Absolutely appalling. Just shocking how they treat their patients. Turning people away. Telling people they don't know what they're talking about. The only reason people go is because levin has limited options. Should be shut down.

Absolutely disappointed in the poor customer service over the phone. I called to book a follow up appointment after having the ambulance over early this morning and the attitude threw me way off. “I’m not a magic board, I’m gonna need more than just that mate” - after I had asked to book in. The tone was unacceptable, I hung up straight away. There’s no way I’d ever take my girls here, ever!

Truly awful reception - went there seeking medical help for my eye and was turned away and told to go somewhere else - um excuse me but is this not a medical centre?

My 8 year old son was injured at school and bleeding from his head, I took him there, the front desk staff told me they don't do emergency , that person didn't even look at the blood on my son's face, horrible medical center .

Would be helpful if you had opening hours and a better, clearer website.

Not good, always waiting 30 minutes to an hour, maybe more. People need to be treated appropriately to their needs the first time they come in for an injury and not find an infection, because it’s been half arsed.

Maternity & Medlab are great but the facility is sorely lacking in access to other health care. Even an Xray is a drama. The Adolescent Mental Health team are a waste of time, lazy & couldn't care less.
