma scoop and seasonal flavors like pumpkin pie. The ice cream was good, as usual. The staff was very friendly and it was not crowded when we ate there so it was nice to just sit and chat while eating ice cream. If I'm in the mood for ice cream I would definitely go here.

So many creative ice cream flavors to choose from! Friendly staff, big scoops and absolutely delicious ice cream. No complaints!
