JLC is a great brand until you drop it off for service. The boutique itself failed to read my notes during my initial drop off. I asked them not to replace the dial, which they did. To add, the watch came back from service the first time with dust particles and blemishes, uneven crystal on the case back (which if the watch is being inspected, im unsure how it was missed), and a misconfigured moon phase. The watch then went back to Switzerland, where they proceeded to have a lapse in communication for almost a month and a half, and I feared they had lost my watch. Upon finding, servicing the watch (again), and returning it I discovered that this "master" maison left scratches on the movement itself. If this is the best a "watchmaker's watch" brand can do, I'm worried for the longevity of this industry.

Picked up two of the latest pieces from JLC. They are absolutely stunning. Special thanks to Hoc for helping me explore the various models and helping me pick the right pieces to add to my collection. Also a very special thanks to the manager, Sheila! She is so kind and genuine! I felt so welcomed and comfortable throughout my visit. If you are a watch enthusiast then this boutique is a must visit!

Do not buy a Jaeger LeCoultre Polaris Mariner is not a proper sport watch. Has a poorly crystal design making it extremely fragile. Additionally and even though they have an obvious design problem and the watch was just bought one month ago they rip you off with the cost reparation.

Always such a pleasure interacting with the staff at the JLC Madison Ave. first encounter was during covid and the manager couldn’t been kinder or more helpful. Since then it became a go-to place for us every time we visit the city and ALWAYS we have a blast. I ended up buying 4 watches over 3 years and servicing my vintage pieces. Vintage watch servicing is incredible and they communicated with me during each step because vintage watches go ti Geneva and they take time. I serviced my memovoxes here as well as my 1949 triple calendar. The in-house watchmaker, Nathalie, will explain anything related to watches and I can’t thank her enough for answering ALL my questions :)

Had a great visit to this boutique earlier this week. A real treat to see all the complete collections in one place. Sharon was a very pleasant and able associate who patiently let us try on as many Reversos as we liked. She was also helpful ordering a piece that was still in the beginning stages of production. If you are a fan of the brand, this is a must stop.

Great customer service in helping me find the right watch. Very professional and accommodating trying on different models. The detail and finishing on their pieces are second to none.

I normally don't write reviews, but wow, this was the best experience I've ever had! I was incredibly disappointed with the horrible service in Watches of Switzerland Soho, if not by far the worst experience I've had. I had purchased my Reverso watch from my AD in Connecticut and I had no time to learn how to use the watch, and I happened to be headed to Soho that day. I walked in to WOS and the sales lady was rude and dismissive..I had trouble using the watch and all she recommended was to contact client service!! Can you believe that?? My watch was new and just 5 days old. Never going back...JLC needs to have better ADs who know more about their product and train them accordingly. I left frustrated and decided to come to the official boutique on Madison the same day after that horrible encounter. I met a friendly salesman, Hoc. I HIGHLY recommend coming here and asking for him. He was incredible. I felt like he was a friend I knew or have been working with him for years..our conversations was so fluid, I almost forgot what I came for and that horrible experience I had at WOS. But he guided me how to use the watch and taught me so much more about it which I never knew. I will be buying my watches from boutiques from now on. Best service! Highly recommend coming here

Wow!! Such a pleasure to be served by a fellow watch enthusiast, Hoc Tran!! I had walked in for the first time while all the sales reps were busy but Hoc signaled to security to allow me in. That was my first indication that this is a boutique that values the individual! He greeted me and said he will be with me soon. This is excellent customer service. He gave his full attention to his current client and when it was my turn i received the same level of respect and attention. Superb! Not only does Hoc exemplify excellent customer service, he loves watches himself and appreciates horology. We had a great conversation and he helped me narrow down some amazing pieces. He truly wants his client to pick a piece that they love and appreciate. What an amazing experience. I look forward to many more visits and adding JLC pieces to my collection.

Owning a Jaeger-LeCoultre is not simply owning a watch, it is being part of a family. The staff at the Madison Avenue location are amazing, friendly and welcoming. My last time in the City I stopped by with no intention to buy and was still given five-star treatment; including seeing the most beautiful Reverso Tribute Duoface Tourbillon. Can't wait to visit again soon and check out the renovations.

JLC being the renowned watchmaker's watchmaker was experienced first hand with their high standard of service in their Madison Ave. Boutique. As I entered I was greeted by Mr. Hoc Tran, who walked me throughout the story of each piece, the complications, and what it stands for in Maison's vision. His passion for watches of all categories added a sense of reassurance and personality to the buying experience. Something that is rarely seen in today's boutiques. His attention to detail and knowledge will ensure that you will enjoy your piece for years to come, knowing that it was reviewed by one of JLC's best SA. I do implore others to stop and visit the boutique for yourself. The customer service alone is worth the trip. I've had my eyes on the 1368480 for some time now, and seeing it in person along with other pieces Mr.Tran introduced me to definitely solidified my decision.

My experience with the Madison Ave JLC boutique was excellent. I had my eyes on the Master Control calendar, but after seeing the full collection I opted for the Polaris Chronograph. I had ordered a second band to accompany the three-link steel strap, but when I received it there was a sizing issue. Although it took a long time for the order to arrive, I was always kept informed on the status. Boutique manager Sheila Stover provided exceptional service during the purchase and during the follow up, and the entire team was always courteous and professional. I highly recommend the Madison Ave boutique for anyone interested in the JLC collection.
