    OC has changed the way I think about gyms for the better. I have been going to OC since it opened and I feel I have gained so much experience and confidence in myself and my workouts. The trainers are all friendly and happy to help. They care about if you are injured and will spend the time needed with you to show you how to do an exercise the right way whilst motivating you to get further results. These classes are like having a personal trainer 5 times a week!

    We thought we’d try OC out as had heard from various people how good it was. From the first session we were hooked, the community are so friendly, the instructors are caring and knowledgeable and the gym is clean! It’s really convenient to book classes from the OC app and their timetable caters for everyone. I give the OC 10/10 and highly recommend! Game changer!

    I never liked the gym because the idea of ​​always doing the same exercise leaves me unmotivated. When my friends told me about OC, I hoped to find a place where exercising would be dynamic and not monotonous. And I didn't regret trying again. Besides the wonderful, friendly and kind team, the place is great. In a month I already saw a difference in my body and it made me very happy and more excited to continue. Thank you guys so much, you guys are awesome.

    I have been to more gyms than I can count, all of which I’ve started with great enthusiasm and faded to me donating money to a gym. OC is the first time I have felt real enthusiasm in attending every class. The OC team's level of detail with every client is so genuine and tailored to each member it is truly a unique gym-going experience. Whether you are trying to build muscle, lose weight, stay active or just make a few like-minded friends. I couldn't recommend the OC anymore. Thank you, Chaz, Paddy, Sarah and Ash!

    The OC has completely changed the game for me. I've only been training there for a month or so now but I can safely say the OC is by far the best place I've trained. The environment that Chaz, Sarah, Paddy and Ash have created is supportive, welcoming and focuses more on strength and technique than anything else. I've always struggled with consistency at the gym, however every day I look forward to my workout at the OC and hate missing a session. 10/10 recommend this place!

    OC is a cosy gym, where I've been training for almost 7 months and I can see significant results already! It has everything you need for the amazing training: professional trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts, well prepared and organized workouts which leave you energized and happy for the rest of the day. The music is blaring and the gym itself has a nice family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors. I highly recommend checking this new facility out! Train hard- stay healthy!

    OC is an absolutely fantastic health club. The coaches take a true interest in each and everyone of their members, you do not at all feel like a another $ walking in the door. Chaz, Paddy and Sarah are also incredibly knowledgeable in mind and body - it's good to know your being coached by qualified trainers. And the community is an added bonus - Classes filled with anybody and everybody with a common smile. 100% recommend giving the OC a go.

    I have been a member at the OC for just over 2 months now, I have trained at a lot of different gyms in a lot of different places & this place is by far #1 on the list. What I love about it the most is that it’s a small team at the OC with Chaz, Paddy & Sarah, they all genuinely care about all their clients & are very in tune with everyone at the club. I love how social, happy, uplifting the place is, I can walk in their with a mind full, & can walk out feeling so much better, the energy they give & the commitment to the community within the club really shows how much they enjoy/love having us all their. :)) Highly recommend!!! You don’t need to be at a certain fitness level to start, it ranges from all levels & everyone is so bubbly and welcoming. :))

    I love the OC community, such a welcoming and friendly environment to support you on your fitness journey. It doesn't matter if you are maintaining your fitness, striving for specific personal goals or just starting out, the team at OC will guide you all the way. Even when I don't feel energetic or motivated I really want to go. The sessions are interesting and challenging and dare you to step out of your comfort zone. It's not just the fabulous coaches that set the scene, the other members are friendly, uplifting and accepting, there is an amazing culture within the club. Definitely reccomend OC health clubs!

    I got into the OC gym for a friend (Lu) around a year ago and I haven't left since then. My first gym in Queenstown and I love it! It has all that i was looking for. The OC community is so friendly, the exercises are fun, the trainers have the knowledge and are pushing you to do your best. Such a good way to start or finish your day, and as they say at the end of the class: "give yourself and everyone else around of aplause, Namaste" Highly recommend it.

    I initially joined the OC Health Club in Queenstown to try and rehabilitate a reoccurring shoulder injury, without any real expectation beyond attending an occasional class to slow the inevitable decline! Instead I have found that Chaz and the team have taken me from a standing (well, sitting) start with minimal previous gym experience to someone who is actively engaged with new and expanding health goals around strength, movement, mobility and nutrition. The team show a genuine interest and passion for coaching and guiding, which is evidenced by the diverse membership and the energy, humour and encouragement that is visible in every session. The classes are well-structured, adaptable and ultimately good fun. Couldn't recommend the OC Health Club highly enough to anyone who is looking for a gym in Queenstown that delivers tangible goals with a focus on all round health, conditioning and a network of likeminded training partners.

    The best thing about OC, is its not like any other gym I have experienced. It is definitely incomparable to anything else. The OC personal trainers give you time, patience and their full commitment in creating a better you. The laughter and enjoyment members feel, has always filled the room. During every session I have experienced since the beginning. Its truly special to say... that its also an environment where you feel at home. You create a space where you can call everyone around you family.

    I have a personal training schedule at the OC, and Paddy Turnhout is my trainer. My sessions are a hugely important part of my week. Not only has Paddy helped me with strength and flexibility goals, he motivates me to prioritise myself and to take time out of my busy schedule for much needed self-care. He's very empathetic, yet also commands respect, and displays maturity well beyond his years. I trust him to know and understand my training needs.

