I must give these guys a good shoutout. I surfed the net looking for a replacement reel for boat fishing and i came across the exact same reel as the one i had broken and it was on special,lol. great going guys.

Easy to find in West CBD, with convenient nearby carparking and pedestrian access. Visited during Covid level 3 lockdown - easy quick service. Arrived hoping to purchase a life jacket (with nominal prior knowledge). I was pleased, and impressed with friendly team member's listening skills and ability to bring two samples of suggested solution. Awesome product range (previewed online). Excellent service.

Scored a mouth guard , no mucking about indeed i love when you walk in, and there be engaging banter. Why heck I even picked up , a deal for me of the day, a grouse shirt. As I said , went in with a very specific requirement, then something caught my eyes and BOOM 💥 call it shopping therapy. I gots it

I could not possibly recommend this shop. To me they are nothing more than an overpriced chinese junk outlet. Their service is non existent, as is any back up after purchase. I rate them as something around the used car shark level. After spending almost $1000 over a period of a few weeks, I had an issue with a new and deficient gun, still under warranty. 3 visits later and still no follow from them whatsoever. I guess it's off to court for us.
