    Had an amazing experience with Kirk—super informative and a great character. Really appreciate the time and effort he puts in to make shopping enjoyable. The store is spacious, adorned with quality woodwork and cool Chrome Heart Art installations. The second floor features a fantastic furniture/living room/kitchen section. A must-visit if you're into Leather, Patchwork, Silver Jewellery, Rock 'n' Roll, Gothic, and craftsmanship. Quick heads up for new visitors: you need to make an appointment to visit. Just head to the Chrome Heart website, click on store location, and find the "schedule an appointment" link. It can get super annoying because you can't try on some clothing pieces. So, it's best to know your size, ask the staff for size guidance, and let them know the fit you're aiming for.

    I wish I could give a zero-star rating. I don't know when this store started requiring appointments. I arrived here 43 minutes before closing time. A couple in front of me was asked if they had an appointment and was allowed inside. However, the receptionist and security personnel seemed displeased when they saw that we had two children with us. They said they were no longer accepting visitors without appointments today. We explained that we had walked 40 minutes from SOHO with our children. The staff seemed indifferent and only emphasized their rules. I don't think anyone did anything wrong, but I just didn't feel any sense of care or humanity in the brand's culture. I definitely won't come back here, and I won't be following this brand anymore.

    There is not enough stock of items in the store. Every model I'm looking for doesn't have a size, so I tried to buy a lot of models, but I only bought one. However, the store's entry restriction system and the staff's service are excellent

    We went to this Chrome Hearts store for the first time. Booked our appointment at 11am. Greeted by security guy and he let us in right away. The guy that helping us pretty helpful and let us try all the rings we want to see. The overall experiences is pleasant which I find quite nice because I had read so many bad reviews on this store. We end up buying 2 pinky rings for us and order 2 earrings online and ship to our house because they were out of stocks. Highly recommended for appointment only. We definitely come back next time and buy more when we in NYC again.

    Was able to snag an last minute appointment cancellation for today and wasn't disappointed. You've really got to have an idea of what exactly you want before entering, saves not only your time as well as the associates time. Ready to wear garments stock/sizes were very limited. However I was able to grab three logo tees and an absolutely gorgeous embroidered cashmere zip up that I've been eyeing for quite some time. Jansen was my sales associate and he did a stellar job of helping me score some amazing pieces. Was also able to get an up close and personal look at the mattyboy90 Buick Grand National sitting inside the store. Will definitely be visiting more often.

    I made an appointment prior to arriving and with intention to purchase something. The Asian male staff there was so rude. He seemed nice at first but his attitude shifted when I told him that I want a jewelry but not sure what kind (because online website shows nothing). I ended up choosing a cross pendant with a “diamond” but they didn’t even use a diamond tester to show us if it’s authentic (most high end jewelry store will check prior to purchasing but I bought it anyways). Husband wanted to use a restroom but he was told that they don’t have public restroom. Husband asked for the nearest Starbucks. The guy doesn’t know. We’re paying customers and you can’t even tell us the nearest Starbucks/restrooms??? Not coming back to this location ever again.

    The policy of treating the customer is disgusting. When I came to the store the security guard said that it was impossible to enter without an appointment. I came back after 15 minutes. In order to enter you have to provide your ID. The store was empty, there were 3 salesmen, I had to wait again. I asked to see the jeans, they said they were out of stock. I wanted to buy some stuff for my friend, I had to take a photo to show him. The salesman said you can't take a picture. This is so stupid. Waste of time. I will never go back to this brand again.

    Stupid appointment only left us standing in the cold when we only wanted to buy some overpriced sunglasses. Won’t be back! I own several pairs of their glasses, however I won’t be purchasing JC anymore.

    Employees were not very attentive or nice to me when I wanted to buy two matching bracelets. Ended up leaving and going to the Madison Ave location to spend my money instead. Ask for Elizabeth there she’s great.

    Been here previously a couple of years ago with no issues but this time apparently you aren’t allowed to try on any article of clothing you’re interested in prior to purchasing them??? How the heck am I supposed to know how it’s going to look on me and if I want to buy it? Wack.

    Abysmal service. The short and chubby bald fellow was my sales associate and he was quite rude the whole time. Had a great time at previous visits so this is unexpected.

    While visiting NYC we booked an appointment at Chrome Hearts on Washington st last Sunday. Our visit was absolutely “best in class” & became one of our most memorable experiences of our trip. Jason was outstanding, knowledgeable, experienced, passionate, fun & most importantly made us feel valued & appreciated. Another visit to Chrome Hearts is already in the plans. We appreciate the experience & Jason.

    It was very nice. Because my previous shopping was in Miami(awful experience 😑) But here in NY everything was pretty nice, our shop assistant (Jansen) was such a lovely person, answered every question, helped with decisions etc . Thank you , Jansen )

    Great store and friendly staff! Carmen helped me out today and was awesome! Carmen was super friendly and helpful and overall it was a very pleasant experience. Make sure you have an appointment booked! Can't want to visit again!

    I just recently purchased a piece that I need help repairing , I was told by the manager " Jason" that it was a definite yes to walk in earlier in the day, and that they do except walk-ins and that I don't need to schedule an appointment once I got to the chrome heart which took me 30 minutes, the security guard told me that there will be a 15 minute wait and that once I go and come back that everything will be OK for my walk in to be accepted once I came back he told me that I couldn't enter, which to me made no sense because he just told me The opposite he then rudely told me to leave so I do not recommend this store location at all for jewelry purchases or any purchases I give it a zero if I could give it zero stars I would and it was completely a waste of my time and a waste of my energy to even entertain this type of company with this type of people and staff. Either the people should be replaced immediately or this location should be shut down and turn into a different store this type of behavior is unacceptable and dishonest and it makes the chrome heart brand look poor this is very poor service.

    I was treated so poorly and arrogantly by the assigned sales consultant that I felt like a subhuman. This individual made me feel completely out of place. I was searching for a top for my boyfriend. The sales consultant briefly guided me to the location and explained where to find items, which went smoothly. However, when I found something suitable but was uncertain about the size, I wanted to show the salesperson a picture and explain my boyfriend's body type. They neither listened properly nor bothered to look at the pictures, let alone provide any meaningful advice. I kept receiving dismissive responses and a look that didn't help me at all. When I enter a boutique, I expect to be treated with respect. I didn't make an appointment and wait just to experience this kind of service. Secondly, who on earth thinks they are better than another person? After all, I am the one coming here to shop, not to work. When I was ready to pay and the salesperson saw my gold credit card, suddenly I was treated better. What's going on? Someone with such an attitude should not be working in sales if they want to maintain a positive reputation. This was my first and last time shopping at this store. I won't let myself be treated like that by someone who is no better than anyone else. All the other employees were very friendly and helpful!

    Awful experience. Only have very few of clothes and the sales person did not allow me to try on. Additionally, everyone there seemed to rush us to leave cuz it was closing. We waited for Uber outside.
