We went to the Laurie Hall Park location. It’s our second time here and we had the savoury brekkie waffle and the Mexican fritter. Sooo delicious! The cheese and tge hollandaise sauces they use are perfect and you won’t believe they are dairy/egg free. I got the earl grey and lemon scone for dessert and it was a delight. The prices are very reasonable for the portions you get which is a plus! Honestly eating out can be a nightmare in Whangarei when you’re plant-based but Palate makes it so easy!!!❤️🍐🥬

I feel so fortunate to have stumbled upon this hidden gem in Whangārei. They serve gluten-free, plant-based, vegan, minimal refined sugar foods and drinks that are most importantly... Delicious :) The cafe is run by the nicest couple and the atmosphere is so friendly. It's just perfect!

Cute little spot with amazing vegan and gluten free yummy food! Had the fritter burger and the fritter dosa, YUM!! Hit the spot. Super impressed with the freshness and flavours of all the wholesome ingredients and textures. Good vibes all around, will be back guys!

This was 10/10. So impressed by the taste, portion size and fair price for the menu. Staff were so kind and easy-going. This should be a stop on any roadtrip up North Island! We live in Auckland and want to come back just to eat here again! Thank you so much!

This place blew our minds. The flavors, prices, portions.. all top notch. I wish I loved closer so I could come here every few days. We got the breakie dosa and fritters, WOW. Better than any other vegan food I've found back home in Canada, and in my temporary home of Auckland. A++ restaurant. Had an outstanding experience.

As a fully paid up carnivore, it's not often that I rave about vegan food but this place rocks. You really don't miss meat. Sorry if I have offended any vegitarians but I'm always late to the party. This place fits with my 'eat more plant-based' diet. The food is outstanding. Breakfast items a bit limited but lunch salads and dosas amazing. Good coffee to. Prices look average until you see the portion sizes! Staff friendly and knowledgeable in their planty field. Love the music and vibe of the place. Clean loos. Dogs welcome. Paid street parking $2 hr

Absolutely love it here. Delicious healthy food is hard to find in Whangarei and this place and this place makes it so easy. I left with a full tummy and a big smile on my face.

Not only the yummiest food, gluten free Heaven plus the friendliest service. Nice way to end our vacation.

They bless the food, good customer service, you can play board games, music, and nice welcome places like home.

Excellent tasty food and portions for $15 or $20 with hot drinks too including Kumara Latte. 4 varied hot dishes, 6 or so salads and you can have a mixed selection. 4 of us had a variety of hot and cold for takeaway and all loved it.

Good people, great healthy and tasty food. Manager Z is an awesome dude.