    I don't get around to doing many reviews - however this place is definitely worth a shout out. We moved to Queenstown a few years ago from Auckland and have been to various health and fitness offerings in Auckland and Queenstown - and this gym is by far the best! The facilities are amazing and the team are extremely friendly and knowledgable. I do a mix of PT work (Sarah and Paddy) and classes - both are great, always engaging and leave you with a well balanced workout that covers strength, cardio and mobility all together. If you want to get in the best shape of your life and do it amongst good sorts don't waste your time and $ with other gyms in Queenstown.

    Walking through the doors of the OC is the best decision I’ve made this year. The level of support and encouragement from Chaz and his team is unparalleled compared to any other gym I’ve been to. I would recommend to anyone feeling nervous or hesitant about starting their fitness journey to consider the OC first, your body and mind will thank you.

    Joining OC Health Club has been one of the best choices I have made for myself this year . I was not confident going the gym but Chaz and the team have encouraged and supported me and now I go almost everyday. . The classes are fun and challenging and the PT’s are all there to support and push you to achieve your goals . The OC is a real community and I would encourage anyone to become a member

    I've been with OC Health for 3 weeks now and in that time I've been to loads of classes (it's unlimited) and I've seen their nutritionist who has been super helpful and takes a different approach to calorie apps etc. The gym itself is fun, friendly and far more motivating than going to a regular gym alone. The exercises are well thought out and I don't feel ruined after each session. The best of two gyms I've tried in Queenstown.

    The OC is a fantastic gym! It is the most comprehensive gym I know of. They not only provide incredible work outs but cater for all your health needs through having a nutritionist, social gatherings and breath workshops. Joining the OC has been one of the best things I have ever done for my health and I absolutely love it!

    I have been a member at OC for over a year and I can honestly say it is the best gym I have ever been a part of. All of the trainers are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, and the gym itself is a great space. They offer a mix of classes for health and fitness, and even some social activities too! Couldn’t recommend enough!

    I can't express how much my experience training with Paddy has transformed my life, mind and body. The workouts are not only effective but also fun and incredibly exhausting. I genuinely look forward to each session, and I've seen remarkable progress in my fitness. One of the best things about training with Paddy is seeing how happy he is from the progress we've made. It motivates me knowing that someone is on the journey with me. The OC team is absolutely amazing too, there's a strong sense of community and they make you feel right at home. If you're serious about wanting to change your life, hit up Paddy and get down to the OC!

    It's been great getting back into some resistance training at OC health clubs. I was expecting HIIT style workouts as that's what I enjoy, and that side of things has been great. I've also noticed there's a lot of emphasis on mobility and co-ordination exercises, which I've found beneficial.

    OC is not like any other gym i have experienced. I have only been going for 3 weeks now but as soon as I stepped foot in the door I felt welcomed! The trainers support you so if you want to see results and to be pushed in a positive way then get involved as i can’t recommend it enough! :)

    I'll start by saying...I wish i had joined sooner! The vibe you get from the trainers and the other members is awesome! I felt so welcome from the moment I walked in and the trainers take a genuine care and interest in each member. If you are relatively new to the gym or a trained athlete, their training blocks and methods of training are there for all to progress no matter what level!

    What an amazing gym & community. I won a months free at OC through Instagram and honestly it’s been such a great month. I feel motivated and the workouts really target all areas of the body.     Started training with the OC when trying to gain my fitness back after having a baby and taking time out. Although it can be daunting starting a new gym/routine, the team are amazing, made me feel welcome from my very first session and have been helping me to confidently build my strength again while making adjustments for me where needed. They notice the little things and continue to correct me whether it’s my breathing, my technique or help with any niggles I’m feeling. Feel super supported and I’m glad I decided to give it a try!

    OC means Our Community the name says it all! Trainers at OC are very supportive, friendly and welcoming, they support you to get better everyday in your fitness journey. I started on a intro offer and still here so definitely recommend it! And Yoga on Saturdays is a bonus!!!!!! The community is amazing and I’m loving it :)

    Best gym in town! You have to try it to know what it’s all about.. but once you do, you’ll never look back. The club has great vibes where everyone supports each other. All the trainers are very experienced and will help you out with whatever your goals may be. All you need is a towel, water bottle and yourself. It’s the one hour of the day where I’m happy to wake up early, not have my phone on me and sweat to some great tunes. Thanks OC team for making training so much fun!

    I love OC Club . I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. Chaz, Paddy and Sarah are really awesome and helpful trainers, they make you feel really comfortable. The 55 minutes training session goes super fast and I really enjoy it. Every month is a new training, so it doesn’t bores you. I saw a lot of difference in my body very soon whereas I was going to other gyms from many years but didn’t help bringing me into shape.

    Over the last 10 years I've tried almost every gym in town, but the OC is where it's at! If you want inspiring, motivational workouts that are a step above your normal fitness class, then this is the place for you. The trainers are incredible personable (I've no idea how they remember everyone's name,) and extremely knowledgeable in what they do. They can tailor your workout to suit injuries whilst also pushing you to always improve. I've really enjoyed becoming part of the OC community and always look forward to going to the gym
